The first tendrils of dawn peeked through the window, gently rousing Jungkook from his slumber. He glanced at the sleeping form of Y/n beside him, her peaceful expression bathed in the soft morning light. With a quiet sigh, he gently extricated himself from the bed, careful not to disturb her.

Padding silently out of the room, Jungkook made his way to the kitchen, intending to grab a quick breakfast before heading to work. With a sense of contentment, he went to the couch in the living room, where he often liked to start his mornings with a moment of tranquility. As he settled in and began to eat, savoring the quiet solitude of the morning, his mind drifted to the day ahead.

However, his peaceful moment was shattered when he heard raised voices coming from the kitchen. Frowning in confusion, he set down his fork and hurried back towards the kitchen to investigate.

What he saw when he entered the kitchen filled him with shock and disbelief. Y/n and Min-Seo were locked in a heated argument, their voices tinged with anger and frustration. Before Jungkook could intervene, the situation escalated, and Min-Seo brandished a knife, her eyes blazing with fury.

Fear and panic surged through Jungkook as he watched the scene unfold before him. Without a second thought, he sprang into action, rushing forward to protect Y/n from harm.
