Zahra's POV

"How was it?", As soon as we left the examiner room, Damien and I were surrounded Katherine and others.

I smiled, admiring the picture from the scan that Dr Aurora just gave us. It just beyond my mind that theres a tiny human in my stomach thats strong and healthy.

"Here.", I handed the picture to Elizabeth so they can saw it.

Elizabeth squealed happily as she looked at the picture our baby. "Awww, soo cute." she murmured in baby voice.

"Let me take a look!" Jack squeaked at Elizabeth when she won't let him look at the scan. I giggled at them as Damien sighing at their behavior.

"These kids.", Elizabeth sighing and shook her head when she saw they were fighting for the ultrasound photo.

Elizabeth held my hand, caressing my bump softly, "How is the baby." she asked.

I smiled at her, "Perfectly healthy." I answered her and held my bump when my baby moved around it.

"Did you guys already know the gender?" Katherine asked us.

"Not yet. I want to make a baby shower with gender reveal." Damien answered.

Katherine gasped in excitement, "Really? That is good."

I nodded, "Yes I'm excited."

Damien wrapped his arms around me. "Alright let's have some meals before we go home." Damien told us, "And we can discuss what we are going to do." he said.

I looked around as people were busy preparing for tomorrow's event. I wanted to help but Damien insisted because he was afraid that I will fall or so whatever since my stomach keep growing these days.

"Ahh." I gasped in pain when suddenly the baby kicked me, and I chuckled.

I guess our baby is angry when I talk bad about Damien.

I looked around again to see if Damien was around before he is mad at me from helping them.

"Well, here goes nothing." I mumbled and got up from the sofa after I saw he was not around and went straight to the kitchen.

"Zahra!", Elizabeth called out my name from the kitchen, "Come here."

I walked towards her carefully and saw her cooking spaghetti Bolognese.

"Oh my... that looks so delicious." I told her and sniffed the good smell that makes my stomach grumbled.

"I can't wait to taste it."

She smiled, "Nah ah not now. Wait until it cooked first." She warned me when I tried to eat some from the pot.

"Oopssie." I giggled, "By the way, why is this ceremony looks so extravagant? I thought Damien said he want to keep it small just among us."

I asked Elizabeth because Damien and I already discussed that he wants to keep it simple.

Elizabeth hummed, "Well its good though, since youre our first daughter in law and my first grandchild, why would it not be extravagant right?" she said as she rubbed my stomach softly.

After hearing those words, I can feel a kicked from my stomach again.

Elizabeth giggled, "Well I guess my grandchild agreed with me. Right baby?"

I shrugged and giggled with Elizabeth.

"Zahra?"

"Eli did you see Zahr—" I looked behind when someone asked Elizabeth about me.

"Here you are apparently, I thought you went upstairs but you not there, I search you around but you're here." Damien said as he walked towards us.

"Well, I'm bored doing nothing, so I came here." I pouted and told him when he already beside me.

He smiled, pinched my chubby cheeks softly.

"I have a surprise for you" he whispered.

I raised eyebrows in wondered. "What kind of surprise?"

"Well it's not surprise if I tell you." He smiled.

I looked at him to make sure he wouldn't played around. But he just grinning from ear to ear. So, I trusted him.

"Okay." I answered since he was waiting for it.

"Let's go." He pulled my hand and looked over to Katherine, "Katherine, come with us."

Katherine raised her eyebrow at me and I shrugged my shoulder.

"Wait a second." She said as she closed the pot with a lid and told one of the maids to watch over the food.

Damien bring us to the front door. "Wait a second."

I saw him pulling out his phone and calling someone and said something in Itallian.

Well I don't understand what he was saying so I think I'll just wait and see what will happen.

"Okay we're here." He talked to his phone before ended it.

I stare him but he was just grinning, "Okay then what happen?" I asked him.

He wrapped his arms around me and kissed my forehead, "Just wait, you will be surprise what you're going to see."

Well technically if I was surprised enough it would be something big or even excitement fill me.

Few minutes later of waiting while I was still asking Damien in curiosity but he just ignored me by pinching my cheeks again and again.

A car came in the porch with Jack on the driver seat. I saw people in the car but I don't really saw who was in it since the mirror was pitch black tinted.

The car stopped in front of us, Jack come out of the car first and he ran around to the back of the car to open the door but Damien stopped him.

He walked towards the car and opened the door. I saw someone coming out of the car that makes my eyes bigger.

The world as if stopped, the time slowed down, my breathing become heavy as I saw someone coming out of the car.

No, not just someone.

"Mom?"

"Dad?"

Those words escaped my lips as I felt tears ran down my cheeks. I looked over to Damien and he rubbed my back softly.

"Zahra."

I heard her called my name and I thought I was dreaming. I know its been months I have not heard the soothing voice.

Before I even realized my legs jogged towards them, crying and hugged them tightly.

The smell of home, my mother and also my father. Never have I ever dream that they would be in front of me since we're so far from each other.

"Oh my sweet child."

My tears dropped again in happiness when I heard my father's voice as they hugged me back tightly.

I pulled back slightly and grabbed both of their hand and kissed the back of it.

"How? How did you guys come here?" I asked while I was sobbing.

My mother wipes my tears as she smile, "Your husband planned it." She replied as she looked over to Damien smiling.

I looked over to Damien that was already standing behind me and whispered, "Thank you."

He smiled at me and to my parents, "Welcome." He said to my parents and greet them.

I sobbed, smiling at both of them, "Come on lets go inside." I said to them since I cannot stop crying and I don't want people to see me making drama.

"Alright lets go." Damien said before he grabbed some suitcase in the car.

I hugged both of my parents from both sides and brought them inside.

"I have so many things to tell you." I said to both of them.

I never thought today is a happy day.

I can't believe that I can see both of my parents in front of me. I thought I can't see them again.

But Damien did this to me. He makes me happy as always.
