I need some help as you can see by the title. My friend is going through some stuff and I know how she feels because I'm going through it too. Hopefully she isn't where I am. She most likely has just been grazing the surface while I however am drowning. I'm drowning in pain. I want her to stop. I want to help her stop but I can't even help myself and hearing that she did it again it makes me sad. Pissed. But sad. I couldn't be there to stop her from cutting and as soon as I read her message my mind went crazy. Something that kept being said by my demons was " you couldn't​ stop her you worthless bitch. You're just a useless little girl who couldn't help her friend. If you couldn't help her how are you gonna help yourself." I don't want to think about it now and I'm asking ya'll to help me. Please help me please. I don't know how much more of this I can take before I snap. Just help me please. Before it's too late.
