Water is a healing thing. Whether the sea calls to you, or the sound of running water calms you, water is an element that every human both has and needs on a daily basis.

If you still feel under the weather, wash your face, or take a lovely hot bath ( Bubbles optional)
Water is a healer, delicate, yet tough. Much like humans! So remember to hydrate and stay cleansed.
