" The lead surgeon is here." An OR nurse announced when I entered the room.

They helped me to wear my surgical scrub as I'm drying my hands from scrubbing it. The next one was my gloves. They also put my surgical cap and the last one was the nurse helped to put my mask.

I glazed at my team who was now ready for the cardiac surgeon. I've been doing this for many times. I sighed heavily and thought of my darling that made me smile.

" Let's do this." Banggit ko sa kanila.

" Is the medication check and anesthesia machine is complete?" I asked and glanced at my co-surgeon and co-doctors who were standing in front of me.

" Yes, the medication check and anesthesia machine is complete." The anesthodologist answered.

" Does the patient have a risk of blood loss?" Tanong ko ulit.

" Minimal." My co-doctor replied.

" Are there any specific requirements?" I questioned, looking at them still.

" Cardiovascular clamps, hemogrip clamps, needle holders, scissors, swevil-style chest spreader, tissue forceps which has been checked already." The surgeon answered.

" Good," I said. " Are there any critical steps?" I looked around at the whole room.

Typically with overhead surgical lights, have viewing screens and monitors. CleanRoom that supplied with oxygen, wall room and other anesthetic gases. I saw the anesthesia cart, operating table, and other tables to set up some instruments.

" Possibility for a conversation to open surgery." One of the doctor mentioned.

I looked back at them. " Any specific anesthetic concern?"

" None."

" What is the patient's ASA grade?" I asked.

" Four." The other doctor replied that made my brows furrowed. If the patient's ASA grade is four it means a patient with severe systemic disease that is a constant threat to life.

" Any monitoring equipment required?"

" All present."

" Has the sterility of the instrumentation been confirmed?" I asked.

" Yes," they answered.

I nod. " Good," I looked to the OR nurse as my signal and walked near to the patient.

" Nine Twenty-Nine AM surgery begins." One of the OR nurse announced.

" Scalpel." I commanded and opened up the patient.

" Retractor."

" Bovie."

" Sht!" I mentioned in a low voice when the blood suddenly spits in the air.

My heartbeat suddenly quickened when I looked up to the monitoring machine.

I still remain calm as the anesthedologist panickly said, " The patient's vitals are dropping!"

" Irrigation!" I commanded now as I glazed my sight to my co-doctors who were panicking too.

" Don't just stare! Do your duties!" I almost shouted it. It's not only a duty because we are saving lives! I just shook my head and they followed my command.

" Suction." I calmly said now.

" Scissors," I added. " Cut!"

" Suture." I finally mentioned.

" Saturation." I glazed my sight to the them.

" Is the patient stable?" I asked and looked at the monitoring machine that made me sigh.

" The vitals went back to stable." The anesthedologist said.

It made me relaxed at pinunasan ko ang pawis ko and I gave my surgeon team a smile.

Afterall, dumiretso na ako sa office ko to prepare all the stuffs because tapos na ang duty ko and also I filed a vacation. While I was fixing my things and changing my clothes into a black slacks and white dress shirt, a familiar doctor came in.

I looked at my designer watch at malapit na palang mag-alas dose. Natasha was waiting for me. " Good Morning, Doc." Bati ko.

" Can I talk to you for a second, Dr. Villaflor?" Tanong niya sa akin. Tumango ako at nilapag ko muna ang gamit ko sa glass table na nasa likuran ko.

" So... The mayor will have this surgery the next day. And since, matunog na ang pangalan mo sa surgical field and especially to our hospital. I am planning you to be the lead surgeon for that. Don't worry, you can pick your surgeon team."

I furrowed my brows. " That's a great opportunity, doc. But I have important event to catch up."

" I see that. If you just changed your mind, you can call me." He tapped my shoulders and he closed the door.

Napatingin ulit ako sa relo ko at nang makitang late na ako para sunduin si Natasha ay kaagaran agad akong tumungo sa parking lot.

Before walking there, may mga nakakasalubong din ako na mga staffs and my co-doctors. I just gave them a small smile.

" Good Afternoon, Doc!" Bati ng isang nurse sa akin habang may tinutulak siyang pasyente.

" Good Afternoon." I smiled.

" Ingat, Doc! " The intern greeted me while reading to his charts and talked to the nurses now who were inside the counter.

Agad akong nag-seatbelt because my darling was waiting for me. I directly put my seatbelt going to the De Verra Corporate Company para sunduin siya.

