Yoongi hazardly parked in the deserted lot and fumbled with his keys to lock his car.

He ran off towards the tree, his lungs barely taking in any air as he looked for (y/n).

He needed to know that she was ok.

He needed to know she was safe.

Yoongi came closer to their tree and heard the sniffles.

"(Y/n)!" Yoongi runs over to the tree and his heart shattered at the sight before him.

His love was curled up in a tight ball, her arms holding up her legs to her chest as she cried into them.

Yoongi dropped to his knees, his own tears soon escaping.

"(Y/n)..." nothing could bring Yoongi to feel fear other than the look she gave him.

His body instantly went cold.

Colder than the winter night.

Colder than the frigid winds that blew over them as the branches on the trees threatened to break.

It was abnormally warm, fingers imprinting onto her soft skin.

Her eye was circled with dark shades of purples and blues.

Hearing her whimper hurt his heart.
