Backstory: Jackson Thompson is the brother of the original Agent Venom, Flash Thompson. Flash's relationship with his brother was very strong. When Flash and Peter bitterness lessen, the two decided to rebuild they're friendship and gain each others trusts. When Flash was about to pass away from a deadly accident, he gave the venom symbiote to his brother Jackson to carry on his legacy, Jackson promised Flash he'll follow in him and peter's footsteps.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Multiple Selves (Third type; Jackson and Venom coexist in a symbiotic relationship), Weapon Mastery (Mostly with guns), Military Training, Elasticity, Body Control, Weapon Creation (The symbiote can create weapons such as an axe or blade), Camouflage, Shapeshifting/Transformation, Regeneration (Likely Mid scaling from Flash's Venom; High-Mid for the Symbiote), Rage Power, Surface Scaling, Can breathe in space, Can generate webs for various purposes, Healing with the Anti-Venom suit, Resistance to Precognition, Soul Manipulation and Poison Manipulation (His suit can filter poison.)
