When I woke up from my unconscious state. I felt the feeling of dread that didn't set right in me.

Something...was very wrong...

I looked out the window and couldn't believe my eyes...

Me: Why isn't the sun out...?

There was no light.

All I could see was darkness...absolute darkness...

I looked around the classroom to see that I was the only one here. The lights were out.

Me: Where is everybody? Shouta?! Saya?! Hey! Where are you guys!!!

To be honest, I didn't give two fucks about the others, I'm only worried about Shouta...Even if he is a stupid pervert...He means well...and Saya too...even if she can be a little loud and annoying...

I felt my hand touch something on my desk.

My eyes went down onto what my fingers were holding to see a note.

When I read it...the words on it made my memory begins to get clear on what's going on.

"Help Me...Find My Body..."

Mei...This is Mei's handwriting...

Now I remember what happened...We all heard Mei's voice...She sounded so scared...

Hurt...

Desperate...

Sad...

She needs my help...

Mei...Where are you? What truly happend to you?

I heard a small groan coming from the edge of the classroom.

I wasn't...the only one there?

I walked into the corner of the room to see another person.

It was Natsuki.

Me: Hey! Natsuki! Wake up! Get a grip!

I started shaking her to get her to wake up from unconscious. Her pink eyes begin to flutter open. She looked up at me.

Natsuki: Kuro-san...?

Me: Are you alright?

Tbh. I'm not really all that concerned for her. To me, she's nothing more but a classmate and former friend of Mei's. The least I could do is see that she's still breathing and active.

Natsuki: Where...?

She didn't finished her sentence as she looked around the room. She caught the sight of cracked windows, broken glass, chairs, and desks scattered everywhere.

To me, it looked like a warzone had happened here.

The confusion on her face soon turned to horror as she begin to realized what's going on.

Natsuki: No...No! This can't be happening! Mei is mad at us! I gotta get out of here!

Me: Natsuki! Wait!

She ignored me as she ran out of the classroom in a panic.

Me: NATSUKI!

I groaned in annoyance. Great, just great. Looks like I'm alone again. If something really is going on and it's about Mei. I better find Shouta and Saya first. Then we'll figure out what's going with this school and find a way out to here...

With a new plan, I've left the classroom...

However I begin to get the feeling of being watched.

I can already tell I was not alone in the corridors.

I walked down the dark hallways of the school. I looked around for anyone that could be close by. But I didn't see anyone.

Although, I did noticed something on the walls...

It was...blood.

Me: Shit...Whose...?

It's best I don't finished that question...

I begin to hear footsteps coming followed by a scream.

???: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

What the-?!

I then felt I was pushed and looked to see a familiar girl with red hair running.

It was Maki.

Me: Maki! What the fuck is wrong with you?!!

She didn't bother to respond much to my annoyance. Instead, I caught she had a crazed look in her eyes.

Maki: This can't be happening! This can't be happening! This can't be happening! Is all this...really Mei's curse?!!!

She ran off after that...

Mei...

Again...with that curse?

The Curse of the Dead One?

Is that really what's going on?

I got back up from the ground...

Suddenly...I heard a noise...

It sounded like...someone's voice...

"Kuro...Kuro..."

I heard the voice coming from...behind me..?!

I turned my head...

That's when I saw her...

Short Blue hair. Pale skin.

Me: Mei?

She didn't respond...

She had her head down and I couldn't see her expression.

Me: Mei! Hey Mei! Is that you?

I quickly ran over to her.

She didn't move.

Me: Mei...?

As soon as I put my hand on Mei's shoulder to get a reaction out of her. What happened next I was least expecting.

*Splat*

....

Her head fell off...

Me: Ah...?!

I backed away in horror as her body mysteriously vanished along with her head that was supposed to be on the ground.

What...What the fuck just happened?!!

Did I imagined all that?!

Just then...I heard another sound...

"Teke...Teke...."

What the...?!

Coming from the shadows...

It was a girl...but...The lower part of her body was missing...

Me: ?!!!

In her hands...She was holding what seems to be a small scythe coated in blood...

I...HAVE TO RUN.

She was...coming towards me...FAST!

I broke into a run.

As I did...I heard the same sounds but this time...

"TEKE TEKE TEKE TEKE!!!!"

They were coming faster.

It was that girl!

I had to get away...

If I don't...I'm going to DIE!!!

I ran as fast as I could down the hallway as noises got closer...

And closer...

And closer...

I tried to get one of the classrooms to open.

But they wouldn't budge!!!

She was charging in fast!!!!

I felt death coming soon.

I saw a man up ahead calling me... That's strange...I never saw him before in the facility...Is he a teacher?

I manage to get the room where the man was at and slam the door shut!

The corpse I saw outside that made the noises stopped...

I sigh in relief and looked at the man. He had short tussled black hair and red eyes. He kind of looked similar to me. He had a creepy smile on his face as he wore a red and black business suit.

The man stares at me before laughing like I just told him a joke he never heard before. He shook his head.

Man: No boy. I'm the Principal of this school. Principal Onizuka. Nice to meet you, Kuro Mirai.

Wait...Say What????!

Strange...But I guess it makes sense...

I never saw my principal before...Not even on the first day of school nor the Orientation. Maybe it's because his face was always heavily shadowed...It did made the parents and teachers of the faculty suspicious of him...

Onizuka: But about me is not what we need to talk about. We have some things to discuss.

Me:....Yeah. I especially need to know...What the hell is going on?

Onizuka: That my boy is specifically what I'm going to tell you if you let me finish. This school was literally transported into an labyrinth.

Me: Labyrinth?

Onizuka: The Labyrinth of Hell...

Me: Hell?!! We're in Hell?! But why?

Onizuka: It's all thanks to her...The Dead One...The girl...

I begin to put two and two together of what he meant...

The curse...the dead one...

His smirk widen which kind of made him resemble the Grinch.

Onizuka: I've see you caught on. You're pretty sharp. Good. Then I don't have to explain any unnecessary details. The Dead Girl called Mei Aishiteru...had lived a hellish miserable school life...and then she died...so she put a curse on this school and send you with everyone else here...which means...When you die, your souls will forever be trapped here as eternal punishment.
