I went to the town hall to have a meeting, with the town's mayor, and try to stop this town from turning into a nightmare, but of course since no one like my ideas, he said I had to do it all by myself. That was not a problem though. I had a great plan that no one should be able to break. I just had to get my team together, even though he said I had to do it on my own.

The next day I had a team ready and I explained my plan. They all agreed that this really needs to be fixed. They also all liked my plan. We all decided that we could get started now. We went to a store got a cage with bars and electric wire with a high voltage, wrapped the wire around the bars, and snuck the Turtle Shell from my wife. As soon as we had all the material all set and we were confident, we put the shell in the cage and locked it up. As soon as it was locked up we took it to town hall and gave it to the town president. After that it was in his hands, and was nothing we had to deal with.
