A/N this is a fanfic about what if Alvarez had a dragon slayer like the Fairy Tail guild but he ended in Alacatashia instead of Ishgal. He will have a mentor by his side.

Y/n Pov

I was walking along with Rose my exceed on a road in Alvarez. I was traveling towards my destination, the home of Master Enchanter Irene Belserion. She is also a dragon slayer like me, but only uses one element while I can use any kind of element. I have trouble to control it, that's why I want to reach her. Thankfully I was asked by a high ranking soldier to meet her since she requested to meet me in person. I was known in Alvarez since I was able to cure any curse or illness, thanks to my amazing magic ability. 

The thought of meeting her here sends a shiver down my spine as she is a sadistic and cruel person whenever she is displeased or annoyed by someone she kills them without a second thought. Meaning I have to really think on what I'm saying.

I reached her home after who knows how long, she lived pretty far out on a mountain with a breathtaking sight when looking around, in the distance I could see the capital of Alvarez. It took me two days to reach this place. I stood in front of the gate now, left and right were flowers adorning the mansion, "Pretty odd for a woman that is supposed to be heartless and cruel" I thought a little surprised. 

A servant opened the gate and directed me towards the main entrance and brought me to Irene's office room. He bowed and left the room closing the door. "Sit down" Irene exclaimed with a demanding tone that made my ears ring. I sat on the free chair in front, she looked at me with a stern look with her fingers preset together for a while. "Do you know why I have requested your appearance here" She said braking the silence as her eyes pierced me and looked at every move that I made. One wrong word and I'm dead.

I looked at her but not directly in the eyes. "Miss Irene if I would guess, it has to do with my magic power and ability to cure any illness or curse". I said and imediatelly silenced as she made a small move with her hand. Her face didn't change or showed any emotions whatsoever.  She just nod.

"Good you are smart. I have a small problem, since years I'm under a curse. I'd like you to cure me, if you can do it I will give you whatever you wish for but not for free anyway". She said and moved  her hand a little casual.

"I'll do what you ask Miss Irene." I said and agreed to her request. To my surprise she walked over to a table and striped down completely. I looked in shock at her. 

"What are you waiting for use your magic to cure me". She said  impatiently glaring at me, her hand already crackled with magic to force me do it.

"M-my magic doesn't require the person that I use it on to strip". I stuttered with a blushing face. She glared at me and just sat down. 

"I don't care use your magic now". She retorted and exhaled a little annoyed. I walked to her she laid on the table and I laid my hand on her belly right under her breasts. I looked away to not get even more embarrassed. She noticed it easily "What? Have you never seen a naked woman before?" Irene asked with a mocking tone. 

I agreed, I never had seen a naked woman. "It's just not normal for me to touch a woman when she's not wearing anything". I replied with a shaky voice. I had a red face and tried to stay calm while curing her. I searched for anything that didn't feel normal to me she had some sort of seed in her that felt evil I eliminated it and felt all the dark magic energy leave her body and stepped back exhaling in relieve as I finished my work. She sat up still in the nude showing her bare chest. 

"Was this everything I don't feel any different" She said a little disappointed but her voice was still filled with an undertone of death for me.

"The effect takes a bit of time after a quarter hour you should be normal and cured from that dragon seed cancer". I replied making her smile a little, it looked a bit crocked but maybe because she never had anything to smile about.

Irene Pov

Y/n was my last hope to be cured from this annoying curse. I felt the itching go away the pain slowly went away and my appetite returned. "Is this it am I cured?" I thought since I it has been long time that I felt hunger for specific food and not just plain hunger. 

I grabbed an apple my hand was shaking lightly as I bit in it. I tasted the sweetness of the fruit, I was staring at the apple. "This has to be a dream" I thought as a tear made it's way down my cheek. 20 years, It has been 20 years since I last tasted anything. I bit into it again and felt the sweetness again. "I can finally taste again I'm a full human again"  I thought and I began to smile a bit as I ate the rest before turning to Y/n. 

I placed my arms around hugging him in gratitude. "Thank you Y/n thank you" I said and tears of joy made it's way down as I lightly nuzzled my face into his shoulder. I noticed his face had a dark red color that's when I realized that I was still undressed because my chest pressed against him. I quickly got back and dressed myself he was standing like a stone statue. I placed a hand on him. "You have done what I have requested Y/n, now tell me what you want and I will give it to you". I said giving him a warm and gentle smile. 

He looked at me. "I want to learn more about my dragon slayer magic. I have trouble to control it perfectly my attacks are to strong and my dragon force is like a switch that sometimes turns off mid fight I want to be your pupil". He said with a slight pout making me chuckle silently. 