When I came there, may mga staffs and employees na bumabati sa akin while I was going to the elevator. They already knew me because I also handled their medical informations and all medical stuffs. Monthly, we were having a free checkups here. I wanted to make sure that my darling's employees were all in good health. At hindi rin naman iyon na mabigat na bagay para sa akin.

I just pressed the floor where was the office located until I heard a woman who was panting and the elevator immediately opened again.

" Hi, babe!" She waved her hands to me. Hindi ako nagkakamali!

" Angel!" My brows furrowed because of excitement to see her again. To see her that successful. But what was she doing here?

" Oh my ghod, babe! It's been a long time, right?!" She suddenly kissed the both sides of my cheek while holding an invitation card. Napatingin ako bigla doon until the elevator opened.

" Do you know where that girl is?" She asked me while we were walking.

" Good Afternoon, Doc!" A staff just bowed to greet me.

" Ang pogi talaga ni Doc!" The other one mentioned that made me just focused in walking.

" What the hell?!" Angel suddenly looked at them at bakas na naman ang pagka-irita niya.

" Just continue the walk. And please be nice for a day, Angel." I shook my head to continue my walk until we stopped when I saw her secretary.

" D-doctor... Villaflor! Bakit po kayo napa-naparito?" She stuttered. " Hello po, Ma'am!"

" I'm looking for the CEO of this company. I mean you already knew who she is. Where is she?" Angel asked to the secretary without stopping. " I really need to give this marriage invitation."

My eyes were widened at nagulat ako sa sinabi niya. " Pardon?" I asked.

" Really, Babe?!" Angel rolled her eyes.

" W-wala po si, Ma'am Natasha. N-nasa school po siya eh." She stuttered until she looked to the paper she was holding. Probably her schedule. " Nova... Novaliches High School nandoon po siya, Doc and Ma'am!"

I nod my head. " Thank you."

I immediately walked back going to the parking lot. Hindi manlang niya ako hinintay! I was so late for this. Nagmamadali akong bumababa to catch up her at naririnig kong hinahabol ako ni Angel. I just heard it dahil sa sapatos na suot niya.

" Hey! Babe!" She was panting while running.

" Yeah?" I asked her, still walking.

" Can you just give this to her?" She asked me that made me stopped.

" Yeah, I will." Maikli kong sagot bago naglakad muli.

" I will send the wear to the both of you! We will have after party na rin! I hope you will go there, babe!" The last thing she shouted before I came to our alumni school.

Marami akong nakitang mga naka-park na cars and exactly may isang space na medyo malapit sa big gate ng school.

Before I went down, I looked to the mini-compartment where the small box was. I shook my head and smiled as I closed it.

I sighed heavily now when I was stood up still. I can't believe that I'm here again after for how many years.

I glazed my sight to the label na nakalagay sa big gate and it includes the name of our school. I walked in at may naglagay ng bulaklak na necklace to my neck.

" Good Afternoon, Sir!" Bati ng mga estudyante sa akin. I looked at their back ang I saw that they were part of the SSG. Maybe this was their part for welcoming the alumnis. I glazed my sight to the court at nakikita ko na rin yung mga graduates. Actually we're here, because my darling will have her inspirational speech for them. I stopped when I heard a familiar voice and even tapped my shoulders.

" Magandang hapon, Gilbert!" Bati sa akin ng school personnel. He was really that changed. His facial changes and he looks that old.

" G-good Afternoon, manong guard!" Napangiti na lang ako habang hawak-hawak ko ang kamay niya. " K-kumusta naman ho kayo?"

" Ayos lang... nagbabantay pa rin ako ng mga bata. Pero masaya naman." Balik niya sa akin. " Ikaw ba? Wala na akong masyadong balita sa inyo. Lagi ko nalang kayo nakikita sa tarpaulin sa labas."

My brows suddenly furrowed when Manong Guard mentioned that. " What do you mean, Sir?"

" Nandyan yung mga mukha niyo sa labas. Ang mga proud students galing sa eskwelehang ito. Akalain mo may mga mag-aaral sa iba't-ibang unibersidad ang mga Novaleños!" Tapik niya sa akin. " At ngayon... mukha naman na kayong successful base sa mga pananamit ninyo!" Tawa niya. " Oh, Siya! Mukhang kailangan ka roon pa sa stage."

Tinapik ko ang kaniyang braso. " Salamat ho. Hanggang sa susunod."

