Top 5 WORST Things From 2018
2018, meh!
Yeah unlike the past 2 years this one wasn't as bad, it was bad but not, HOLY SHIT NORTH KOREA IS GOING TO NUKE US! Its more like A Sitcom that gets cancelled halfway through it's First and Only Season Bad. Or like a Report Card and the Teacher's Comment says, "Needs Improvement," Bad.
And because the Year is Almost is over its time for Part 1 of my 6 Part Annual Mini series.
These are My Picks for the Top 5 WORST Things from 2018.
Note, Like last year the following are Excluded:
Politics: Because Every time I talk about my Political Veiws Publically it always Backfires.
Tragedies: Mainly Stuff like Mass Shootings because I don't like talking about stuff like that. Even though I'm already a supporter of The March for Our Lives Movement.
Movies: I got List for that Soon.
5) The Fall of Toys R Us:
So here's some pain our buddies in the UK feels along with us here in the US.
Long story short, even though I talked about it more in my journal. Toys R Us' demise was mainly their fault.
Look when you were a kid you didnt care how much it was all that matters was you wanted it and you had to have it. But as you grow older and turn into the kind of nerd that would buy 50 Funko Pop Vinyls a Week. You'll realize one thing, Toys R Us was more expensive than your typical trip to Target, Wal-Mart, or Heck Amazon.
So I didn't blame Amazon on this closure....but then in October of this year!
Yeah basically Toys R Us was brought back from the dead as a Retail Zombie, in the US to my knowledge, to any of my UK readers tell me if it's coming back to you guys cause I don't know.
Anyway, until their stores reopen, presumably as GameStop Sized Stores, they teamed up with other stores, like Grocery Store Giant Kroger, to create a store within a store called, "Geoffrey's Toy Box," which from what I saw online were just those cardboard shelves you find at every grocery store ever.
And yeah I'm well aware talking about how Toys R Us fell after it came back defeats the purpose, but, that's why its low on my list. And I don't care.
4) Those "This is America," Memes:
This is America is a song done by the Multi-Talented Donald Glover, who for when it comes to music he goes by the name, "Childish Gambino," its basically a song addressing the issues of gun violence in America, the high amount of Mass Shootings, and the longstanding Racism and Discrimination of African Americans in the US.
And just by saying that it makes you question why anyone from Other Countries would want to live here, America is a hellhole!
But because this is the internet, it didn't take long for people to take a song with a prominent message into a slurry of jokes.
You know its sad people did that! Some I find a little funny, but, mostly insensitive.
Honestly is this is where we are at in society where take powerful messages and turn them into jokes I dont wanna know what they'll do iconic moments from history.
3) 3 Key People Leave Nickelodeon:
This past year Nickelodeon saw the lost of three people, thankfully not by death.
The first to go was Burch Hartman, the creator of Fairly Odd Parents, Danny Phantom, TUFF Puppy, and Bunsen is a Beast, I already talked about him in my journal, but my opinion of him changed.....more on that in a moment.
Then there was Dan Schneider, creator of Drake and Josh, Zoey 101, iCarly, and Victorious, see how I'm only naming the GOOD shows he's made.
Anyway he was let go early this year after 25 years with the network, but his departure wasn't all that surprising, there were stories going around about him taking photos of the child actors feet and him having temper tantrums on set and in the writers room.
And lastly there was Cyma Zhargami, again I talked about her in my journal but I'm giving you guys a condenced version, before she was let go, she basically ruined Nickelodeon, she bragged how she got shows for cheap, she basically created the Spongebob standard, and lastly, replace the iconic Splat logo and replaced that with that boring Microsoft Word Font logo all because the solar didnt look good on a Business Card.......WTF?!
And now back to Butch.....
Remember earlier this year I said I wish the best of luck to Butch Hartman After He Left Nickelodeon, well guess what, I rescind that luck!
I would go on but this video better explains than I ever could:
I do recommend you reading this watch this because, it actually answers everything.
2) Total Dramarama:
Two Words: CHILDHOOD RUINED!
If I had a dollar for every time I said Childhood Ruined I would have enough to hire a lawyer and sue anyone who tries to Reboot my Childhood!
Anyway, Total Dramarama is a Spinoff of the Total Drama Series. For those that don't know Total Drama was an Anthology Cartoon that was a Parody of Competion Reality Shows like Survior or Amazing Race.
This however, is a self made parody of the show except its basically Total Drama in the form of Baby Looney Tunes.
WHY?! I talked about this briefly when it was announced, but I have since seen bits and pieces of it.....CALLED IT! Its basically 11 of the cast members from the Total Drama Franchise, plus Jude from 6Teen for some reason, are basically aged down to Toddlers, and yeah some invoke toddler stereotypes. Not that they're all loud, some are way to sensitive, some got VERY high pitch voices, mainly the boys, but, its slightly deeper since its done by guys. And Duncan, the boy from the original who always broke out of Juvie, he's trying to break out of Daycare and every 2 minutes, he is seen sucking a Pacifier.
