CASSIOPEIA STRANGE HAD ALWAYS WANTED TO BELIEVE IN MAGIC. 

Ever since she was a little girl, her mother had told her stories of witches and fairies and good magic that won out. But after her mother died, Cassie was left in the care of her neurosurgeon father and the magic inside her dimmed. Gone were the fairytales that lulled her to sleep, gone was the whimsical energy in her soul, instead it was replaced with cold logic and reason. But part of her always clung to the belief in magic.

And she was right to do so.

For when her father had a car accident, ruining his hands, he did everything, he searched everywhere, for a cure. No science could save him. He tried everything. Until, someone told him about a mystical haven in Nepal. It was Stephen Strange's last hope. And unlike all the surgeries, all the remedies, this one actually worked. It didn't just change his life, but it changed Cassie's too. Her father wasn't the only one who could master the mystic arts, for she could too.

And when the fuss was all over, the Strange family returned to New York but they weren't the same people who left.

Now back in her city, Cassiopeia decided to change schools to Midtown Tech and she instantly felt like this was the place she was meant to be. Studying science during the day, learning magic by night, Cassiopeia Strange was a complete contradiction. And no one liked that more than Peter Parker. 

Peter Parker was a contradiction too in a way. He was normally a shy, rather intelligent kid who stuck with his best friend: Ned. But really, he was slinging webs around the city, saving people and living his life out loud. It was because of Spiderman that Cassie felt she could go out there and do her part for her city. And so Miss Magic was born.

Two heroes. One a lab accident and the other a student of magic. Two very different people. Yet, together, they were whole.

- There is an asterisks beside Spiderman homecoming because, if you wanted to, you could write the Doctor Strange movie. Or, at least, make it the prologue.

- Cassie joins her Dad on his adventure before settling in the New York sanctum where she begins at Midtown high (distance doesn't matter as she can teleport like the others). And when she sees crime on the streets, she's inspired by Spiderman to help and she dons an old sorcerers disguise and uses her magic to help. But, she's still technically a newbie so she isn't as advanced as her father. The papers dub her Miss Magic.

- She's pretty so the popular girls go for her but she shoves them off and befriends MJ and therefore Peter and Ned. So, Cassie is pulled into the loop. 

- Cassie's mum is someone Stephen met when he was still in medical school, becoming a doctor, so he wasn't around a lot when she was younger but that was forced to change when her mother was run over by a car. So, Stephen is all she has.

- Cassie is smart, like super smart. She likes maths and history (with a specialism in the museum in the sanctum) and when she grows up, she wants to be a marine biologist or something like that. She just wants to help people but because her Dad was an asshole as a doctor, she was steered away from that. But, of course, she has medical training because of that.

- She doesn't get her relic straight away but when she does it's 'the fists of iron gauntlets' modelled after the Iron Fist themself. Basically channels mystic energy into indestructible punches. 

- Her and Peter are so cute. She's confident like her father and a little stubborn and she likes to tease Peter a little. 

- If you have her stuck with Peter in that containment building, she either loses her sling ring in the fight or the building is protected against mystic magic somehow.

- Her and Peter share their feelings on Titan as they think they're gonna die. So, when they both blip back, they start a relationship. 

- Peter dating Stephen's daughter will just make Stephen dislike him more. An icon.