Habang sumasabay ako sa mga estudyanteng nakasuot ng mga toga nila, ay may biglang pumasok sa akin. May naaalala ako bigla sa aking nilalakaran. Hindi ako nagkakamali na rito niya ako iniwan. Dito nangyari ang bagay na ayoko na muling maulit. Napangiti nalang ako at dumaan sa S.B. Building para makababa sa court. Naglalakad ako pa-diretso habang sumusulyap ako sa paligid para hanapin siya. Habang naglalakad, kinuha ko ang phone ko mula sa bulsa para tawagan siya.

" Ouch!" Sigaw ng pamilyar na babae.

" Hey!" Agad kong hawak sa braso niya.

" Fucker!" She rolled her eyes. She was so elegant today with her dress. May mga batang nakapaligid din sa kaniya.

" Gil!" Sigaw niya muli na nagpahinto sa pagtitig ko sa kaniya.

" Uh... S-sorry. You're just beautiful today." I gave her a small smile that made her punched my chest.

" Aww!" I whispered. Kinausap niya ang bata at 'saka umalis.

" You're so fucking late! I hate you!" She crossed her arms.

" Yeah! I know. Kinausap lang ako ng doctor about the mayor's surgery. Pumunta ako sa companya niyo pero wala ka na raw sabi ng secretary mo. I also met Angel there." May kinuha ako sa bulsa ko. " And also pinapasabi niya na ibigay ko raw 'to sa 'yo."

She opened it that made her jumpes from excitement. " Oh my ghod! My babe will be married soon!"

" Huh?" I asked and just wondered about it. " Who's the groom?"

" Fucker!" She punched my chest again. I think she will not live without punching my chest though. Sanay na ako. " You're fucking friend!"

" Talaga?!"

" Yup!" She giggled.

" Nice." I shook my head repeatedly. Is it Trix? No, it can't be him. Vincent? Definitely not. My eyes widened.

" Lance!?"

" You're really not a good friend." She rolled her eyes and went now down using the stairs coming from the SB Building.

" Wait!" I ran quickly as my hands were inside my slacks.

We were now sat on the chair. As the program was starting.

She held my hand and it was cold. " I'm kinda nervous." She pouted.

I gripped her hand. " You can do it, my darling." I whispered to her and placed my lips to her.

" O... okay."

Her inspirational speech was starting now. We rain a clap for her. I'm so really proud of what she achieved now.

She looked at the crowd, and glazed at my eyes.

" I love you." I mouthed that made her eyes rolled.

" Before I start this speech. I just want you all to give yourselves a clap. You all deserved that." She chuckled. " So... Uhm... Good Afternoon graduates, parents... to the teachers especially to my past teachers there. Good Afternoon to everyone."

" We all studied here in Novaliches High School that you can find in the Lakandula Street... obviously. Being a public student, is not my first choice. To study here is not my choice also. But thank goodness that my parents enrolled me here. Let's go back when I was that young, innocent, dramatic, hater girl who was enrolled in an STE Class. Shout out to all the Grade 10 STEs here. When I entered the campus, I'm shocked because my parents forced me to study here. Until a girl in a glasses approached me to be her friend. I mean... we always have friends here. If you don't have, then you can be my friend. So... she approached me until I met another three girls that changed my perspective about being a public student. And I am so glad that I found them. I really don't know what to do without them actually. And I am so grateful to have them in my life." She was now being teary that made me bit my cheeks.

" I also found my happiness here and he's with me right now. You can call him Doctor Gilbert or just Kuya." She chuckled. " Without him, I will not stand here, sharing these experiences with you. I can say that everything really happens for a reason. Your life will not end by just being a high school student. Yeah! It will end but a new chapter will introduce after. You will learn more challenges, you will accept some difficulties, you will make some hard decisions, but just fight to it. Because at the end of everything you will achieve your triumph. I may be not your perfect model but I have my high school best friends. They taught me a lesson, many lessons that you will know soon. So... yeah! Thank you for having me. We were now inside the aircraft. I decided to spent our vacation in Boracay that's why I took a leave. My brows furrowed when my darling was smiling while the flight purser was talking infront of her.

" Why are you smiling?" I asked, curious.

She bit her lower lip. " I'm just proud of her." She smiled now and it was widened. I look at the flight purser and nod slowly, realizing.

" So... How are you? How's the surgery appointment earlier, Doc. Villaflor?" My darling teased.