I wouldn't be surprised if half of these kids wear diapers.
Thankfully this is an alternate universe. THANK GOD!

These People Shall Be Missed.
And I'm well aware I may have left some people out, its not that I didn't respect them, its because I dont want to take forever.
Alright before I get to number one, you ever heard of the term, "Those Who Forget History are Doomed to Repeat it"?
But, we remembered, and yet we were doomed to repeat this.
Last year I made YouTube's Problems last year number 1, and the biggest problem was a certain someone.......This Year, its Twice as worse.
fnafcutie616: ......................NOOO, GOD! NO, GOD, PLEASE, NO! NO! NO! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Sadly Cutie, but, I have to talk about not only one idiot, but his older, even more of an idiot older brother, who I now regret saying was a little Better.
1) Jaaaaaaaaa...
Maybe I should start with the older one first?
1) Logaaaaaaaa..
Get it together man!
Let me try!
1) The Paaaaaaaaaaaa.....
Oh Sh💩t I can't do it either!
*Drinks out of a flask*
I thought you don't drink alcohol?
I do on occasion, but this isn't alcohol its Mountain Dew. Okay,
1) Looooooo.... DAMMIT!
JUST SPIT IT OUT!
I can't! It hurts man! *WHEEZING*
JUST SAY IT!!!!!
1) *TAKES A DEEP BREATH* LOGAN AND JAKE PAUL:
............*Picks up Flask* Welp, this is legally Crused like an Image now!
*Throws Flask Across The Room*
Deadpool: MY LEG!
UGH.................
Why do I even bother, the worst thing from 2017, has become the WORST THING FROM 2018!
HOW THE FUCK DOES THAT HAPPEN?!
And Mabel may have jinxed it.
Mabel: What?
Last year when I declared Jake was the worst, you screamed HANG HIM! A month later Logan, the older one, decided to play around with a Hanged Body.
Mabel:.........Oh my god!
fnafcutie616 in a sarcastic tone: WAY TO GO, MABEL!
Mabel: Hey I thought we were friends!
fnafcutie616: So that wasn't just for Xander's Story My New Home?.....Sweet! Lets go trash talk Chase from Paw Patrol!
Can we get back to my show please?
fnafcutie616: Fine!
Mabel: We'll do that in the comments!
And after that he apologized, and then immediately decides to use a taser on dead animals.
And if that wasn't bad enough, this past summer both brothers decided, "Hey Bro, I know what we're going to do today! We're going to fight other YouTubers!"
That's not the actual fight I don't support violence on here.
Yeah, I heard Jake got his ass kicked real bad.
And Logan's against Brottish YouTuber KSI ended in a Tie. And I honestly expected this to be held at like some TV or Movie Studio. NOPE, they Litterally took held it at an actual arena.
You know my major concern about these guys is mainly due to the fact that they are really bad role models to their impressionable audience.
I mean their audience is mainly under the age of 12. They're impressionable youth! And that's the generation in afraid of to be honest since they have some really really role models to look up to.
Serriously kids today aren't inspired by The Great Minds and Artists of our Past like Albert Einstein, Vincent Van Gogh, or Jack Kirby. They are inspired by dumbass youtubers like these idiots, SoundCloud rappers who go by Lil (Insert Random Word Here), and whatever the heck that girl from Dr. Phil who became famous by saying, "CASH ME OUTSIDE HOW BOUT DUH!" does now.
They look up to those people for some reason.
You know this reminds me of a quote from the Final Episode of Good Luck Charlie that was said by Ms. Dabney.
I don't remember them entirely but I'll sum it up.
These kids are the future, and with their role models, it taught me one thing, the future is going to be a very dark and scary place.
In other terms don't be surprised if the future looks less like Futurama and more like a Cross Amoungst The Hunger Games, Divergent, and the Maze Runner..........We're in for a really dystopian future people.
And yes I'm well aware alot of my readers are like 5 or 7 years younger than me, but you guys are fine, I'm talking about the ones who were born after YouTube became a Thing!
So yeah, for the second year in a row, Jake and NOW Logan Paul...you are officially crowned the Worst thing from 2018...........I'm So Glad I don't have to do this again Next year since this is the final book in the Top 5 trilogy.
But let me know what you guys think.
What do you think was the Worst Thing from 2018 was? Leave it in the comments below.
And yeah I'm well aware I left some things out. Neck I was originally going to mention the Channel Awesome Controversy at one point, but then I remember who watches anything but Nostalgia Critic on Channel Awesome?
Now that's out of the way, I can finally get into the good stuff!
Next Time on Top 5 Countdown: The Top 10 Best Things from 2018 Part 1, coming Next Week....Not On Tuesday Next Week I choose not to got on a set schedule this year.
