Lilisa and her four guards had finally made it to Mirkwood. They were outside the front gates of Mirkwood, waiting to be let in. It took awhile, but one of the gates finally opened. Lilisa and her guards rode through the gate. Once they were inside, they dismounted their horses. In the distance, Lilisa saw Thranduil walking over to her. She simply watched as he came closer in her direction.

"What are you doing here, Lilisa?" asked Thranduil.

"I couldn't bear the thought that I wouldn't get to see you again, since you are going into battle." replied Lilisa.

Thranduil kissed Lilisa on the lips. He was happy to see her, but he was also disappointed because he didn't want anything to happen to her. However, he knew the same thing could be said for her. While they were greeting each other, Legolas started running toward them. He was in a hurry, so he tried not to waist anymore time.

"Father they are moving in closer to the kingdom." informed Legolas.

Thranduil turned to Lilisa. He put his hands on her cheeks and looked at her. He had to go and he didn't want her to follow.

"I have to go, but I will be back." said Thranduil.

"I'll go with you." insisted Lilisa.

"U (no)!" replied Thranduil. "I will be back, this shouldn't take too long."

Thranduil walked away from Lilisa with Legolas. She wasn't pleased that Thranduil didn't let her go, but she knew he didn't want her to help right now. So Lilisa took a bag of her things and headed to the same room that she stayed in before.

When she was unloading her things, there was a knock on her door. Lilisa invited whoever knocked on the door in.

"You never told me you were coming back to Mirkwood this soon." said a voice.

Lilisa turned around and saw Tauriel. Lilisa smiled. She was happy to see Tauriel again, especially sooner than they had planned. She walked over to Tauriel and gave her a hug.

"It's good to see you too, Tauriel." said Lilisa.

"So why the sudden visit?" asked Tauriel.

"Well I followed Thranduil here becuase I wanted to see him." answered Lilisa.

"Ooh, you like him." teased Tauriel.

"Yes I like him." admitted Lilisa.

"Well I'm happy for you, Lilisa." said Tauriel.

"Thanks Tauriel," thanked Lilisa. "I'll see you at dinner then."

"Okay."

Tauriel walked out of Lilisa's room and closed the door behind her. Lilisa was so happy to have Tauriel as a friend.
