I have no idea how long we'd lain there, but her skin had grown so cold. I don't think either of us had any tears left, but suddenly, Serenity gasped. "Serenity!" I shouted and began shaking her shoulder. "Serenity, open your eyes, love."

She groaned as her eyelids moved slightly, then her hands flew to her stomach as she bolted upright. "Oh, thank fuck," she muttered. Looking between us, she asked nonchalantly, "So, how long was I out?" I didn't know if I wanted to kiss her or spank her.

Garen snapped, "Out? OUT? You fucking died, Serenity! We felt the damn bond snap. We lay here just waiting for our deaths!"

Her arms wrapped around him as she began apologizing and babbling, "I'm so sorry, I didn't realize. Mama didn't tell me how long, she just said it was where I needed to be for me and the babies."

Garen froze and I gaped. Did she just say babies? "Did you say babies?" he choked, his hand lowering to her stomach. "But, how?"

She giggled, "Um, I think you know how, and yes, I said babies." We both threw our arms around her, hugging and kissing her as she continued to giggle. Then I heard it - two faint, rapid heartbeats just underneath Ren's. Garen must have heard it as well because his eyes locked on mine. "I think we need to talk about some things, but here isn't the right place. Can we go home?"

"Home. I love the sound of that, my Eternal," I purred, and placing a kiss on her cheek, I teleported us back to our home. We appeared in the main room to find a very anxious Matt and Susan waiting for us.

"Serenity," Susan squealed as she reached for her. Both Garen and I blocked her path, growling, our instincts on overdrive. She instantly recoiled, "Shit, sorry. I forgot how possessive newly bonded mates were. Um, I guess we'll catch up in a few days." Her grin matched Matt's.

"Glad you're home, Ren. Enjoy the honeymoon," he teased, then they both left quickly.

"Days?" she asked as we turned to her, eyes filled with hunger.

"We might have neglected to mention the possessive nature of vampires when they've newly sealed a bond. Add the fact that you are carrying our children... well, we might keep you all to ourselves for a very long time, our Eternal," I purred as I lifted her in my arms and sped us to the master bathroom.

"We are going to devour every inch of you again and again," Garen informed her as we stepped into the shower, warm water kissing our skin. "You may be immortal now, but we will never get enough of you."

We could feel her reacting to the bond, her pulse quickening, her eyes dilating. When my fangs reached her neck, I heard her moan, then felt bliss when I entered her warmth. The bond was wide open as I fucked her against the shower wall while Garen watched in rapt fascination. I let out a roar when I felt her fangs pierce my skin. When she pulled back and met my gaze, I was shocked to see her eyes glowing. Instead of the typical black eyes of a vampire, her's were a mix of elven green with small black flecks, but they shone with her light magic. She grinned, grinding her hips, and I felt myself explode inside of her as a rush of magic filled me, unlike any I'd ever known.

"What was that?" Garen asked. "You both glowed like damn flashlights."

"I told you we needed to talk," Serenity laughed. "I might not have gotten the chance to tell you that I still have my powers, and now so do you, well, at least Daniel. We still need to finish something." She smirked at Garen, crooking her finger at him as I slid from her folds. He pulled her against him as she jumped, wrapping her legs around him and sank on his cock.

"Oh, we may finish for now, but understand, my Eternal, you will not be walking straight for weeks when we're done with you," he chuckled, then thrust upwards making her take a sharp inhale of breath followed by moans as he fucked her. I watched as she sank her fangs into his neck, sealing her bond with him as she had done to me, then just as he described, they both were engulfed in a soft white light that seemed to soak into their skin as they both climaxed. It was mesmerizing to watch, but the intense energy that followed was enough to drop both Garen and I to our knees. "Oh fuck," he muttered.

She knelt, checking on both of us, "Are you okay?"

"Yeah, that was just... woah." I shook my head, trying to get my bearings. "Just how much power do you have, woman?"

She smirked, "U,m about ten thousand years worth of elven heritage, not to mention the power of a goddess, then add in the vampire gifts you gave me, and well... We are definitely a power trio now." Her laughter filled the room, and I couldn't help but laugh with her.

Garen shook his head, smiling, "Come on, let's get you fed and dry, then we are camping out in that bed so you can fill us in on everything we need to know. Of course, that will be in between our sessions of mind-blowing sex."

"Naturally," she laughed. Gods, I love that sound.

"So you're telling me that our children are going to rule both kingdoms?" I was reeling from what she'd explained about the prophecy. Neither of us could stop touching her stomach. I'd never heard of a pregnancy during a transition, but then again there had never been a bond between elf and vampire before that was consummated.

"That's what Mama said, one life and one death ruling over light and dark. They are the grey towers, a perfect blend of all our powers." I was amazed at how quickly she was adapting to her change. She'd sped from the bed in such a blur earlier that we barely saw her. That sparked a game of hide-and-seek tag around the entire mansion. The only reason we caught her was her inability to stop giggling. Now we were sprawled out on the rug in my office discussing our children and their apparent birthrights. "I'm sorry I scared you. She said I had to stay dead a little longer than normal for everything to work out."

Garen frowned and leaned up on his elbow. "While I want to shout to the rafters that you are pregnant, I think we need to keep it quiet for now. Your Father and Danu are going to be furious already that you transitioned, but Serenity, you aren't out of danger. You retained your powers, and now our children have them as well. They will be targets as well, especially until they are old enough to defend themselves."

Ren sat up, arms curling around her stomach, "No!" she growled. "They won't touch them, I'll kill them myself." Power crackled in the air around her as her eyes darkened, all traces of green vanishing.

"Ren, calm down," I begged. "No one is going to harm you or them. Garen is just doing what he does best and looking at all of the risks so we can be prepared." She seemed to calm a bit, her eyes changing, but the air still shimmered.

Garen leaned closer, his lips brushing hers. "You are amazing, love. I didn't mean to scare you. I can't wait to be a father."

Her shoulders relaxed, and she chuckled, "Yeah, I'll remind you of that sentiment when we are up all night and changing diapers."
