When we got home my wife had a very panicked look on her face. "Where's the shell, David?" She asked.

"Back where it is supposed to be," I responded "just look outside. Don't you see? It is a nightmare out there. Just think, a few days ago it was perfect. Now just look at it, it's a nightmare!" I finished. Outside there were houses burning, people dying, and one doctor trying to save the many dying humans.

"I need it, so tell me where it is!" Yelled my wife.

As I began to tease her she called her daughter down for some 'mother daughter bonding time'.

"Can my friend come too?" asked my daughter.

"Sure," my wife responded. I knew they weren't going to bond they never bond. I knew exactly what they were up to.

When they came home I was already sleeping so obviously they were not 'bonding'. They did exactly as I suspected.
