The three of us leave and head for the forest, towards the circle that Eugene recognised. We arrived at a cave and I held up the picture to compare it to where we were.

Wednesday: It's definitely a match. What were you doing out here?

Eugene: Collecting specimens

Blue: To create a weapon to surpass Metal Gear?

Eugene: Not yet, anyways, this place is ground zero for horny gypsy moths.

Blue: Moths have horns?

Wednesday: Oh my God, no! They don't!

Blue: Oh ._.

Eugene: So do you think it's in there?

Wednesday: Only one way to find out

Blue: We are coming for you Cabron! I want Round 3!

Eugene: Wait you fought it before? Twice?

Blue: And asserted my dominance, you can ask Wednesday, she was there for both times

Wednesday: I can confirm that Blue is superior to the monster

Blue: Always

Eugene: You're awesome Blue!

Blue: Thank you Eugene, now let's go find this ugly boi and hand him his third L!

We head into the cave and start to descend, Blue went first because he didn't want me or Eugene to be harmed. It was noble of him, I'll admit.

Eugene: I'm not a fan of enclosed spaces, I'm claustrophobic

Blue: Same here but sometimes, you got to push through

Wednesday: If you hear me screaming bloody murder, there's a good chance I'm just enjoying myself.

Blue: That's......okay then

Wednesday: Can't handle being around me?

Blue: Oh no, I don't mind being with you. You're nice company

Wednesday: You find me good company?

Blue: Of course, you're my friend, and an interesting friend as well

Wednesday: I see.....

I do my best to ignore his honesty and slide down the cave, I looked around and found bones lying on the floor. There were also claw marks on the wall and handcuffs attached to those walls, Eugene slides down and joins us while Blue kept an eye out for the monster.

Wednesday: This is definitely it's lair

Eugene: Are those human?

Wednesday: No, I think it's got a taste for venison. Check this out

Blue: Is that evidence?

Wednesday: Yes, concrete proof I can use and give to the Sheriff. Let's leave

Blue: Ah damn, and here I thought I was going to win the trilogy fight

Wednesday: You'll have your fight when you see him next, which we both hope it's soon

Blue: Oh yeah, I need to get revenge for Rowan, and hopefully no one else.

We leave the cave and head back to Nevermore, Blue and Eugene go do their own thing while myself and Thing head towards Xavier's shed. He was still my prime suspect and I needed to get into that shed for reasons that Xavier won't like.

But I don't care, especially if he is potentially the monster. I began looking around and collecting anything that was evidence, putting it in a bag I had with me. But of course, Xavier had to come back at that point.

Xavier: What are you doing?

Wednesday: How do you know what the monster looks like? Or are all of these self portraits?

Xavier: What? You think it's me? I saved your life!

Wednesday: So did the monster, or was that you the night Rowan was killed?

Xavier: You are so out of line now

Wednesday: I don't care if I'm out of line, I'm trying to uncover the truth. And your art seems to have a recurring motif

Xavier: Yeah, this creature's been haunting my dreams for weeks. I try to block it out, but I can't. So I just.....come in here and paint it. When I was painting this one, claws reached out and took a swipe at me. That's how I got these.

Wednesday: I thought you were able to control your ability?

Xavier: Not when it comes to this

Wednesday: Maybe it's your guilty conscience

Xavier: I told you, I'm not the monster! Okay?!

Wednesday: You just happened to draw pictures of it, down to the location of its lair in the woods? Those are some pretty vivid dreams

Xavier: You were in here before, when I caught you outside. That's the only reason you asked me to the Rave'N? To try and cover. You are unbelievable

Wednesday: It's nothing personal, and if it makes you feel better, I never wanted to ask you anyways

Xavier: No, it never is with you, is it? I mean, do you even care about anyone or anything at all, Wednesday? And if you never were going to ask me, who were you going to ask? Blue? Were you going to treat him like this as well?

Wednesday: Do not speak on how I am with him, he is my partner

Xavier: Yeah, that's all he is to you. A partner. He sees you as a friend and you just use him for your own gains!

Wednesday: I would be quiet if I was you Xavier

Xavier: Just....get out. Get out!

I leave and head back to my dorm, it was approaching night time and while everyone was going to be at the Rave'N. Me and potentially Eugene will be near the Monster's lair. Enid and Evelyn had already left so it was just me in the dorm.

But then a knock was heard on the door so I go and open it, I was expecting Eugene......not Tyler in a white suit.

