Why had he said it so confidently? He might've been pretty sure he could do it, but it was already harder than it needed to be. No one spared him a glance when he tried handing out flyers, he'd checked around at businesses he had put posters up, their website hadn't even gotten a single view.

He was running out of options, ideas, resources, and most importantly... time. There was exactly a week until the first audition and he had gotten in contact with two people. Two. He wasn't sure they would even get anyone.

All he wanted to do was save his father's favorite acting company. If he couldn't do that, then were any of his dreams possible? Was he even suited to be in the industry? He had too many good memories of the place to just say goodbye, but... he might have to.

But he wasn't giving up yet. He would definitely get someone to show up at the auditions. He would pass out every flyer, put up every poster, and advertise everywhere he could.

It might be harder than he had hoped for, but he was sure he could do it.

He was confident.

Haha so this might've been reallllyyyy bad and kinda confusing but basically everyone is going to join an acting company. The unnamed guy (who is like the main character of the chapter here) is going to be the director, so uh... get ready to see him a lot!
