Just FYI, the hand is doing better. Infection and wounds have been dealt with more or less. The swelling has been pushing on a nerve and causing tingling and numbness, but it's improving gradually. Now just have to heal fractures. It will take a while, surgical repair was not an option.

Because of this, it may take me longer than anticipated to give both judges and entrants whose work places their prizes. I apologize, but I have to keep my pain level tolerable, as I've had to start work again, the injured hand is my dominant hand, and work (so I can live and pay my bills) is the priority. I will definitely not forget. I just wasn't anticipating having a torn and crushed right hand when I started the contest. Silly me!

Going to start trying to process scores tomorrow. A lot have been sent in, so I may not be able to update the progress tables right away. It's very uncomfortable for me to use a computer mouse.

However, a ton of the judges' results are still missing. If you are a judge that has had entries assigned, please have the scores in to me in the next 2-3 days.

Saturday, 11/11/17, at the absolute latest.

If I do not receive them from you and haven't heard from you with a reason, I will remove you as a judge and try and find someone else to score the works you had agreed to judge.

Thanks to the people that have already let me know why their scores haven't been sent. If you don't think you can have them to me by late Saturday, just let me know. Just like with me, your health is the priority. I just would like to know so I can plan, please.
