I feel a gentle breeze blowing through my hair.I open my eyes and find myself standing in the middle of lush green forest.The trees tall and majestic,leaves rustling softly in the breeze.I take a deep breath of fresh forest air and feel my muscles relaxing.I began to walk through the forest,feeling the soft earth beneath my feet.I feel the sense of tranquility flowing through me.

I notice that trees are becoming denser and closer together.The air is growing cooler,I can feel misty fog getting denser around me.My vision starts blurring.Soon I cannot see anything other than thick clouds of fog surrounding me.I began to suck air into my lungs greedily as my breathing becomes difficult.

I hear a soft whisper in my ear,I turn around but there is no one.My senses become highly alert now.I hear the whispers again and try following them through my blurred sight.It leads me deeper into the forest,near the base of large tree.

I look up and see shimmering light at the top of tree.I begin to climb the tree,the bark rough against my hands and feet.As I climb higher the lights glows brighter,until I reach the top of the tree.

It's not the sight I expected.Everything here is ruined structures,stark contrast to what I experienced below the tree.

It appears to me as unending hectares of ancient ruins,encircling me.

Weather worn stone pillars surrounded by dead grass welcomes me.Half-crumbled monuments,faceless marble and stone statues are lying on the ground.

I take slow steps trying not to step on any ruins,observing my surroundings.
Big rocks of all sizes surrounded me.As I closely look on the rocks I found various inscriptions carved on them in anonymous language.

There were fascinating array of carvings and sculptures including faces of richly dressed men and women,which I concluded to be kings and queens.

As I move past in between the rocks,I found a narrow passage.I followed the path holding my breath tightly.As I took small-conscious steps,I could hear the sounds of trees creaking in breeze,leaves rattling the stones,the sound of crickets and other flies.

There at the end of the pathway,I could see large double-door made of stones.

As I reach near it I see an ethereal beauty standing by the doors.She has the beauty which can enslave the soul of every man and arouses adoration in any women.She has the golden complexion which can brighten the whole universe.
Her face shines like infinite suns and moons.Eyes calm and ferocious at the same time,looks like an ocean where whole universe can be drowned,her hair reaches below her knees seems like gold strings falling on earth.

She smiles widely and reaches for my hands.I'm still stunned ,by her gems and ornaments studded form.

"I was waiting for you",saying that she keeps her hands on the spherical sign above the door.I can see two huge door-men sculpted on top of enormous pillars on either side of the door.

The door opens softly leading into the narrow cave.She leads me through the steps,into a lustrous place.As we pass through the steps I observe carvings of mythical serpents and celestial nymphs on the walls.

Every word in my mouth falls short to describe the scene infrent of me.The entire room has been overflowing with valuable objects including gold thrones, crowns, coins, statues and ornaments, diamonds and other precious stones.

My breath get hitched for a beat.Still in my daze I reach out my hand to touch the glowing crown.Suddenly a large white serpent appears on it hissing venomously towards me.I instantly jerk my hands back sucking on my breath.

Bewildered by the scene,I turn toward the lady who brought me here,to see her serene face.

"My job is completed,I will take my leave",saying that she turns back and start to runaway.

I follow behind,trying to stop her.She keeps running and finally stops, turning towards me.She smiles gently as if bidding farewell.

Her once beautiful face starts gets contorted,giving wrinkles on her face.her skin gets sagged.She turns into an old woman who is on the verge of dying.

She take a step back and she is falling down the deep abyss.

No! I scream loudly.

Help!pls,someone help her,

I start to shriek,but she is falling into never ending abyss,her face etched with a smile.....

My eyes snap open,sucking air into my mouth heavily.My head rises from the pillow as i am violently shaken from my dreamland.Still seeing I'm in my room I allow my head to crash down on soft pillows sighing.

I exhale deep from my lungs,hands rubbing my face,sweat clinging my palm,as I try to make sense of the unbelievable visualization I had just now.

It's my second night in this place and I'm already witnessing the eerie things.
Last night's events flashed before my eyes.The glowing thing I saw on the pavement yesterday night was the same serpent that hissed at me in my dreams.

The sudden and striking realization hit me.

This can't be a coincidence.

What is the indication of these incidents?I pondered over in my brain.

If the serpent I saw in my dreams existed really,than someone touching me was also real yesterday night.I was not delusional,I concluded.

If all those things existed here,then that secluded ruined place also existed somewhere nearby.

Deciding,that ruined place holds answer for all these maze of problems,I
resolved to find out where the place existed.
I would figure this out,there was no fucking way I wouldn't.

"I cannot disclose this to grandpa",I thought myself,remembering Guruji's
fiasco yesterday.he will weave a web of lies and feed it to grandpa.

Seeing the sunrays peeking out of morning sky,I dressed in my running outfit ,deciding to seek my answers from the only other person I know in this village.

I passed through streets,decorated with glowing lights,houses adorned by sheds of coconut leaves,women decorating the front-yard of the houses.
There was happiness in everyone's faces,indicating festive environment, as the temples sanctorum will be opened today after 17- long years.

I finally reached the tea stall,to see krish seated on the wooden plank. But he was not alone,the handsome, not-so stranger was with him.

Adidev Varma was having a serious discussion with krish,dressed in running outfit.Krish stood up to leave,glancing my way,his face beamed.

"Look who we have here"! he exclaimed merrily.I went towards them reflecting his happy face.Adi turned towards me his eyebrows furrowed.

"Is your ankle fine?you were hurt yesterday",he said looking at my feet.

"I'm alright now,it was just a sprain",I said.

He huffed out dissatisfied by my excuse.

"Have you guys met already"?,krish asked confused looking between us.

"Yes,I found her in bushes yesterday",Adi said with a slight smile explaining yesterday's embarrassing encounter.

"I didn't know you were learning to ride a bicycle,it happens for new learners,please don't give up ",krish said trying to conceal his laughter but ended up letting his heart out.

"I know how to ride a bike,my foot slipped off the pedal",I huffed out.

"That's what I said when i first fell off the bike",he sneered out.

"Oh,stop it already",I tried to conceal my smile but I let out a small laugh at the end .

"I'm taking my leave guys,my girlfriend has arrived.She will suck my blood if I get delayed to greet her",krish took leave saying that.

"Ok,go back before she comes in search of you",I laughed at his brooding face.

Still chuckling at him,I turned back towards Adi,to see him already looking at me curiously.

"Can we take a walk"?I asked him.

After running for about fifteen minutes we reached upto the sea side.

"The beach is clear today,as everyone are busy with festive preparations",I said ,leaning my hands against my knees and bending down exhaling heavily".

"Yeah,it's peaceful today",he mumbled sitting on the white sand.I sat next to him,feeling the gentle hue of now golden gleaming sand under bright sun rays.

We sat there silently,enjoying the comfort of the waves.I turned towards him observing his chiseled jaw as his dark hairs were gleaming golden under the bright rays.
God has definitely taken his time carving this sinfully beautiful face.

"Stop staring",he mumbled almost inaudible under his breath.

"I was not",I let out a huff turning back staring at now boring waves.

The previous site was better.

"Yeah,sure",he had a small smile on his lips knowing clearly I was lying.

I laughed,a whole hearted laugh after so long.It was comforting being with him even without exchanging anywords.My heart felt at peace forgetting every catastrophe from past two days.

"You were fidgeting and tensed,while you came in search of Krish". He asked gazing straight into my eyes.

Now how do I tell him all these mystic things happening to me?
