Everyone was sitting at the dining table waiting for breakfast. This morning mukti was unusually quiet and varun too was looking upset which everyone noticed but didn't say anything. Nandini had already told Manik about how Mukti wants to talk with her regarding something and he too was curious now.

That time only Karan came down and sat beside aarav who was continuously teasing myrah making her whine in irritation.

Karan-(settling down) good Morning

Everyone except dhruliya and Mukti- Good morning

Nandini (softly)- had a nice sleep?

Karan-(giving her a small smile) yeah. (Turning towards Manik) thanks, dad, you helped a lot yesterday.

Manik- no worries, if you need more help ask me I'll be there, and this applies to you too Mr lazy ass.

He said last line pointing at aarav who first pouted but then vigorously shake his head in yes making everyone chuckle.

Diya suddenly remembered she didn't tell dhruliya about her project progress, not that they care but still, she too wanted to share with them as she has seen aarav, Karan, mrudula, aradhya and varun sharing with their parents.

Diya-(little excitingly)- mom-dad, do you guys know we all are participating in one competition where we have to submit one project. I'll be handling statistics.

Dhruv didn't respond as he was busy in God's knows what emails, while aliya just nodded without even looking at her. This made diya a little upset but still, she tried one more time.

Diya- (smiling) wait, I'll show you the progress. You know earlier I was finding it a little bit hard but then-

Aliya (cutting her in between)- baby, will you please stop for now? I'm seriously having a bad headache and dad is busy too na.

In just a few secs Diya lost her smile. She has seen how manan, cavya, ram-ishita and abhii were listening so keenly to what their children were telling them even when they didn't have any idea what the project is about. They even asked her but she wanted to tell about this to HER parents but seems like they don't have time for her. She was hurt... deeply.

Diya ( bending her head down in a low voice)- I'm sorry.

Everyone felt so angered looking at dhruliya and at the same time felt bad for Diya. That's when they heard a voice and a smile reached everyone's face except dhruliya of course.

Karan-( straight looking at her) you was finding it a little hard then?

Diya-( looking up) huh?

Karan-( raising his one eyebrow) then? How did you understand it?

Diya-( slowly) you want to know?

Karan- obviously, we all want to know... right guys?

He asked looking around and everyone nodded in yes including aarav.

Aarav-(smiling) show your progress Ms sassy pants.

Diya ( playfully)- sure temple guy.

Aarav-(suddenly getting up and shouting dramatically) aeyyy only this mini monster is allowed to call me that.

Everyone laughed at this while myrah who was trying to stuff a whole vegetable sandwich at once in her mouth replied.

Myrah-(mouth full of food) it's okay, we can share this name. Once a temple guy always a temple guy.

Everyone laughed more while aarav was shooting daggers at both Diya and myrah who was laughing uncontrollably.

Aarav-( muttering Angrily) I'm not sitting with this little devil.

Saying this he asked karan to exchange their seats which he did but not before fully laughing at his brother's expenses.

Diya started telling what all she did and how she did while everyone was listening to her carefully making her heart swell in happiness but dhruliya were still making faces but they knew it's better to keep quiet rather than saying some shit as first, they still need Diya and secondly, Manik won't leave them alive if they create any nuisance.

Karan saw how myrah was stuffing her mouth with food so he holds her hands and put those sandwiches back on her plate making her pout.

Karan-(softly) what are you doing princess?

Aarav-(muttering) she is Annabella dressed as princess huh.

Manik smacked his head making him whine while myrah shoots daggers at him but sensing her Karan bhaiyu's stare at her she bends her head down.

Myrah-(still looking down) I don't like veggies but mumma is forcing me to eat it so I was trying to finish it at once.

Nandini glares at her while karan sighes and picked that sandwich and said- how about you finish this sandwich in a normal human way and I'll make chocolate milkshake for you by myself ??

Myrah-( getting excited) done done, give me.

Saying this she Snatched the sandwich and started eating, this time like a normal human being.

Aarav-(glaring at myrah) she never acted like this when I made chocolate milkshake for her.

Aradhya (giggling)- are you by any chance talking about that milkshake which had large amount of sugar and less amount of milk and almost negligible amount of chocolate powder?

Everyone laughs while myrah makes a really bad face remembering the day when aarav made that for her. It was before Karan came in their lives and myrah had a pretty bad day in school,so aarav thought of making her favourite milkshake even when myrah denied many times and result was quiet horrible for myrah. At last, to make her mood good aarav promised her he won't ever try to make anything for her or mess with her favourite food items henceforth.

Aarav-(looking here and there) whatever.

Manik suddenly remembered the physchatrist they consulted for Varun and Karan had returned and is ready to take their sessions.

Manik-( whispering to Nandini) Jaan, that physchatrist which we consulted for Karan and Varun? He called me today morning, he is ready to start their treatment, do you Think it's a good time to talk about this with Karan? He is pretty much against it till now.

Nandini-(softly) we have to talk some or the other time na Manik, let's do it right now only. We had already delayed it enough, it's not a good thing.

