Ezra's pov

Today's the day that girl wanted me to meet her in town. Should I go? Will Kanan and the others let me? There is a whole list of pros and cons about going.

her speeder

Yeah I could name a lot more cons. But there is one pro I didn't name. She looked a little bit like the girl in my dreams. Maybe if I go I could ask what her name is. This is risky......extremely risky. But life is worth taking risks.....even if they get you killed.

I guess it's settled then. Just need to sneak out easy. "Ezra time for training." I hear Kanan say through the door. Wow had to say it was easy. Yeah no way I'm getting out of this one alive.

When I walk out of my room I see Kanan waiting for me. "Alright let's start today's lesson with some target shooting." He says. "Sounds great I just feel very.....bad today." I say. He gives me an odd look. "What do you mean bad?" He asks me. "Well.....I......think I....have the.....you know.....dentosyntrum." I say making up a disease.

"Dentosyntrum?" He asks. "Yeah the side effects get worse so it's best I get plenty of rest." I say. "Ok I guess you could go to bed then and rest." He says. "Wait really?" I ask. "No now let's get to target shooting." He says and walks outside. Well that didn't work.

There's only one thing left to do but it's kinda a long shot. While outside Kanan has the targets ready. "Ok the truth is the reason I faked the disease was because.......Hera wanted me to go to the market to get some supplies but I didn't want you to feel bad that I had to miss training." I lie.

Kanan just looks at me and lets out a sigh. "It's ok if Hera said for you to get supplies then you could go." He says. "Thanks Kanan." I say and run off. I cannot believe that worked. Now I just have to make sure that girl isn't a secret undercover hunter ready to capture me. Life's worth risks.

When I reached the town, I go to the nearest grocery store and look around the place. "Took you long enough." Someone says behind me. I gasp and turn around to realize that it is the girl. "Seem to be surprised to see me." She says. "Well we've only met yesterday." I say. "True." She says.

"So can you tell me why you wanted me to meet you here for?" I ask her. "I told you I wanted to make it up to you for....you know what I'm not gonna say it just follow me." She says and runs away. "Wait!!!" I shout and try to catch up to her.

When I finally catch up to her, she stops at her speeder. "Hop on." She says. "Yeah I'll totally go on the thing you hit me with." I says sarcastically. "Ha ha very funny just come on." She says. "You will let me go if I feel uncomfortable?" I ask. "Yeah of course." She says. "Ok fine." I say and jump onto the speeder. That's when she starts the engine and we head off to wherever she is taking me.