I just shook my head as I gave her a smile. " The vitals dropped. I mean, maayos naman. All things were great and I had a great surgeon team."

I caressed her cheek, " How 'bout you my darling?"

" I'm planning to have a building near at the beach. More like a beach hotel. I also conducted surveys too if where will be the location." She said with excitement on her face. " I also called the best head engineer and the best architect for this project."

" That's great then. I can't wait for that."

Our conversations were cut when a flight attendant asked something to Natasha.

" Coffee, Tea, or Juice, Ma'am?" She asked. " Hi, Gilbert!" She whispered.

" Hey,"

The flight attendant who was talking earlier while now looking at Natasha, " Just say what you want. I can't chika with you, 'no!"

" Ugh! Just a water nalang." My darling rolled her eyes.

The last thing I heard until we rode a boat ride and finally we arrived at our hotel.

She directly went to sleep baka dahil pagod siya. I just went to the balcony para tingnan yung dagat. It's always pretty, and calm like her.

Kinuha ko yung maliit na box mula sa slacks ko. I opened it and there I saw the shining diamond. It's a ring and I promised to her na ako lang yung papakasalan niya. I just hated it dahil wala na akong masyadong time because of my medical work that's why I grabbed this important weekend. And it took so long to ask it to her. Hopefully she will say yes.

The next day, she woke up earlier than me at may mga pagkain na sa dinner table.

" Okay! I didn't cook this, huh. The hotel have room service." Pauna niya agad sa akin.

Nag-unat na ako atsaka naligo. She looks mad when I was now infront of her.

" We're fucking eating! Wear an upper wear!" She shouted and bit to her food.

I nod slowly. Why she was always mad when I'm topless?

" Ayos na ba?" Tanong ko sa kaniya while wearing the sleeveless shirt.

She nodded and mentioned, " So... I already booked some outdoor actives for later. Uhm... later in the afternoon we will have helmet diving. We will only have a 10-minutes break after that... I think so. Next one will be the snorkeling... I really love that! It's my first time to do it. The next one is Jet Skiing! We can race... if you only like though. And before the sun sets we should do a mermaid swimming!"

She excitedly reported to me. She was smiling all throughout at 'yon naman ang mahalaga sa akin. Pero bakit naman ang daming gagawin buong maghapon?!

" You can do that? Like... 4 swimming activities?" I shook my head as I'm analyzing all the things she just said.

" And also..." She pointed out her fingers to each other. " At night we will have a night spa. Don't worry! We already have reservation for that!" She smiled to me.

Napasapo nalang ako sa ulo ko. " Is that what you really want?"

" Yup!" She nodded quickly.

" How about tomorrow do you have plans na rin ba?" I asked. " I think we can spent the whole day dito? Mukhang pagod tayo kinabukasan, right?"

" Who said? We will have an island hopping--"

" We will stay here tomorrow." I cut.

She suddenly pouted and took down the fork she was holding on. " Aww!"

I sticked my tongue inside of my cheeks. " Do you know how many days we're staying here?" I asked calmly.

" Yeah..." She slowly nod and bowed her head while answering.

" How many?" I asked.

" Five... five days."

I placed my hand on the top of her hand. " Hey," I softly mentioned.

I sighed heavily. " Fine," I rolled my eyes at pinatong ko ang likod ko sa upuan. I couldn't even win to her.

" Yehey!" She immediately stood up to give me a hug.

" Prepare all the swimming wears and stuffs," I ordered. " Swimming glasses, lotions... I know you need those."

"I didn't bring beach glasses. I will just gonna buy later. And by the way I will use moisturizer!" She shouted while fixing her things.

I shook my head while my hands were in my waist. Looking at her. " Use moisturizer with SPF, darling." I said.

" Yeah! I know, doctor." She chuckled and packed up her things.

We went now down. Touching the sand. She just wore a white lace cover up and inside of it was her one piece partnered with brown leather flats and her bottom hair was in curls.

I was just wearing a black beach short that exposed my thigh, and three-button undone white dress shirt.

Napatingin agad ako kay Natasha when she suddenly dragged me to a store. She was now trying some colorful sunglasses.

" This is uhm... pure bamboo. What do you think?" She asked me while she was wearing it.

" How about this?" I took a rosegold mirror metal sunglasses and showed to her. " I think this is perfect for you wear."

" That's awesome!" She excitedly took it and payed.

While I was looking for a sunglasses too, I suddenly glazed my sight to see her, but she was talking to a guy! A foreigner guy!

