Anti-Hero name: Reaper

Backstory: Damien Blank AKA Reaper was Union Academy's punk boy, he enjoys gothic music and his girlfriends. One time when he was hurt, his father took him to his hideout, where he used the serum that not only cured him, but turned him into a super mercenary. Isaac's father revealed that he used to be the Original Reaper, and passed the cowl to him before drawing his last breath. Damien used this power to drain the life force of other people and being his enemies worst nightmares. He later on sided with the Phantom Protocol to assist the team on they're missions to eliminate any Shadow Company trooper in his path. His two girlfriends, Flare and Shinobu deeply cares for him even if he is an anti-hero, but Damien promised he will not let them get hurt.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Marksmanship (Expert Marksman and explosives user), Martial Arts (Would have been trained in hand-to-hand combat as he got into the Shadow Syndicate, and shows effective takedowns), Stealth Mastery, Limited Adaptation (Due to going through the same Super Soldier program as Soldier: 76, Reyes should have the same ability to adapt to harsh climates), Regeneration (Mid-Low), Regeneration Nullification (His Shotgun rounds cause severe cellular degradation which nullifies up to Mid-Low regeneration), Smoke Manipulation, Intangibility (Able to disperse into smoke at will), Flight (In Wraith Form), Danmaku (Via Death Blossom), Teleportation (Via Shadow Step), Self-Healing (Via the Reaping, which heals him for 35% of the damage he deals), Weapon Creation (Able to create a seemingly limitless number of shotguns), Regeneration (Mid-Low Normally, up to Mid-High. Reaper's cells simultaneously decay and regenerate at a hyper-accelerated rate, even after the destruction of his body, he can regain physical form after a few hours), Explosion Manipulation (Via Grenades), Resistance to Sleep Manipulation (Laughed off Sleep Darts)