I looked at him. "I can do that you seem to be worth my time and I thank you for giving back my life however in return once you turn into an adult I request something from you, I will tell you what it is once you are older. Is that a deal". I asked and stretched out my hand to him he took it. 

"I will do it, I believe that this is the right thing to do" He said with determination. I had a smile form on me he didn't know what I wanted from him once he is an adult.

Y/n Pov

Irene called all her servants making them stand in front of me. "This is Y/n he will be my pupil from now, please treat him with kindness". Irene said with a smile placing her hands on my shoulders. Irene directed me to a room that was upstairs. "This is your bedroom my room is down the hall knock if you need something or want to train at night because that can also help to strengthen your coordination when you can't see well. You will get new clothes tomorrow we will go into town in the morning." She explained as she smiled warmly at me again.

Her emotions and behavior changed completely since I cured her she smiled at me. I sat on the bed with Rose. Rose got my attention by lightly punching my arm. "That woman changed completely since you cured her she was stern and emotionless and now she is all happy." Rose said with a puzzled face. 

I just sighed and laid back on the bed. "Maybe she has a reason for why she was that grumpy" I retorted and flopped down on the bed. I laid there a little thinking about how she will train me. I walked out and headed trough the main hall into the living room where Irene sat on the couch drinking tea. "Sit down and take a cup this is green tea thanks to your cure I can enjoy food again. We will have dinner soon, I already said to my servants that they will eat with us too". She said with a pleased smile and her eyes glistered with joy. 

I looked at her a little surprised. "Did you normally eat alone". I asked dumbfounded. 

"I wasn't able to taste anything since years so I was never looking at what I'm eating. I could eat tons of it and not get full" She said and shrugged "But now I can enjoy it again. We will be eating lots of servings. Go and take a shower in your own room until it's ready your partner can join too at the dinner". She added with a happy expression. We both bowed in thanks. "You don't have to be all formal anymore I will treat you like a son from now". She said slightly flustered.

I went back into my room and took a shower in my own bathroom, I was done and bathed Rose in it too she wasn't really that excited to do. "Y/n I don't have to take a bath I can clean myself you know". She said angrily. 

"You have to look nice and I want to impress Irene". I retorted getting a nasty glare from her. I was done and placed Roses ribbon back on her right ear. Rose had a slightly pink fur it may look strange for a guy to have a female exceed but Rose isn't really that lady like she actually likes fights and just looks like a lady her temper is like a spring sometimes. 

I got into my clothes I heard a knock on my door. "Sir Y/n I inform you that dinner is ready miss Irene is waiting for you to join" The young maid said with a girlish voice. I opened the door and walked out with Rose I was walking to the dinning room and sat at the free seat next to Irene she was on the head of the table, we started to eat the food, it was very good. Everyone had table manners including me and Rose. Irene talked with me a bit saying what I will do from tomorrow on. She also said due to her being a dragon she never aged being the same age from since she turned into one and back. I only cured her problems I don't know if she will age, but she didn't care about that at all. We were done with dinner and I got back into my room.

Irene Pov

Y/n changed my life by curing me. I can taste and feel, my itching is gone completely, the pain vanished and I can finally breath in and smell the amazing air of the mountain. My emotions got back like they were once 400 years ago. 

I was sitting on my chair in my bedroom near a small desk looking at an old photo of someone that I want to find and hold in my arms one day hopefully. But for now Y/n will have my attention. Once his training is over I can go and search for her, hopefully. 

I felt tears coming in my eyes remembering the day I left her. I always thought of it being the right decision for her safety. I always said to myself that I didn't love her, to drown my emotions and stop the aching feeling of sadness building up. But that only made it worse and I became a ruthless, heartless witch and tortured people to my amusement trying to soothe the pain I felt from being separated from her all this time. 

"I hope to find you one day my dear baby". I quietly said as I trailed the small image of her with my finger tears dropped left and right of it before I placed the photo back into the drawer. My heart pounded in agony since years that I left her, no day went by that I didn't think of her, my own flesh and blood. "How could this happen" I thought as I remembered the past. 

I was the queen of Dragnof, I was close to the people that lived in my kingdom. I evaded wars with other nations, dragons coexisted with humans and as then the dragon war came, I learned dragon slayer magic to kill the dragons that attacked my kingdom and to protect the dragons that lived in it. 

When I was pregnant, after the war ended, I hoped that things were going better and that I could live a normal life. But then this damn dragon curse turned me into a dragon and I suffered for more then 400 years. But things did get better now. "Did I get a second change at life that I can now finally make right?"  I thought and wiped the tears away "Thank you Y/n for giving me a change at getting my life back" I silently said and I laid down on the bed, as I got quite sleepy. It was not even close to sundown. I wiped my face dry from the tears. I haven't slept in 20 years and now it's time for my first sleep in a long time.
