Preference #1 (Voicemail after an argument)
"Darling I'm sorry that little wench flirted with me and then proceeded to kiss me. I had the fullest intentions of stopping I promise you, her mouth was not near as delicate and sweet as yours. Her tongue like that of a snake. In all honesty the entire experience was horrific and I have been mentally scarred. Perhaps you could help me forget tonight? Hmmm. I will see you at your place around seven, I'll be sharp my darling."

Preference #2 (How he reacts when he hears you swear for the first time)
The rain lashed against your windscreen as you drove home from the cinema, Kol in the passenger seat.
A deer ran out in front of the car.
"Fuck!" You yelled, hitting the break.
The deer stood, almost as if judging you, before running off into the woods.
"And watch where the fuck you're going next time!" You yelled after it.
"Darling, that language was simply vulgar," Kol tutted.
You glanced at him, raising an eyebrow.
"Do it again," he grinned. "I like it."

Preference #3 (His reaction when you come home drunk)
It turns out some people don't appreciate you yelling "I'm sexy and I know it" at two in the morning... Like you were doing right now.
You stood all alone in the middle of the street, strutting your stuff. "Ah... Girl look at that body!"
The lamppost was a well placed pole as you swung around on it. "Ah... I work out!"
"Darling, I don't believe people will appreciate your singing right now." Kol leant against another lamppost, arms crossed and a smirk plastered across his face.
You swung from the lamp post, standing in the middle of the road. Time for the ultimate dance routine you're drunken brain concluded as you started dancing (using the term loosely). "When I walk in the spot, this is what I see,
Everybody stops and they staring at me. I got passion in my pants and I ain't afraid to show it, show it, show it, show it!"
Kol ran at you, hosting you over his shoulder. "However much I loved that display of drunkness it's best we go inside now, darling."
Kol whizzed you up the stairs of the porch but not before your finale "I'm sexy and I know it!" You yelled at the top of your lungs to the silent street.
"Yes, yes you are," Kol laughed.

"Excuse me sweetheart, but surely a girl like you should be in the arms of a strapping young man." This said man was now smirking down at you like you were an object he wanted to claim as his own. "Like me."
Hell no...
"Good evening," Kol said, wrapping his arms around your waist as he pulled your back against his chest.
Oh dear...
He began kissing you neck, sucking on a spot. He was giving you a hickey.
"Now," Kol breathed. "You see that on her neck?" His hands gripped your waist tighter.
"Yes," the man shrugged.
"That means she's mine, not yours or anyone else's," Kol hissed. "Of course by her own choice, she's not an object."
"I'm not scared of you," the man laughed.
Kol moved quickly, pinning the man to the wall. "You should be." He moved forward, face buried in the man's neck.
"I hope you're not giving him a love bite too," you called.
Kol pulled away, dropping the man to the floor. "You don't remember any of this and as for your neck, if anyone asks a girl got too... Creative." He turned to you afterwards as the man ran off.
You crossed your arms. "Really?"
"Darling, you're the only one I give love bites-" Kol pulled you close, trailing kisses down your neck. "Too." His teeth grazed your neck. "Only you."

Preference #7 (What you do that annoys him)
"If you do not turn that off I will break it." Kol growled from the sofa.
"I'll break you then," you snapped, turning up "Drag me down" by One Direction.
"I hate No Direction," Kol grumbled, standing up. "They don't have 'One Thing' that makes them from 'Another World'. They change like the 'Night Changes' and they certainly don't understand 'What Makes You Beautiful'. They haven't 'Stole My Heart' and they're not what 'I Want' to listen to. So I'm not listening to them 'Over Again' I'm going to turn them off 'Right Now', because Y/N I'm going to 'Save You Tonight'.
"That was seriously creepy considering you hate them," you giggled as Night Changes started.
"I have my 'Moments'," Kol winked, hitting the off button.
"Hey! I was listening to that!" You hit the on button.
"And that is exactly what was annoying me," Kol mumbled.
"I like One Direction, and you will too."
"Oh really?" 'Change My Mind'," Kol whispered, pulling you into a kiss.

Preference #8 (Your first kiss)
You wandered along the roads, pulling your cardigan closer. It turns out the party you'd gone to wasn't all it had been amped up to be. You glanced around the cold night. Your friend, Kol,  had told you being out this late at night was dangerous, that monsters lurked in the shadows. Your converse stepped into the moonlight, you weren't in the shadows so technically you were safe.
"It is not safe to be out this late at night, darling."
You turned to see the warm brown gaze of Kol. "Hey," you smiled.
"What happens if you had gotten hurt?" He whispered, stepping closer to you and wrapping his coat around your shoulders.
"I'm fine, there aren't any monsters out here in the dark," you laughed, digging your hands into his coat pockets.
Kol sighed, his eyes growing sad. "There are my darling."
"W-what do you mean?" You whispered.
"Y/N, you have been my salvation but I cannot take you down with me-" Kol's hand brushed your face. "-I cannot drag you down to Hell with me, my love."
His lips pressed against yours. They were soft and warm and good. And just as long as they had been there, they disappeared. You didn't even have time to take your hands out of your pockets.
"I am a monster, my darling." He pushed a lock of hair behind your ear, before he held your face with both of his hands. "And I cannot endanger you, I was in a dark place until I met you, my salvation. And now I shall be yours."
"Kol, what are you-"
"You will not remember meeting me, you won't remember this kiss and you will forget what ever feelings you may have had for me." Kol gave you a small smile before he disappeared.
"Damn, it's cold," you hissed, pulling the coat on your shoulders closer. You frowned. Who the hell had given you their coat? "I guess I'll have to find them and give it back," you muttered continuing your walk home.
