I saw my parents staring at me scared, Leah looked worried, and Dren was sympathetic. I felt disgusted like I just breathed in a whole breath of cigarette smoke.

I was a murderer. I thought everyone I knew was dead and I wanted to avenge them, to make those who had murdered my family to bleed. It was a little terrifying how bloodthirsty I could be but it was also exhilarating fighting to the death.

Just as I was thinking that I felt two small arms wrap around me and pull me into their soft chest as I realized I was crying. I was crying in front of Leah, am I even a man if I have to have a woman to comfort me? No, I'm a man just...A man who needs comforted by a nice girl and his family. I continued to cry for a long time, by the time I was done it was already nighttime.

Once I had stopped I felt sleepy suddenly, so I put my arms around Leah and she stiffens. I know this is the first time I've hugged her but am I that bad? I went to pull away, "NO DON'T DO THAT!" She said and pulled my face into her chest. She definitely had matured. Before there was nothing but, now as I am being suffocated by them I noticed just how much this draconian demon had matured.

Her breathing was fast and short and her heart was racing, is she scared? I pulled my head out of the softness and l looked up at her enchanting purple eyes and she looked at me shyly with a pink tint to her soft cheeks. I smiled seeing it was only exhaustion, she couldn't tell me because she'd look weak in my eyes. At least that's what she thinks.

Mom and Dad came over and hugged us to which the pink tint on her cheeks disappeared and brother appeared on top of us and joined the hug. Together we could live happily anywhere.

"Son we are going to have to move to another country because you just expertly killed two knights from the capital." He said exasperatedly. I knew something would happen I mean we have no clothes, shelter, food, water. We've got nothing but the clothes on our back and the skin on our teeth.

"Alright father let's move to another country, one where there is no prejudice." I said happily. Dad looked at me solemnly.

"Son, I have to tell you and your brother something. You guys, as sad as it is, have the titles Hated By All, this means that no matter where you go you are hated by all the people in this realm."

I felt like a train hit me, dad knew my titles and he even knew the effect of one. This means he's known since I was young that I have the capacity to be a strong Spellsword.

"But you guys are young and have no idea how to manage the emotions raging inside you. When you turn 17 you will gain a job and a unique skill to the job, but to make sure you guys will be able to handle your emotions I'm going to send you to an old friend."

I don't know dad still was in touch with others, we live on the border between Grimera the country that supports demons and humans coexisting, and the kingdom that sent their troops to attack the village, Freiam.

Things are still tense in Grimera between Demons and Humans, but it's better than here, the only reason mother and father lived was because mother used her water magic to create a magic shield just in time.

Yeah my mom knows water magic, but back to what is happening.

"This old friend lives in Grimera, He owns the job academy when you get there you should be seventeen and have a job they can help you master. Don't worry about us we have a secret home in the mountains nearby so go on and enjoy your journey don't fret about us."

The tears welled up inside my eyes as I ran and hugged them hard and cried. I was leaving the only family I knew for over sixteen years. I hugged them as Leah and Dren came and joined in on crying and hugging. Leah probably is crying because there would be no more mom made food. We were like that for a long time until we finally pulled apart and Dad started to rook through the rubble until he found a small space where inside were three large sized duffle bags.

"These have in them two and some odd years worth of food so you should make it to your destination and be able to have three meals a day." I looked inside and noticed all of the food was preservable so it would last us until the destination. I hastily ate a jerky and looked at dad as I said, "I will make you proud dad."

With that I walked away followed by a scurrying Leah and a walking Dren. This is going to be the start of a new chapter for us in this life this will be a important turning point in my story. One of the turning points that may change my entire life, for better or worse.

~~~~Literally two minutes into the forest~~~~

"HOLY SHIIIIIIIT!" I screamed as Leah screamed too. She apparently neglected to tell me that she lost her edge, so we are being chased by an enormous ant that has wings. Then lightning slammed into the side of it as it burned into a crisp and Dren appeared laughing his ass off.

"Yeah, yeah funny, funny, you comedian" I said angrily. It was his fault anyway, he poked it with a stick and it started chasing us. What did he think it would do?!

Sometime I don't know what to do with this useless brother. He's still my brother though and I love him all the same.
