*My POV*

A lot of cars began driving off too many directions. RaeLynn got in my car, and we drove off to where the start of the race would be. We gave Brian and Dom room to get into the right spot. RaeLynn got out and went to Mia and Letty. 

A pizza guy stopped in front of Leon's car. "What the hell is going on?" The guy asked. "Street's closed, pizza boy. Find another way home." Leon said. "Goddamn street racer." The guy cursed. Leon's job was to alert us of cops.

The four that were racing were driving up slowly as two people spray painted the road for the starting line. Vince glared at Brian as he passed. Mia watched annoyed as Letty watched Dom. RaeLynn was on Kayson's back as we watched.

The four cars pulled up to the starting line. Three of them stopped before the line, but Brian drives over it, causing a lot of us to be annoyed. A lot of people yelled at him. "The line, you piece of shit." Someone said to him, causing Brian to back up.

He got back in line. Edwin was next to him, along with an Asian looking kid and Dom was on the other end. I looked into Dom's car on the passenger side as he looked at me. "You got this?" I asked. 

"I always do, sis." Dom said smiling at me. "Ride or die?" I asked. "Ride or die." Dom said and we fist bump smiling. Dom turned on his bass and I smiled and shook my head. A woman walked up to the side of Edwin's car.

"Edwin, this is yours, whether you win or lose." The woman said as she had Edwin's hand rubbing all over her left boob. I rolled my eyes as RaeLynn hid her face in Kayson's neck as he held her. 

"But if you win, you get her too." The woman said. Edwin looked over at an African American woman who waved. Edwin was determined now. "You're gonna win." Brian told himself. "I'm gonna win." Brian told himself as I sighed. 

Their engines revved. I saw Brian turning his NOS and I rolled my eyes. I saw Brian looking at Dom. Dom, lifted up the seat of his passenger seat, and I saw all his NOS. He turned it and put the seat back down. 

"Good luck, Uncle Dom!" RaeLynn said smiling. Dom smiled. "Thanks, Rae." Dom said smiling. "Beat my brother, Dom." Kayson said which caused Dom to look at him. Dom was starting to respect Kayson more than Brian. Dom nodded.

"I've got a 187 in Glendale. Cops are all over it, man. We're good to roll." Leon spoke into the walkie, and I nodded. "All right." Hector said. "Let's race!" Leon said. "Right." Hector said before raising his hands. 

*3rd POV*

Every one of them were revving their engines. They all pushed their gear shifts forward. "Go!" Hector said, causing the four of them to speed off, starting the race. "Hell, yeah!" Hector said. Brian was in last while Dom was in first.

Dom looked out the window and focused on Brian before looking away. "Damn that guy's fast." The Asian dude said. Brian kept looking at Edwin as they raced. "Let's go! Menage a." Edwin said as Dom was still in first.

Brian looked at his computer that would tell him things. He pressed one of his NOS buttons, which caused him to speed up, he passed Edwin. "No! Monica!" Edwin yelled. Brain wasn't paying attention to the MPH meter.

Brian passed the Asian dude. Dom was looking at his MPH meter, not paying attention to Brian. Brian's computer beeped a lot. "Shut up!" Brian yelled before shutting it causing the beeping to stop. 

Brian pressed his second NOS button, which caused all his bolts to come flying off. He saw that his floor came off, causing it to hit the ground and made sparks. It went flying, causing Dom to look out the window. 

Dom noticed Brian close to him. Brian passed Dom, causing Dom to stare. Brian was over here smiling like an idiot. Dom had his usual blank look. Dom pressed a button, causing him to speed up, easily passing Brian and beating him.

Brian looked at him shocked. Brian suddenly came to a stop. He was sweating so badly, he had lost, and he was panting. 

*My POV*

"Let's go now, baby!" Someone shouted as the three came to a stop. Dom got out of his car, and I ran to him hugging him happily. Dom smiled and hugged me back. A lot of people gathered around us. 

Kayson put RaeLynn down, causing her to run to her uncle and hug him happily. Dom smiled and held RaeLynn close. The money was handed over to Dom. "You were racin' a bunch of skateboards, know what I mean?" Hector said.

"My sister holds the money. Count it." Dom said as he handed it to Mia who took it and began counting. Dom picked Letty up happily who smiled. "And you're my trophy." Dom said to her as she smiled. 

Brian pulled up. "Hey, hey, Monica! What's up, baby?" Edwin asked. "What's your problem, nigga? You didn't win." Monica said walking away. "Ooh!" A lot of people said. "Fuck you then." Edwin said sadly and pissed.

Brian got out of his car. "Check that girl." Someone said as people surrounded Brian's car. He looked over see Dom surrounded, along with his brother. "Was that fun?" Jesse asked as he popped Brian's hood open. 

We looked at the engine. "Got a problem there, huh, buddy?" Someone said. Smoke came from the hood, causing me to cough and wave it away from my face. Kayson rubbed my back. "You good, sis?" Dom asked me and I nodded.

Dom looked at Brian angry. "What are you smiling, about?" Kayson asked his brother. "Dude, I almost had you." Brian said pointing at Dom. People began cheering. "You almost had me? You never had me. You never had your car." Dom said.

"Ooh!" A lot of people said causing Brian to lose his smile. "Granny shifting, not double-clutchin' like you should." I said. "You're lucky that hundred-shot of NOS...didn't blow the welds on the intake." Dom said.

"Nice job!" Someone shouted. "Almost had me?" Dom asked pointing to himself smiling. "You tell him, Dominic." Someone said. "Get outta here." Someone said. "Now me and the mad scientist gotta rip apart the block...and replace the piston rings you fried." Dom said causing the crowd to cheer.

