School was going decent and faster than I imagined it would go this year. Last year was fun and so was this one my friends kept making sure I had the best time before returning home again. Soon the year was ending and before I knew it I was back home in that hell hole of a house.

The beatings never stopped even when Oliver tried to stop them he was hit too and I didn't want him to get hurt because of me. Either my grades for the year weren't good enough even though I was top of my classes along side that stupid bitch hermione granger. My grades were fine for me I did my best to get where I was and I didn't have help doing it. But again it wasn't good enough, then it was my asking to go with friends somewhere they said no. I kept pleading and then got beat for it, next it was my inability to do the smallest of things right or they weren't good enough for them. But today I wasn't going to allow it, I wasn't going to let them treat me like this anymore. Third year was coming up and I refused to be beaten down anymore than I already was.

So I made a plan, I packed a bag using a charm to make it never ending and then packed some shit into it. It was a small purse that wouldn't be too noticeable if I went out of the house with it. Next part of the plan was using oli as a distraction he accepted it even if it got him into trouble as well. The third part of this plan was going to pansy's place or Matteo's place they both offered after I secretly lettered my friends. Yeah they wouldn't let me do that either not anymore, so I had to do it in secret. Anyway the last part was going to school without their knowledge of where I'd gone off to. And today was that day I had planned this escape for weeks with Oliver and my friends help. I couldn't stand being here and even if they disowned me I wouldn't care because anything was better than staying here.

So once my bag was all packed up I waited for Oliver's signal to sneak out by teleporting. I heard the distant sounds and knew he was signaling for me to leave so I did and teleported to Matteo's room which scared him.

"Matty" I said dropping down having been weak

"Oh Trinity" he said softly as he helped me stand

"I couldn't get to pansys" I said softly

"It's ok, your free now, let's get you cleaned up" he said having saw the fresh wounds

"I hope Oliver got out without being hurt too" I said as I sat on the counter letting him clean the wounds

"It's going to be ok, tom is working on getting things settled" he said

"I don't understand, what needs settled?" I asked

"Your staying here no question about it ok" he said looking at me

"But what about your father?" I asked

"I won't let him have you I promise you won't need to worry about it" he said finishing cleaning my wounds

"Ok" I said softly

"You can sleep here for now, it's late so get comfortable" he said

"Where will you sleep?" I asked

"The spare bed, I just conjured it up" he smirked

"Then I'll sleep in that bed you in your own" I said

"Fine but promise you won't sneak around" he said

"It's not my home I'm just the guest so why would I risk that" I smirked

"Because your a curious thing aren't you" he teased

"Maybe, but I've known you for just about three years now so" I said shrugging

"So?" He asked

"If you were hiding something I'd know" I said

He looked down sadly and that's how I knew he in fact was hiding something and that's why he asked me not to sneak about.

"It happened didn't it?" I asked

"What?" He asked

I grabbed his arm gently and pulled down his sleeve to reveal the dark mark and sighed.

"How'd you know?" He asked sadly

"You can't keep things like that from me Matty I just know" I said sadly

"Tom has it too, and our friends their going to be forced to get it too, I don't want that for you" he said

"I will do my very best to make sure it doesn't happen as long as you promise me something" I said

"What might I need to promise?" He asked

"That no matter what happens you won't push me away from yourself and this all, I'm here for you Matty I will be here for as long as you let me, I will always be here for you and I don't want to lose you" I said sadly
