Hey Guys!!

I know.....It took too long for me to update this story..... But thb work is being crazy which doesn't allow me much time to think or write also I don't have any motivation or even feel like writing anything....even this update was written long ago which I finally edited and completed to update....so do vote and comment any feedback or suggestions are welcome.... Let's get back to the story.

In the room while Jinks was on call :

" Jass you are really stupid....you were about to sprout out that incident like it is the most common way to start your story and that too without any heads-up....it would have scared Jinks and Jaddu bhai" Jassi was scolding himself in mind.

When Jass was busy with his thoughts Jaddu spoke " Can you please just answer one thing, did Ro tried ----" he couldn't even bring himself to say that word.

Jass looked at Jaddu with horrified expression and almost shouted" Noooo......no no Jaddu bhai, he didn't do that...my bhaiya is not that weak that he will opt for such a cowardly way like suicide....yes he had his weak moments  but he wouldn't do anything like taking his own life....when he knows how many people are dependent on him..."

"Then why did you say we almost lost Ro.... what had happened...what did you do Ro " asked Jaddu and last half he muttered looking towards sleeping Rohit.

Jass was about to say something when his phone rang, taking deep breath he answered the call saying" toh aap thak khabar poch hi gayi(so the news already reached you ha)....Is she okay ?"

Hearing this jaddu's ear peaked up and he saw Jass who had gotten up and was standing at a distance. He couldn't hear the callers response but only Jassi's side. So he sat there waiting for jassi to finish the call.

With Jass on call

"  Yes, Adi called due to his exhaustion he was not able to calm her down so he called me since you're busy....umm.. Jass how is he now...did he wake up ? any idea what is bothering him now or anything that happened there...."asked the caller.

" No....he is not up yet....Adi said he will wake up in the next 2-3 hours mostly.....to be honest I'm not sure what is bothering him....because he didn't even let me know that he was not getting proper sleep so just think how much his acting skills have improved that he fooled me too..... And which MI tale you used this time to distract her " Said Jass with a small fond smile.

" Hahaha you guessed it right, I did use my secret weapon...but you know better than anyone how tough it is to distract these Sharma siblings...since we have already cracked a cheat code to distract younger Sharma so it was easy to calm her down.... I just had to mention the MI tales....and boom she was all ears like a small child ready to hear their favourite bed time Stories....and aaj ki story thi Jealous Jassi"  said the caller laughing.

" Aree aapko bhi mera hi story Mili thi..." Whined Jass.

" Yes yes....you are her second favourite character from stories after Ro so don't fuzz much baba and tell me what is happening there exactly " said the Caller.
And jassi narrates the whole incident.

And throughout the call Jass never took the callers name which lead to increase Jadeja's curiosity who was still sitting on the sofa pretending to be lost in his thoughts but in reality he was listening to the whole conversation to know apart from them who was the other person who knew everything. So he asked "who was that on call " when he saw Jassi coming back towards bed.

But before Jass could answer him, Jinks entered the room saying " I'm done with call, so let's get started Jass...no more hiding game now"

So sighing Jass sat beside Rohit and said " Before we start I'm clearing up one thing first.... I can only tell or explain things which i know" and he saw Jaddu and Jinks giving him confused and narrowed eye looks respectively so he  added " yes there are still few things which I'm not aware of, for starter like Jinks Bhai you heard me and Harry saying about bhaiya receiving two calls that day, so we still don't know who was the second caller, yes i tried finding out but couldn't get anything because Polly came to know about my Snooping and he informed bhaiyaa."

"So you mean Pollard knows everything" it was Jaddu who voiced out his thoughts.

" Yes....he was with bhaiya that time when he received those calls, and he was there with bhaiya throughout all things when we were in camp." Jassi answered.

" Okay, so Ro let that outsider be there for him but couldn't let us know he was suffering...." Jinks mumbled in low voice but it was heard by all.