RaeLynn was standing with Mia and Letty. Mia smiled. Dom put the hood down. "Ask any racer, any real racer." Dom said before looking at me, causing me to speak up. "It don't matter if you win by an inch or a mile." I said.

"Winning's winning!" Dom and I said together. "Yeah!" People cheered happily. Dom and I wrapped an arm around each other, being twins and all. "Oh, shit! We got cops, cops, cops! Go!" Leon yelled causing all of us to run quickly.

"RaeLynn! Go with Mia and Letty!" I yelled, causing RaeLynn to hesitate but listened and got into Letty's car with Mia. I quickly got inside my car. "Dom, get in the car! Go!" Jesse yelled, as Dom ran to get into his car. 

Dom quickly drove off, with me following him. We've always stuck together this way. We heard the sirens as we kept driving off in different directions to screw with them. Dom and I pulled into a building and drove inside to avoid cops. 

We parked our cars and got out quickly, with our jackets. We locked our cars and walked out of the building side by side. "You good?" Dom asked me. "Yeah, I'm fine. How about you?" I asked. "I'm fine." Dom asked as he put his leather jacket on.

I slipped my sweater on over me, hiding my strapless top and my shorts shown. A cop car drove past us, and we hoped they ignored us. But the car stopped, causing us to stop. "Toretto's, stop right there!" The cop said through the radio.

Dom and I took off running. "Toretto's!" The cop yelled as we ran. We ran down an alley. A car drove past us, and we quickly stopped to see Brian and Kayson. "Get in!" Brian and Kayson said. Dom got in the front while I got in the back with Kayson.

Brian drove off quickly as the police car kept following us. Brian drifted a little sloppily around a corner. We kept going. But we saw more cops in front of us. "Whoa! Whoa!" Dom and I said as Brian drove around the cars, and we jumped over a bump, causing us to fly.

We lost the cops, and we sighed in relief a little. I panted as I held my twin brother's hand. He squeezed my hand to reassure me. "You know, you two are the last people in the world I expected to show up for me and my sister." Dom said. 

"Yeah, well, I thought if I got in your good graces, you might let me, and my brother keep our cars." Brian said. "You are in my good graces, but you ain't keepin' your cars." Dom said. "Hey." Kayson said and I turned to him.

"Dom won, you owe me a date." Kayson said. I smiled and nodded. "You drive like you've done this before. What are you, a wheel man?" I asked. "No." Brian said. "You boost cars?" Dom asked. 

"No. Never." Kayson said. "Ever done time?" Dom and I asked. "Couple of overnighters. No big deal." Brian said. Dom looked away from him. "What about the two years in juvie for boostin' cars?" I asked. 

Brian and Kayson looked surprised. Dom chuckled. "Tucson, right? Yeah, we had Jesse run a profile on you, Brian Earl Spilner and Kayson Henry Spilner." Dom said. "He'll find anything on the Web, anything about anybody. So, why bullshit?" I asked.

"So, what about you two?" Brian asked us. "Two years in Lompoc. My twin sister here hasn't done any. I'll die before I go back." Dom said. "I'll die before I let you." I said as I laid my head on his shoulder.

Then we notice motorcycles around us, and Dom and I knew we were fucked. "Oh, great." Dom and I said. "What?" Brian and Kayson asked confused. "It's gonna be a long-ass night, that's what." Dom said. 

One of them pulled up with a gun. "Follow us." He said and we did just that. We pulled into T & K Food, and we pulled to a stop in the middle. We got out of the car, and Dom wrapped an arm around my shoulders to keep me close.

Guns were pointed at us. "I thought we had an agreement. You stay away, I stay away. Everybody stays happy." Johnny said. "We got lost, Johnny. What do you want me to tell you?" Dom asked. "Who's 'we'?" Johnny asked confused.

"Uh, our new mechanics. Brian, Kayson, meet Johnny Tran. The guy in the snakeskin pants, that's his cousin, Lance." I said as I held onto Kayson's hand, who squeezed my hand. "So, when are you gonna give me a shot at that Honda 2000 of yours?" Dom asked.

"This your ride?" Johnny asked Brian and Kayson. "It was. It's his now." Brian said gesturing to Dom. "No, it's not. I haven't taken delivery." Dom said, which was probably a very stupid idea. "Then it's nobody's car. Somebody put in the wrench time. What do you think, Lance?" Johnny asked.

"It's an amazing machine." Lance said eyeing Brian. "Yes, indeed. Let's go." Johnny said patting Dom's arm, before turning to me. "An amazing machine, just like this one." Johnny said before stroking my cheek, causing me to look away.

Dom smacked his hand away. "I told you not to touch her." Dom hissed. Johnny backed off. "I'll see you in the desert next month. Be ready to have your ass handed to you." Johnny said. "You're gonna need more than that crotch rocket." Dom said.

"I got somethin' for you." Johnny said before they all got on the bikes and put their helmets on. The revved their motorcycles before driving off. "What the hell was that about?" Kayson asked Dom and me. 

"Long story. I'll tell you later. Let's get outta here." Dom said as we were about to get inside, but we heard something causing us to stop. Two of Johnny's drivers came back and shot at the car, causing us to run and quickly hide. 

We watched in shock, before the car had flames. The ones on the bikes drove off. "NOS!" Dom suddenly yelled and pulled me behind a statue as Kayson hid with Brian. The car exploded causing a lot of flames to show. 

"So, what the hell was that all about?" Brian and Kayson asked us as we were walking away. "It's a long story." I said softly as Kayson gently squeezed my hand. "Well, we got a 20-mile hike. Humor us." Brian said sarcastically.

"A business deal that went sour. Plus, I made the mistake of sleepin' with his sister. And he got rejected by Izzy." Dom said as we kept walking. Brian and Kayson looked at us like we're insane. "So, he's angry at you for rejecting him?" Kayson asked as I nodded.
