Babysoul's POV

"Sujeong! I'm serious!" Jin let out in frustration.

"Well, I'm serious too!" I answered.

"We're talking about Sunggyu, Infinite's leader Kim Sunggyu!"

"Exactly!" I snapped.She covered her mouth with disbelief.

"Y-you were Sunggyu's girlfriend!"

I nodded in response. "Ex."

"Kim Sungkyu? My bias! The person I talked about almost every day was you boyfriend!" she buried her face into her hands. "I feel so embarrassed!"

"No, it's okay. It's been so long."

"But how could this happen? You never told me anything about this."

"I know, it's just that I don't want to talk about it anymore. It's something I already buried in the past."

"Tell me, please!" she pleaded. "I want to understand everything."

I look at her intently and I can see that she really wanted to know everything.

I sighed as I looked into my past and started telling Jin about it.

"Sungkyu and I were both in a band during our highschool days. He was the vocalist, and I was the pianist..."

SUNGKYU's POV

Seeing Babysoul's face flustered in frustration made me really happy. Finally, I can get back to her for what she did 7 years ago. I whistled happily as I entered the door. And I was surprised to see L in the living room.

"Hey, why are you not sleeping yet?" I asked as I remove my shoes.

"Well, I was waiting for you, so how did it go?" he asked while his eyes were glued in the TV watching anime.

I shrugged and told him what happened in a little detail. He was the only member I have talked about Babysoul. It's because he was the one who found me when I fainted and he asked a lot of questions that day making me spill what happened.

Also, he was the one who found out the identity of the ghost. He didn't believe about the ghost when I told him the reason why I fainted so he went around asking all the staffs about the identity of the ghost I jumped rope with. And when he found out and told me the name of the ghost, my reaction was too epic making him more curious and I ended up telling him about Babysoul.

"She agreed to your demand?" he asked in disbelief.

"Of course," I said proudly.

"Really? How could she fall for that! Hyung, what is the real reason why you are doing this?

"I told you, REVENGE."

"Well, I don't know hyung but why do I smell other motives?"

"Yah! What are you talking about? Just go to your room and sleep!"

He smirked at me and went to his room. But before entering, he said, "Keep me updated!"

I just shrugged him off. I went to bed full of thoughts and anticipation of what is going to happen tomorrow.

I woke up early, around 5 AM even without my alarm. What an achievement!I fixed myself and I started waiting for Babysoul. I'm not excited okay? I just can sleep anymore, so why not wait for her?

I looked at the watched on the wall that wascontinuously ticking. I don't know but hearing it makes me feel impatient.

The clock struck 6:00 PM and yet there is no Babysoul knocking on the door. Why am I waiting like this anyway? I called her for 6:30.I went to the living room and watched the morning news. 6:30 am came and I am growing really impatient. Is she coming or not?

6:31 am and I heard a doorbell. In a flash, I immediately opened the door and saw Babysoul in her usual get up, jacket, tattered jeans, and converse shoes with her hair in a messy ponytail. I sighed at the sight of her. Was it relief? Or disbelief of my own actions?

"Your late, that would mean additional hundred won," I welcomed. I am really strict with financial matters.

"I'm not late!" she protested. She showed me her watch. "See! It's only 6:29 Am!"

It did show 6:29AM.

"Well, not on my watch." I let her see my watch. "It already 6:31... Ah no, it's already 6:32!" I mocked.

"As if that minute would make a difference!You are so annoying! I didn't tell you to wait for me!"

I was taken aback when she said that. How did she know?

"Who said I waited for you? In your dreams." I smirked.

"It's so obvious you did. She went inside our dorm and looked around. "See? The other members are not yet awake, while you are here, even dressed properly and also you opened the door quickly."

O shoot! I'm busted.

"Don't get your hopes up. I didn't wait for you. Can't you see? I'm Infinite's leader! It's my duty to be an early riser," I defended. How did Babysoul become so nosy?

She raised her brows and chuckled.

"Come on Sungkyu, we both know you don't wake up early."

We were both stopped when she said that. There was an awkward silence. It's maybe because she said something we both know and we both shared. Yes, I don't wake up early. One time we were supposed to go on a date, and I overslept.I stood her out for 2 hours. She came to my house waking me up angrily and she didn't talk to me for a week. I had to make an event so she could forgive me. The day we made up was the day we had our first kiss. That's why it was really memorable.

I don't know what she was thinking. Did she thought about the past just like I did?

"I-I w-watched a variety show of yours and learned about it," she said. Then I guess not.

"Start cooking breakfast. That my first task for you today." I said coldly as I walked her into the kitchen.

She just followed me silently."This is the kitchen. You should be done at 7 then wake up all the members," I said and left her. Why do I feel bad that she didn't remember anything about the past? Maybe she never really cared.

I went to the couch, laid down and closed my eyes. Pictures of memories of the past flashed into my mind. No matter how much I want to delete them, they keep on hunting me, especially her face, the face of the woman who is currently a few meters away from me.
