"Come on, Dylan!" Dylan's mom shouted, agitated, "we need to get to the airport in less then 2 hours!"

Why does my mom have to be so keen, Dylan thought. His brunette hair flowed in the calm wind, and his bright cyan eyes gleamed in the blazing sunlight. His fairly large room let sunlight flow in from the torn, teal coloured drapes. He trudged slowly towards his Forest green Lizard in the left corner of his bed.

"Goodbye little guy, you'll be okay. Calvin's going to come over every day to feed you." Dylan whispered, hoarsely.
"Dylan, quickly!" Dylan's mom shouted again, more angry this time.
"Coming!" He replied, running down the black tiled stairs, almost slipping.

Dylan slipped into the car softly, and proceeded to buckle his belt. After a few minutes, he got bored, so he whipped his head phones out of his grey hoodie, and plugged them in his 2 year and 9 month old iPhone 6. Even though he had if for a long time, it hardly broke at all. Yes, there is a couple of chips here and there, but it was nothing compared to his sister, Jessica.

He glanced over at her. She had long, braided blonde hair, which matched her blue eyes. She had been wearing a short crimson shirt, with a pair of turquoise shorts. Everyone in the family had blue eyes, besides Dylan. He had a deformation, where one of his eyes were Green, and the other was bloodshot and black.

After he finished 'examining' his sisters unbearable clothing choice, he opened his music app, and played his favourite band, Set It Off. He loved there songs. He was a lonely kid. Didn't have many friends, besides Calvin, Cameron, Hayden and Liam. If he wasn't with them, he would listen to there songs to keep him company. The 5 teenagers called themselves the Jaguars, because on the first day of Freshman year, they all drew a bite mark on there wrists, all in the exact same spot.

A few hours later, they all boarded the plane, to fly to Arizona. They had lived in Miami for a while, but because Jessica was bullied for a few years, they moved to L.A for a new start. So it was a couple of hours drive to the airport. Jessica was moaning about the queues while they were waiting, but Dylan didn't care. He got used to the moaning and whining.

A few moments passed, and they were just about to board the plane. When Dylan handed his ticket over, a man walked past and shot him an angry look. He just replied with one back, because he doesn't dare. Dylan's a broad guy, quite muscly, as he goes to the gym most nights, mostly when he has nothing to do.

As Dylan sat down in his seat, he embraced himself for the flight. This is his first time being on a plane, so it was exiting, but he was anxious at the same time. He was ready, ready to go to the Grand Canyon.
