Second Date

Our second date wasn't nearly as horrible as the last one had started. For one thing, I actually wore clothing that deemed me a decent human being to the date and I wasn't in any emotional breakdowns during it.

It was my second time visiting America. We had been dating for two months I think, probably longer than that if I'm being honest. Like the last time, you picked me up from the airport and we headed to this sweet restaurant called Boa, that didn't have a dress code.

(So cute, my little Jardon ^.^ ignore my ugly ass face btw)

Amazing food. Great waiters. Cool music. But you were really all I cared about. You and your excited little jumps every time I said I loved the restaurant. You fed me noodles. I don't even like noodles, but damn I did then. We took some food to go and went back to your place where we did some...other things.

Kidding. Your innocent little ass didn't want to do that stuff yet, you made it pretty clear by intentionally sitting in the floor every single time we went into your bedroom.

So we played on your Xbox, then the Wii, then we switched to some board games like LIFE and Monopoly. Monopoly took a solid two hours to finish and I'm pretty sure you cheated, you ducking banker scum (Jk I love you <3). LIFE started to get awkward when I had seven kids in my players car and you had none. You didn't want kids. That much was obvious, but I tried my best to ignore that fact.

It's weird how things were back then.

By the end of the game, I had a total of 8 kids, 7 dollars, and a sh!tty retirement fund. You had an empty blue car and 50k in neat little stacks by your perfect retirement plan card, of course. That spoke for itself on how different we were.

To get rid of the awkwardness, you suggested we go have a snack. A snack turned into filming cooking show, I turned into a livid Gordan Ramsey when judging your terrible cake mixing skills, and before we knew it, cake batter was splattered against every surface in your kitchen. After we spent another useless hour cleaning it all up, we collapsed onto your sofa together and watched cartoons as we fell asleep.

I'd never felt so hopelessly in love with you before.