Tyler: I got your invite, guessing you had Thing drop it off

What?! Invite?! For Tyler? Thing!

Tyler: After our last conversation, I wasn't really sure if things would ever be the same. But then I got your note, it was really honest and sweet

Wednesday: Ummm

Tyler: What's wrong? You need a few minutes?

I close my door and approach Thing with anger inside of me.

Wednesday: Honest and Sweet? How could you do this to me?!

I was angry but then I looked at the side to see a dress lying on my bed, it was dark and elegant, beautiful.....perfect.

I tell Thing to look away and put on the dress, I have been wanting this so maybe going to the Rave'N just this once wouldn't be bad. I left my dorm and Tyler was waiting downstairs for me.

Tyler: Wow, you look-!

Wednesday: Unrecognisable? Ridiculous? A classic example of female objectification for the male gaze?

Tyler: Breathtaking, absolutely breathtaking. I mean it, Wednesday, you look beautiful

Tyler compliments me and it had barely any effect, it doesn't mean much to me and I sigh. Then, Eugene walks into us and I remembered that he was going to go with me to the monster's lair.

Eugene: Wednesday, what's going on? What happened to staking out the cave?

Wednesday: Eugene-

Eugene: Sure, I get it. Guess I'll check out the woods by myself

Wednesday: Don't go alone, it's too dangerous. Stand down, we'll go together tomorrow night, understood?

Eugene: Okay.....

Eugene walks away and I felt a little bit bad, but it's for his safety, Tyler offers his arm but I chose to walk ahead. He walks besides me as we approach the main hall for the Rave'N.

Just a few minutes before Wednesday and Tyler entered the hall, Blue and Adam were putting on their suits and were going to meet up with Evelyn and Yoko. Enid had to go and meet Lucas so the four will catch up with her.

Blue: This suit is too tight man......

Adam: You'll get used to it, now hurry up, Yoko is waiting for you

Blue: Oh right.

They meet up with the two girls who were waiting near the entrance. Evelyn was wearing a purple dress and her hair was in a stylish ponytail, Yoko was in a red dress but her hair wasn't changed much, only tidied up. Her glasses were off as well so Blue can see her red eyes.

Blue: Hello There

Evelyn: Damn brother, you looking good for once!

Blue: Oh shut up, I was going to compliment you but now you're not getting it

Evelyn: Don't need your compliments anyway

Adam: Ah siblings.....

Yoko: Don't listen to your sister, Blue. You always look great, especially now

Blue: Oh thanks, you look great as well

Yoko: [Blushes] T-Thank you, shall we go?

Blue: Yes we shall

Adam had told Blue what to do in specific situations, such as offering his arm for Yoko to hold on. The vampire girl smiles and happily locks arms with Blue, she leans her head on his shoulder as they walk in with Adam and Evelyn following behind.

Almost everyone was here, including Enid who was talking with Lucas. The other students with dates decided to slow dance with their partners, seeing this, Yoko wanted to do the same and so she drags Blue to the dance floor. Blue currently didn't know how to dance so he wasn't sure on what to do.

Adam: Oh God I forgot to teach him how to dance!

Evelyn: You don't even know how to dance yourself

Adam: I know!

Yoko: Don't worry Blue, we can take it slow, just for you, I'll even give you some pointers

Blue: Oh! Thanks Yoko!

Yoko: No problem, do you have an understanding on what a date is?

Blue: Nope!

Yoko: [Giggles] I should've known, don't worry about it for now, just enjoy all of this

Blue: I mean it does seem nice, but I really want to hijack that DJ set

Yoko: Really? What songs did you have in mind?

Blue:.....The good stuff

Yoko: [Smiles] Can't wait

Evelyn: Aww, look at my clueless brother! Having a dance with his date and doesn't know the meaning of it at all!

Adam: Yeah, bet Enid is jealous

Evelyn: Oh she won't stop looking, she wants to dance with Blue so badly

Adam: Yeah, what about Wednesday?

Evelyn: I don't know, I heard she was meant to come with Xavier but that fell through.

Adam: Wait really? Actually I'm not surprised, so is she even coming-?

The two looked over to the entrance of the hall to see that Wednesday did come but with Tyler instead of Xavier. They were both surprised but assumed that Wednesday had a reason for this.

At the same time, Blue was done slow dancing and stood at the side while Yoko goes to talk to her friends.

Evelyn: Done already?

Blue: Yoko wanted to talk to her friends, is that Wednesday?

Adam: Yeah, she came with Tyler

Blue: Huh, good on them

Adam: So Evelyn, why didn't you come with a date?

