Raiden Chi is an Tsundere, sometimes a sadist, he happens to be from the clan called Golden Scorpion as his sister is from the Phantom Secret the brother clan to his. Raiden Chi is 19 years old, 6'2 with long crow black hair, piercing blood red eyes, and nice body. His father is one of the Legendary Masters of the Black Shadow of Death clan but his mother died when he was just 10yrs old and had stayed training nonstop to get revenge for his mother's death.

Raiden Chi can come off as a bit hostile yet cold but it's just because of his strict loyalty code he kept since he was raised in the clan. As he returns back to Tokyo to finish school there after his training within the clan, he finds himself being envied by boys and attracted by girls. Though, he might forget that he has to make sure he watches his sister, and surroundings each and every time trouble comes near him as he realized everyone knows who he is but doesn't messes with him. Especially, if his sister is involved.

In the story, Raiden Chi is dating Miku not knowing that his sister and her are best friends. As he was skipping class, he looked out the glass window noticing this girl just got her flesh ripped off her arm and died then she rose back up. He insist on finding his sister and also Miku though he has to get to his sister first. He is equipped with his Samurai sword, 5 ninja stars, 2 ninja blades, and one scythe with a chain attached. He wears a his school uniform sometimes or almost rarely, he also wears his ninja suit, or his normal clothes. But, when wearing his suit he wears his chain shirt under it all the time.
