As long as you remembered, it was always Karma trying to approach you and annoy you, and you ignoring him.

You never expected that the opposite would ever happen.

"Akabane!"you called out to him when you saw him the next morning before entering the class"I want to ask you something..."

He yawned.

"He is yours" Isogai said, giving you the permission to drag Karma away from them.

You didn't have enough time, since the teacher would come in a while and you wouldn't be able to talk whenever you pleased. Yes, even at gym class. That was pure tyranny.

"So now you dare to be alone with me? Without other people around? You are really daring. Will you attack me? Should I yell for teachers' help in advance?"

He was having so much fun and you wanted to plant his red head to the ground.

He didn't talk for a while. You cursed realising that the gym teacher had already come to the field.

During stretching you wouldn't stop staring at Karma, and he would just smile at you for unknown reasons, but the point was that he was not annoyed by your actions. You hoped that after doing that he would tell you what you wanted to know... but no.

Seriously, it could be the end of the world and he would still enjoy himself laughing hard at our faces.

"Alright students, today we will play a game. Nagisa and Karma will be the leaders and they will divide the class into two teams. Each team will own a big pole. The two poles will be at the two ends of the field. Each team's goal is to bring down the other team's pole and at the same time protect the owned one. The leaders are allowed to stand on the poles, attacking the ones trying to bring them down. The game ends when one pole falls. Divide the teams!"

Team leaders: Nagisa and Karma. Oh, great.

"Isogai"he said and you sighed in relief.

"Kayano" Nagisa said, so Isogai and Kayano moved to opposite sides, and at the same time away from the rest of the class.

"Yukiko" Karma said, and Yukiko stood behind him, next to her beloved Isogai.

Kayano whispered something at Nagisa. He was hesitant in the beginning, but then he looked at you.

"Y/N"

You were actually okay with that. It was your chance to attack Karma without actually being scolded or led to detention or be made fun of by the others.

You stood behind Nagisa, thanking your best friend who just saved you. Karma was staring at you and kept saying names, and from his expression you realised that this is how he also wanted things to happen. You and him being opponents.

After the two teams were formed and you were about to get ready to begin, Karma approached you. His body touched yours and he lowered his head to whisper to your ear.

"If you manage to beat my team in this game... I will tell you who Hiro is."

He took a few steps behind, grinning. Your eyes opened widely at that and then he returned to his team, away from you.