Evelyn: Why didn't you?

Adam: Because I am not interested at the moment

Evelyn: Well that makes two of us!

Blue:.....Wha?

Evelyn: Don't think too much about it Blue, your dense head can't handle it

Blue: Okay, a bit rude but I'll let it pass

The three watch on as Enid and Lucas initiated their plan to make Lucas' ex jealous, Blue only thought about Lucas turning over a new leaf. He never did hate him, he was just disappointed that he would waste his time being an idiot.

Then a strange scene plays out as Tyler attempts to dance with Wednesday, but she was doing her own dance....a very strange one that Tyler didn't understand but smiled either way.

Adam: Soooo....

Evelyn: That's.....unique

Blue: Wait, have I been doing things wrong?

Evelyn: Nope

Adam: You're normal now

Blue: But Tyler seems shocked, it's a good thing right?

Adam: That isn't normal Blue

Weems: You three seem to be quiet tonight

Blue: Oh hello there

Evelyn: We don't usually do this in England, I mean we have similar things but the three of us don't usually attend them....all though I don't mind

Adam: Not my thing, might seem boring for me to say but I like to be quiet

Blue: I had a dance! :D

Weems: You sure did Blue, you were excellent for what I assume was your first dance

Blue: The way of Trial and Error is too powerful

Adam: Unfortunately, he isn't lying, he gets away with many things when doing this

Weems: He is a remarkable boy, just like how Miss Addams is a remarkable girl but still a trouble maker

Evelyn: That's just Wednesday, oh hey Blue, you said you wanted to use the DJ set right?

Blue: Yeah? Why?

Adam: Well we spoke to the guy and he said you can use it later

Blue: Yes!

Weems: Should we be worried?

Blue: No-!

Adam/Evelyn: Yes

As Blue was plotting his next war crimes, Enid had finished up her end of the deal with Lucas so she looks around and finds Blue. She smiles and happily skips over to the group and grabs Blue's hand, taking the boy by surprise.

Enid: I'll be borrowing this one~

Blue: W-Wha-?

Enid takes Blue away and Larissa Weems was surprised at the sudden appearance of Enid and the kidnapping of Blue.

Weems: I-It seems that Miss Sinclair may also have some feelings for Mr Light

Adam: Oh yeah

Evelyn: Clear as day, want to bet that Wednesday will also get a dance with Blue?

Weems: Miss Light, you know I can't.....but if I were to-

Evelyn: Haha! Even you know it!

Adam: [Facepalms] Good Lord...

Blue: H-Hey, Enid

Enid: Hello Blue, you missed me?

Blue: I mean, not really if we already talked today

Enid: Oh Blue, please don't change

Blue: I-I uhh....won't?

Enid does a little dance with Blue, completely aware that Yoko was watching with a pout on her face. She was mad that Enid took her date but blamed herself for leaving his side, she decided to let her good friend take the boy of her dreams for a dance but just this once.

She was rather territorial of Blue......

Blue: Why is Yoko glaring at you?

Enid: Oh don't worry, she is fine, just focus on me now, okay?

Blue:......Okay?

The two continue to dance and ended around the time that Wednesday had finished hers with Tyler. But the Barista Boy wanted a slow dance with her and she complied for now, however, she couldn't stop glancing at her roommate and partner.

She didn't realise it at first but something had tugged her heart, she wondered what it was because it slightly annoyed her, something Tyler picked up on.

Tyler: Are you okay?

Wednesday: I'm fine, do you mind moving for a moment?

Tyler: U-Uhh sure?

Tyler steps aside and Wednesday walks away, she finds herself standing besides Evelyn and Adam, the former leaving to get a drink that wasn't spiked. It was silent between the two but Adam knew it was best if he spoke.

Adam: Can't tell if you're having a good time or a bad time

Wednesday: It's more on the bad side

Adam: I see, why Tyler?

Wednesday: Thing set me up but I only went because of this dress

Adam: Fair enough, but do you like the guy? I mean, he is a nice kid but you don't seem like the type of person to....you know....

Wednesday: I know what you mean but I don't really care, he is decent but I find no enjoyment in dancing with him

Adam: Not even the weird dance?

Wednesday: That is just natural for me

Adam: Huh, neat

Wednesday: Blue has been busy, hasn't he?

Adam: Yeah, two girls you know? Never thought that I would've seen that in my life

Wednesday: Neither have I, yet here we are

Adam: Yeah, I noticed that you've been eying Blue, you want to share a moment with him?

