~Ayame's P.O.V~

I woke up and looked around, forgetting where I was for a moment. I roll over and I see Ed sleeping peacefully next to me. I sigh, and curl into his chest.

He holds me closer. I close my eyes, and bury my face in his chest.

After a minute, I carefully untangled myself from him, and sat up on the edge of the bed. I stood up, dressed, then quietly opened the door and snuck out of the bedroom and down the stairs.

"Oh, good morning Ayame!" Winry says. "Where's Ed?" "Morning Win." I reply. "He's still sleeping. He needs it..." She nodded in understanding.

"I'm gonna go for a walk." I say. "Alright." she replies. I open the door, and walk outside.

~Ed's P.O.V~

I woke up to find Ayame gone. I started to worry. So I went downstairs. "Morning Ed!" Winry says. "Hey." I say. "Where's Aya?" "she went for a walk." "why?" I asked. "To heck if I know." she says, shrugging.

As I went outside, I saw Al standing in front of the house. "Have you seen Aya?" I asked. "No." he replies. I started to get worried.

I had an idea of where she was. I walked there, and sure enough. Ayame was sitting in front of the ruins that were once her home.

I tried to sneak up behind her. "Ed what do you think would be different if we hadn't met?" Aya asks. I replied by saying "Well...the changes would be drastic.." I say. "I never would have met the most amazing person in my life..." i blush a bit. "I'm sure that's not true." she says. "You would still have Winry." "yeah..but your my lover....she's a friend." I hugged her. She leans her head on my shoulder and i bring her closer to me.

"Aya, what would things for you be if we hadn't met?" I ask. "I don't know." she says. "Probably terrible. I mean, It's because of you i decided to become a Dog of the Military.." i look down at her. she looks up, and kisses me.
