Appearance

Martyn is a young man that resembles his mother more then his father, with dark brown hair, which is usually seen up in a man bun. With emerald green eyes and fair, slightly tanned skin. He stands at a height of 5'8 with a lithe but muscilar body thanks to years of harsh training, and covered in scars from wars and battles.

Scars

Adonis has a large scar on his back, between his shoulder blades, making the skin a lighter color then his normal skin color.

Personality

Martyn is seen as a calm and charismatic young man, often having a small almost knowing smirk playing slightly at his lips. The prince is known to joke around and many times play with others for his own amusement, but never in the sense to hurt them if they truly don't deserve it, he mostly entertains himself by messing with arrogant nobles and what not by playing around with their words against them.

There are even some rumors that the prince can be ruthless to the enemies of the kingdom, the people talk of how he will do anything to preserve and protect the crown. And while it is true to some extend, Martyn has never believed in unnecessary cruelty towards his opponents, and will fight to make it swift for the both of them if needed be.

There are some whom even calls him "the Fox" to to his playful and cunning attitude that he gives off, mirth and a calculated look in his eyes often gives away a vibe of his nickname, though even so, many finds it hard to read him.

A weapon gifted to him on his 16th nameday by his oldest sister Alys, a sort of reward for having been knighted the summer earlier that year, he named it Everstar

Background

The second born child of Evaline and Jonothan Cadeyrn, Martyn is the only son of the King and Queen of Niduris, and grew up to admire his oldest sisters, Alys and Catrine, very much. 

And as he continued to become older, his focus started go towards knighthood much like Alys, to try and make his parents proud. And so at the age of 14 he was allowed to squier under Alys herself. 

Through her he was taught what it meant to be a knight of Niduris, to honor the motherland and the great Empire. he was taught the art of swordsmanship, as well as riding, how to fasten a saddle, and how to sharpen and treat his armor and weapons. 

And by his mother and Catrine, he learned how to act as a proper prince, as well as how to read and write, and in secret, Catrine thought him how to recognize magic and their spells, seeing as she herself was a mage.

At the age of 16, like his sister, he was thought ready and knighted,  becoming a protector and defender of their great nation.