Wednesday: No, I don't have time right now, the Rave'N isn't really interesting

Adam: I get what you mean but I'm a natural when it comes to reading the room

Wednesday: A perk of being a Ghost?

Adam:.....No need to thank me

Wednesday approaches Blue who was done with his second dance, unaware that he will be partaking in his third one. Wednesday grabs his hand and drags him into an open space, Blue didn't expect it to be Wednesday but smiled because he was glad that his friend was trying to enjoy herself.

Or so he assumes.

Blue: Oh, Wednesday, what's up?

Wednesday: Nothing, I was wondering if you would like to have a dance with me?

Blue: You're....asking me?

Wednesday: [Glares] Don't act surprised

Blue: O-Okay! I accept!

Blue takes Wednesday's small hands in his bigger but soft grips, they start to move slowly in sync while Adam and Evelyn smile at the sight, happy for the two, especially Blue.

Enid: Oh they look so cute together! I didn't know you entered in this competition Wednesday, but don't think you can just stroll in and take Blue from me!

Blue: You uhh....look nice, the dress really suits you

Wednesday: You.....look good too, did Adam pick the suit?

Blue: Yes he did, how did you know?

Wednesday: It wasn't hard to figure out

Wednesday's face had slightly heated up from Blue's compliment, she didn't know why his compliments had an effect on her. Tyler and Xavier would do the same but she could care less, but when it's Blue doing it, she is flattered by his words.

They felt genuine and friendly.....

Wednesday assumed that if she was going to find a boy, he would have to think like her, not like how Blue thinks 24/7.

Wednesday: No, what am I saying? I do not like Blue, he is merely a partner in crime, nothing more than that.

Tyler: She went to Blue, she left me for him?! She didn't even ask Blue!

Blue: Hey so, what made you want to ask me for this dance?

Wednesday: I don't know, I just wanted to, that's it. I was distracted by your other dances with Enid and Yoko

Blue: Oh! I mean, you could've just asked, I wouldn't have mind giving you this dance. Even before the Rave'N, when everyone was asking someone to go with them, you could've asked me

Wednesday: I know, but I was thinking about other things

Blue: Did you hate the idea? About asking me?

Wednesday: N.....No....I didn't

Blue: Hah, I'm surprised, you never wanted to come here at all, yet here you are, dancing with me

Wednesday: What about you? Do you enjoy this?

Blue: Me? Of course, you're my friend right?

Wednesday: R-Right

Wednesday begins to enjoy her time with Blue, she wasn't sure if she should like it or not. Eventually, the two stopped and Wednesday thanks Blue for the dance, then......it was time for the moment everyone has been waiting for.

Blue was allowed to use the DJ set and both his sister and cousin waited for whatever track he will use. Surprisingly, he didn't pick something over the top and played Annihilate from the new Spiderman movie, something he recently added to his list.

Everyone liked it and asked for another so Blue scrolls on his phone and after some deciding, he goes and plays PTSD by Pop Smoke, another song that everyone enjoyed as they danced along to to it.

Wednesday: Hmm, Blue has great taste in music

Enid: I know right?

Yoko: He should've done this from the start, he knows all the good tracks

Evelyn: Wait for it

Enid: Wait for what?

Adam: He hasn't shown his true colours yet.

The three girls were confused but listen to the crowd as they ask for Blue's third track, Blue had a smirk on his face and knew what he has to do next. He went to his phone and immediately started playing Bury The Light, not just for the culture, but for the cause.

The funny thing was that the crowd actually enjoyed it, even if they were confused for a moment.

Adam: And there it is! The one he has been holding back!

Evelyn: He just couldn't hold it in, he was waiting

Enid: I-I.....uhh it's interesting!

Yoko: [Giggles] The fact that I know where this is from, makes it even better!

Weems: I'm glad that Blue is having fun....e-even if he picks some questionable songs

Adam: It's cultural and I don't blame him

Wednesday:.......I don't even know what to say, I want to facepalm but the sound of this is.....interesting

Tyler: H-Hey, Wednesday, can we continue? You know, our dance?

Wednesday: No, I don't want another dance, I'm not in the mood

Tyler: O-Okay. Blue, I swear, I'll make you suffer the next time you meet the monster!

Blue: [Comes Back] And that's how you become the ultimate DJ!

Yoko: Play two good songs and then one of the best?

Blue: Yes, I even had more on both categories, unfortunately, that's all the time I'm getting