" Bonjour mon amour, tu sais où se trouve la chambre confort? " I heard a question from that guy that made my brows furrowed.

" Oui! " She nodded quickly. " il y a la chambre confort." Turo pa niya.

Kaagad ko namang nilagay yung salamin sa lalagyan at tumabi kaagad kay Natasha. I just heard the word 'amour'! And I think that's a familiar word for me.

I suddenly intertwined my hand to my darling and she looked at my eyes, curious.

" She is already taken, Sir!" Ngumiti ako sa lalaking kausap niya.

" Mon amoure!" Tawag agad ng lalaking boses sa likod ko at napatingin ako roon. His hands were inside of his board shorts and wearing the glasses that I think he bought here. He suddenly pressed the lips of the guy that I was talking to.

" Merci d'avoir montré la direction, mon amour!" The guy mentioned to Natasha and gave a small smile before they walked away.

" What the fuck?!" Pagduda kaagad niya sa akin.

" What the hell he was talking about? And what languange did you just use?! I'm just... agh! Sorry."

She rolled her eyes and dragged me, walking again to the sand.

" Oh! Come on, just tell me. I couldn't translate it by myself." I whispered to her. I'm just curious about their conversation earlier. " I'm a surgeon and not a manghuhula."

" I am a fucking CEO and not a god damn translator."

" Okay... kalma. Sige." I licked my lip. I'm thinking if we need to continue the swimming activities.

" You're a translator." Dagdag kong pag-inis sa kaniya. " Just tell me at mananahimik ako."

" Fuck! Forget about it!" Irita niyang sagot.

Damn! She was making me horny.

" Talaga? How about earlier, I'm picking my glasses and you just left me." Ngisi ko habang naglalakad.

" Shut fucking up!" She stopped now infront of me with her beautiful, gorgeous, angry face. It was making me hard though. I couldn't keep it.

" I want to dive inside of you instead. Can I?" I slowly smirked. Caressing her cheeks.

" Don't t-tell me!" She changed her emotions into a shocked ones now.

I threw it off at my back while still kissing her. My kisses were now going down. I glazed my sight to her and she was just biting her lip. But she started to let out a moan when my finger entered to her temple. Napahawak kaagad siya sa likod ko and I started to sucked her left mound.

I kissed her lips again to feel the heat. She was now starting to removed my dress shirt while I was pulling my shorts off.

The next day was I saw her still sleeping. I'm sipping to my tea and the room service already came earlier. I already had my morning routine and just wore a bathrobe. 

" Morning," I said in a warm voice when I saw she raised her head.

" I still want to sleep. Bye I'm going back." She mentioned in a sleepy voice that made me chuckled.

" Sleep all you want, darling. Nandito lang ako." 

Second day here in the beach was all rest. Mukhang napagod ko ata siya. 

Day passed and she said that she wanted to take some photos. I posted her photo with the sunset background and captioned ' I love you'. and the middle one were we where in a sail boat, she was so gorgeous there. I placed my arms around her waist while she kissed my cheek and captioned ' I love you' again. And the last one was her in a balcony, and the photo was her back and it was still beautiful. She was staring at the sea and admiring the sun. And I captioned 'I love you'.

We did some swimming activities like helmet diving and skiing. It was already night when we were in a jacuzzi. My arms were supporting her back and I was caressing her cheeks. 

" I... uhm... saw your Instagram photos." She whispered to me at sinandal ko yung katawan ko to have a sip on the wine.

" What about it?" 

" It's great." She awkwardly smiled to me. " It's just my friends' comments."

" Let me look at it,"

" Uh! No.. No!" 

" Okay..." I said slowly and stared at her eyes. 

I suddenly caressed her cheeks and kissed her softly that turned hungry and desperate.

I sucked her lip. My passion was way too much and I stop to let out a breathe. She was giving me a smile while I couldn't. I'm just too hot to smirk though so I just slightly rose the sides of my lip.

I placed her forehead into mine and in the underwater our hands were intertwined. She's totally for me.

" I captioned and said I love you because darling I really mean it and I won't get tired of saying those three words to you." 

It was the fourth day already here when I reserved a yacht for the both of us and I purchased the sunset cruise ones. I know that she loves the scene where the sun sets. I want her to be happy today and this was actually a surprise to her. 

