"Hey girl hey!" Caleb says to Anna Maria who just walked in.

"Cale!" Anna Maria says running up to him and give him a hug.

"How are you doing?" She asks letting go.

"I'm better now that I get to see my beautiful blonde bombshells." He says with a smirk.

Anna Maria swats him away and looks at me.

I'm in the middle of doing my hair.

"What are your plans for the night?" She asks.

"Going to Ryans." I say finish my half up half down hair do.

Anna Maria gives me a look but I turn away.

"What about you?" I ask.

"Going to meet up with this girl I used to hang with. She goes to the community college with me. Think we're just Going to run around town and catch up." She says.

"Oh nice." I say standing up.

"Yup, so call me When you guys get back home." She says before walking out.

"Hey, hot stuff you ready?" Caleb asks looking at me.

"Yup let me put my shoes on and let's bounce." I say opening my closet and all my shoes fall.

Caleb comes and helps pick them up.

"You still running?" He asks hanging me old track shoes.

"Yeah afterschool, but track doesn't start until spring." I say putting them in the closet.

"Oh noice!" He says in an Australian accent, making me laugh.

"Lets go." I say and we walk out my house to be hit with loud music.

"Dayum, everything's big in Georgia." Caleb says coming to my side.

I just shake my head, as we make our way to Ryan's.

Like the last party, no ones in the house but in the back yard it's a jungle.

"Aye Mary!" I look to see Quin and Matthew walking towards me.

"Look at you girl. Looking all hot and stuff." Quin slurs.

Yup, shes drunk and its only 11:30.

I look down at my outfit. It's nothing special. I'm wearing black leggings and a black and red checkered flannel that's opened over a blank tank top.

I'm in my black vans, my hair is in a cute top knot with little wisps hanging out and I wore my earings for once.

"I know right isn't she just so adorable." Caleb says slinging arm around me then pinching my cheeks.

Quin looks Caleb up and down an raises her eyebrow.

"And you are?" She asks with a smirk.

"Caleb Beer, I'm Mary's friend from New Jersey." He says shaking Quins hand, then Matthews.

"Caleb Beer, I like that. Speaking of we just got a few kegs and there while bunch of stuff near the patio." Matthew says slinging his arm over Quin. She giggles at this.

Since when we're they a thing? Might be because she's drunk. I always thought her and Kyle would look good together, but hey whatever floats your boat.

Quin and Matthew walk off leaving me and Caleb.

Just then our favorite song comes on.

'Closer' by the Chainsmokers ft. Halsey.

"You all ready know I'm taking your fine ass to dance!" Caleb shouts pulling me to the dancing area.

I think Caleb brings out the best in me. Like I'm not afraid to be weird or silly around him.

We belt out the song, along with the other dancers and do little dances making eachother laugh.

After 'Closer', a crowd favorite comes on.

'Work' by Rihanna ft Drake.

Caleb pulls me by my waist and we start dancing.

If it was any other guy grabbing me like this I'd knee him in the balls, but since it's Caleb I don't mind.

These people probably think we're a couple how were dancing but I could care less what they think.

Calebs here and I'm going to have fun.

The Dj keeps playing songs, and people keep dancing.

Kayla joined us, and her and Caleb are really hitting it off.

Who knew Caleb was bookworm? They've been talking about books then while time.

Kinda cute, because when you look at Caleb you get like this bad boy, drummer vibe, but really he's just a little nerd.

"I'll be back, I'm going to get water." I say leaving them two to talk about reading.

I make my way to the patio and grab a waterbottle.

I stand there drininkg my water looking at every one, when my eyes land on Ryan.

Who is staring right back at me.

I smile, and he makes his way towards me.

As he walks up the steps, he stumbles but I put my hands out at catch him.

"Woah there." I say helping him.

"Hi Mary." He says a little to happy.

"Are you drunk?" I laugh.

He smirks and moves leans his head side to side.

"No, I don't know maybe." He says making me laugh.

"Your laugh is adorable." He says looking down at me.

"Oh is it?" I chuckle. He's definitely drunk.

"Yup it is very much so." He says beginning to lean on the fence and almost falls.

"Alright, I think we should lay you down." I say putting his arm around me helping him up.

Darn is he heavy.

"Will you lay with me?" He smirks.

"Maybe another time." I laugh.

"It was worth a shot." He smiles.

As we make out way through the crowd I see Caleb is playing beer pong with Kyle and a few other kids in my school.

Ryan and I make our way into his house and in lead him up stairs.

He points to a room, and I go that way and open the door.

The room is painted grey with dark blue accents. It's quite organized aswell.

I walk Ryan to his bed where we both end up falling.

Me on top of him...

We start at eachother for a second.

"Hey." He whispers.

"Hi." I say before laughing and putting my head in his chest.

I then push up and fix my shirt.

Ryan props himself up on his elbows and looks at me.

"What?" I say blushing.

"I can't figure you out." He says.

"What do you mean?" I ask warily.

"I don't know. I feel so comfortable when I'm with you. I feel like I know you." He says.

"You do know me, were friends Ryan." I say a little nervous.

"No, I feel I've known you for a long time." He says sitting up.

"Oh, that's weird." I say looking anywhere but him.

He then gets up, stumbling. I go to help him but he shoos me off.

He then walks to his closet, and reaches for a box hidden in the back.

He takes the box and sets it on the bed. He sits in front of it.

"What's that?" I ask sitting across from him.

He doesn't respond but opens the box.

I lean in to look at what it is, and I think this might be the first time I cry in front of someone.
