The world was blank, empty, except for one being. A pair of feathered wings rested on her back as she wandered the emptiness of the void. Her hair was black, a star around her eye.

"Hello? Is there anyone here?" She called, hoping for a response, but there was none.

She walked forward, the ground beneath her feet cracked before falling into nothingness. The blank void she called home was being erased.

She immediately started to run, the world vanishing behind her. Far ahead a portal could be seen.

Hope grew inside her as she darted for this escape, but before she was able to reach it she fell into the nothingness.

She screamed in pain as her body was being torn apart. Black dripped from her eyes and mouth as he wings were turned to dust.

She reached for the portal, escaping just in time.

"A filthy mistake." A female voice echoed through the now destroyed void.
