Cassandra's POV
I saw it all happened
"MOM IM NOT LEAVING YOU "
"HONEY YOU MUST I WILL NOT LIV-"
Then my sister looked at mom and I saw a tear fall down our mothers face as it was being disconnected from her limp body. My sister started to run and I ran with her until she tripped and then a zombie pounced on her and started to slowly tear open her back. My sister screamed with pain and called for our mother who was already with the lord above and little did I know my sister would be with her very soon.
There was one moment where everything was silent and my sister looked at me in my eyes and said the word I shall never forget "goodbye ". Then I looked around and all the other people who where not zombies had been torn to shreds and then all the zombies came after me. I ran for my sister for my mom and for my dad and my best friends. I knew there was only one place to go. It's the place where zombies melt into the sandy ground. The place where I was born . The Sahara desert.