"Bhai... please don't misunderstand Ro bhaiya now...there have been enough misunderstandings to last a lifetime.... And about Polly knowing and you guys didn't ....it's not because bhaiya didn't trust you or anything...but.... it's because it just happened like that.... It was not in anyone's hand....it was destined in that way... whatever happened that time  Polly was just there for bhaiya without asking anything....otherwise me and you both know what you and we all mean for bhaiya----" jassi was saying but was cut off by Jinks saying.

" Please continue Jass....we have already wasted much more time not knowing....i can't handle this anymore and please start with the incident which you mentioned a few minutes back " said Jinks.

Nodding Jassi started narrating.

Jassi POV:

It all started when bhaiya got injured during Punjab's Match, though Management in the start wanted to keep information inside the team only because they wanted to assess everything but later they released this News out and Polly was made a stand in Captain since he was Bhaiya's deputy.

Everything looked fine.... or we thought because was bhaiya fooling everyone with his facade.....until our last league game against Hyderabad, Bhaiya was supposed to return to field and it was pre decided that he will return in Qualifiers, but Bhaiya wanted to get some game time before qualifiers so he decided to play against Hyderabad where all main players were rested since we had already qualified and management wanted to test our bench strength because it was our last league match.... but we lost that day, our fans were fine with lost since it didn't change much. but we losing that match....had gotten KKR eliminated so few of their fans thought it was okay to troll and vent out their frustration through some shitty things on Twitter and they didn't just stop there....they even trended " thank you Rohit Sharma " like he should be retired, they were trolling him saying what is use of playing if he can't score decent runs and win matches and some even went on to say MI rested their main players so they can lose and eliminate KKR.....Like which player will play a game to lose..... usually no one would have given it much thought....but bhaiya who was already struggling to keep trolls out of his mind.... again got affected....still he didn't let anyone know how bothered he was and kept facade that he was okay which even he failed to understand how bottling his feelings inside was breaking him bit by bit that it was making him shallow.....even we failed to see through him to know how actually he was troubled...But his ' I'm strong and okay' facade broke after the first qualifier.... when we were busy celebrating reaching finals and he was in his room supposed to be resting as he had just recovered from injury while still on medication...So we didn't check on him that time and we were even busy with arranging things for Nia and Adi's arrival.

They both were flying from New York to join us....since Nia hadn't met her elder brother for a year now because of Covid...." Jassi paused and then added " I know you may be thinking who Nia is ? Then I can just let you know Ro bhaiya adopted her when she was around 16-17 and she is his baby sister.... I can't tell much about it since that's not my story.

So Nia and Aditya's arrival was a surprise for bhaiya....but we didn't know that when we will reach his room we will receive such a shock....

It was Nia who opened his room door and me Bhabhi and Adi followed inside only to stay rooted to our spot because I still can't forget that scene....we found bhaiya laying lifeless on the floor in the corner."

" NO he didn't do what you are thinking....he....he was so distressed and affected from all the trolling he was receiving for getting out on duck that he just wanted to shut down everything and get some peace, so he took his prescribed tablets hoping to get some sleep....but sleep was far away and restlessness was just increasing so he took 2-3 more sleeping pills thinking if he took more than he can get sleep soon not at all thinking how dangerous and harmful that was for him....and it resulted in overdose. When we found him he was totally unresponsive. Adi had to drain out his stomach content and while treating Adi found out that bhaiya not only overdosed but he was constantly using sleeping pills for the past two weeks and his stress levels were too high which were causing his blood pressure to shoot from time to time. Bhaiya took 6 hours to wake up...and Adi had already asked everyone to wait out because he wanted to examine bhaiya and talk to him. When he came out he gave us another shocking news...... That bhaiya has developed anxiety."

Jassi stopped talking and took a deep breath and took hold of Rohit's hand. Jinks and Jaddu saw this action and understood that the kid was just trying to assure himself.

Jassi was about to say something when he felt Rohit griping his hand and he said " Bhaiya...."