Manik nodded in yes and cleared his throat to gain attention. Everyone looked at him and he started.

Manik-( looking at Karan) champ, we want to talk to you and Varun about something.

Varun and Karan looked at each other before nodding at Manik, asking him to continue.

Manik-(particularly looking at Karan) the physchatrist we talked with, he has returned and is now ready to start your treatment. Infact he wants to start from tomorrow onwards only as he is coming to Mumbai for some work.

Karan's face lost all it's colours. He was clearly not ready for this. Leave ready he was actually happy when he got to know that doctor is busy right now.

Cabir-(seeing karan lost in his thoughts) Karan? Say something. Varun? Are you ready?

Varun-(looking at everyone) I don't have any problem.

Karan-(looking down) okay, let me know the timings.

Saying this he walked away while everyone kept looking at him. Everyone was already sad and dhruv's next word made them angry as hell.

Dhruv-(mocking tone) I know karan is already mentally unstable but why Varun needs physchatrist?? Or staying with Karan made him loose his mind too?

And next moment a loud voice was heard and dhruv was on floor. Manik punched him straight on his nose resulting in him fell down from his seat making everyone scared.

Nandini immediately got up and tried to hold Manik but he was shaking in anger while myrah becomes really scared seeing her all time lovable papajii angry as hell.

Abhii-( to househelp) Shanta tai, take myrah to her room. Now.

Manik-(holding dhruv's collar) how bloody dare you say that dammit?

Saying this he again punched him making his nose bleed. Seeing blood everyone was shocked but Manik kept on beating him.

Aliya and Diya was standing bit far as they were too scared of Manik's anger but they were too trying to stop him.

Aliya-(shouting) leave him Manik, what are you doing?

Nandini-(trying to hold manik back) manii, please calm down...leave him please.

Cabir,abhi and aarav came forward and tried pulling him back but seems like he was way too angry. At the same ram-ishita and Mrudula came and was shocked to see the scene in front of them.

Ram ran and helped them to pull manik back.

Ram-(to cabir) what the hell happened? Why is he punching this jerk?

Cabir- Dhruv called karan mentally unstable as manik told karan his physchatrist is back to his work now.

But seems like cabir did a huge mistake as even ram started beating Dhruv making everyone shout loudly.

Nandini-(loudly) mrudula go call karan, only he can calm them down.

Mrudula immediately ran upstairs, she was too scared seeing the scene. She somehow reached Karan's room crying badly and started banging the door.

Karan as soon as opened the door saw mrudula crying badly, he become hell worried and cupped her cheeks

Karan-(worriedly) Jaan, what happened? Why are you crying?

But soon he heard shouts coming from downstairs. As his room is soundproof he was not able to hear them earlier. To confirm his doubt mrudula said

Mrudula- (sobbing) appa and dad are beating Dhruv uncle as he called you mentally unstable.

Karan-(shouting) what?

They both ran down and Karan ran towards them making mrudula stand near ishita as she was shivering Little seeing the scene Infront of her. Her past was playing in front of her and Karan was feeling helpless as he can't do anything to calm her down right now.

Karan- diya, aradhya hold mrudula...she can't handle this...take her away.

Aradhya- but-

Karan-(shouting) God aradhya listen to me please, take her away.

They both with ishita took mrudula to Karan's room as it was sound proof and she won't be Able to hear anything.

Karan-(shouting loudly) enough! What the fuck you guys are doing dammit?

Saying this he pulled Manik and ram back who were huffing like angry bulls. While alya and cabir holds Dhruv as he was quite injured.

Karan-(shouting) what is wrong with you both? If he will calls me mentally unstable, will I become one? How can you guys loose your calm so easily? Are you guys mad? Dad (to ram) even you didn't control yourself? You know how scared mrudula becomes seeing someone fighting and you literally beat the shit out of him Infront of her?

Ram becomes conscious, he realised his baby can't handle this... specially not after what happened after that day. While manik was still angry.

Manik-(angrily) so what should I do? I have seen those scars of you Karan, I have seen you taking those pills, I have seen you taking those injections, I have seen you crying out loud in pain and all I could do at that time was see you like a complete looser. All cause of this bloody bastard and this jerk had audacity to sit here at my house and label my son as mentally unstable? I will fucking kill him.

He was again trying to get out of aarav and abhi's hold when Karan holds him with tears in his eyes. Each one of them was having tears in their eyes remembering what all has happened with them.

Karan-( slowly with tears falling from his eyes) papa please...calm down.

Manik close his eyes tightly and walked away from their and Nandini ran behind him to calm him down.

Cabir- I'll call doctor. He needs treatment.

Aliya made Dhruv sit on sofa while aarav came near Karan and placed his hands on his shoulder.

Aarav- (slowly) are we going to school today? We have submissions.

Karan rubbed his face with both of his hands and slowly whisper - I'll go and check mrudula. Can we wait for 15 mins more?

Aarav-(giving him supportive smile) sure.

Okay so main thing: Karan's treatment is going to start? Do you guys want me to show how he opens up to the doctor or skipped that part?