I held her tightly as we were walking. I can feel the sand between my toes and smell the salty air. Padding along the soft sand while we were leaving footprints behind.

" What we doing?" She asked to me, wondering.

" We're gonna go for some swimming and have a bite to eat, of course," I gulped and looked at her eyes kinda awkwardly.

Inalalayan ko siya para makasakay sa bangka going to the yacht. While we were going there she was just stunned and smiling all throughout. Her hair was blowing because of the warm breeze and her chuckles that made me smile.

" You look good," I honestly mentioned to her while she was appreciating the sea.

" I can't fucking hear you!" She shouted back that made me shook my head.

" You look great!" I shouted now.

" Yeah! I know." She replied to me and we went to the yacht. I was holding her hand while we were going upstairs, to the deck.

" It's so beautiful up in here," She was still can't believe on what was happening. I saw her now holding the rails and I grabbed the Moët and Chandon.

I stood beside her. The railing was supporting my back as I gave the champagne. " For you."

" Thanks." She giggled.

I caressed her hair and fixing it. " I wanted... to make this day so special for you." I slightly smiled.

" This is incredible," She replied back at bakas pa rin sa kaniya ang pagkamangha. I mean, me too. Because we were on an incredible yacht in the middle of the bluest water I've ever seen.

" How do you feel right now, darling?" 

She pinched my nose as she answered, " I feel happy... I feel like you really made me happy. I just can't experience my feelings into words though."

I licked my lower lip as I gave her a serious glaze. " That's all I want." And I sipped into my glass.

After a few minutes of talking.

"Let's hop in the rail and dive in." I said as I removed my shirt and held her hand.

" Seriously--"

" Just trust me, my darling."

She was slowly nodding, looking downwards at the shining and clear sea.

" We can't do this if you don't want to." I whispered to her and she suddenly jumped na nagpasabay sa akin.

" Ah!" She chuckled as we were wet now.

It was so beautiful place here and it just felt like it was just us here, swimming.

We already changed our clothes into a semi-formal as we have our sunset dinner. I was wearing charcoal gray dress shirt with three button undone, a pair of black slacks and designer belt partnered with black leather shoes. I was stunned when I saw her in black bridge dress, holding a pouch.

" You look perfect, darling." She bit her lip as I mentioned. I gave my hand to her, going to the deck where the dinner table was. When we arrived there, I arranged her chair to sit and gave a smile when I was now infront of her.

I don't know but I'm feeling nervous. It's kinda nerve-racking. 

We were just eating and drinking. Talking about our future plans and securing it. We finished eating and we're now holding the rail as the sun was starting to set. I was hugging her waist while she was infront of me. The calm waves were making my system calm down as I'm starting to do the biggest step in our lives.

" Hey, darling," I called her attention and she glazed at me and turned around her body. " I don't know if I have ever told you all the things that I want about you even though we are together for how many years now." 

" First week of high school when we met. I saw your grumpy face that made my brows furrowed. We met on different social platforms, and we talked a lot. Yung Science project na naging daan para mas makilala natin ang isa't isa. " I didn't know that she was starting to cry that made me kinda worried so I stopped.

" Just fucking continue." She whispered to me that made me chuckle. I glazed at her eyes, owning it. 

" You didn't know na ikaw na pala yung nagpapasaya sa akin. I also promised to myself that I will be there always for you kasi ganoon kita ka-mahal." I looked at the sky, preventing a tear to fall. " Since... I'm your other half... maybe later, I will take you to the Paradise. I don't think if I need to..." I chuckled. " Because you are the piece of my paradise already and I want to be with you, I want to be experience all these moments with you... so, uhm..."

I kneeled in front of her slowly as I wiped a tear. " Natasha Shane De Verra, Will you marry me?"

She bit her lip and placed her two hands on his face to wipe her tears. " Fuck... Yes! Of course, I fucking will," 

I gave her the biggest smile as I placed the diamond ring in her finger. I let out a chuckle and pressed my lips to her. 

I hugged her tight as we face the sun. Another morning, another memories to be made and I know that this won't end here. Marami pa kaming pagdaraanan at haharaping problema at alam kong makakaya naming 'yon. As long as she's beside with me and as long as my days begin and end with her.

She is my soon to be wife and we will have another piece of paradise that will join us much sonner.

" I love you, my doctor," She mentioned to me and gave me a peck of kiss. 

" I love you, my darling." 

She is the paradise I've been living for, and I am so grateful to be stranded forevermore.
