My new frenemy

Bakugo's POV:

The new hero? Called out to me and pulled me out of my thoughts. I was annoyed, you would too, a free pass out of school debt? And this hero just comes along and pulls it from right under you.

Me: Who do you think you are?! That was my debt! And I ain't no villain.

The green clad nuisance chuckled and walked closer.

Nuisance: Oh... debt? How about you try robbing a bank instead of what you doing now. It sounds at least more safe than dirtying your hands, or are you a secret butcher now? Uh! I wonder how much you getting payed for that.

I scoffed and looked away, keeping my guard up. This new person is annoying.

Nuisance: By the way, you are wayyy too obvious. I am seriously impressed about all the people around you that are BLIND as hell!

Me: I'm not telling you my secrets and for the record, you never answered my question.

Nuisance: Oh, sure, sure. Where would the fun be in that anyways. Oh which one? I don't remember any. Looks like my brain is as blind as these people right now.

Me: Who are you hero boy?

Nuisance: Hero? Did you really just call a vigilante a hero? You blind my boy! I mean look at me! I am not one of these shit eating grinner that loves the spotlight!

Me: Yet you called me a villain and I'm a mercenary. Just let me do my job and I'll be out of your way.

Nuisance: VI-GI-LAN-TE! I am not a villain and I am in a gray zone and you definitely are. Mercenary kill people and guess what villains do too, they kill people bing! Also can't do that.

Me: I am paid and I kill people who deserve it. The woman in there is a serial killer, one of her victim's family members paid me to kill her.

Nuisance: OH and what did the woman do exactly if she deserve it.. A serial killer... are you blind as fuck too? She isn't the one. Look inside and tell me again she is one. You are about to murder an inocent life! Now tell me again you are not a villain!

I looked inside and saw the teen on her bed looking intently at her computer, headphones on and book open.

Me: Looks can be deceiving.

Nuisance: Sure and family members too especially when it comes to mones or hate! You ever thought of that one genius!

I roll my eyes under my mask and stopped. I looked around and saw the red and blue lights in the distance.

Shit

Nuisance: Well you staying here buddy. Ama go now. *shooting noises*

I flipped him off and jumped off the roof. I heard a pained grunt and made my way back up.

Me: You ok nuisance? That suit is very red.

Nuisance: That wasn't me. I thought that was you and none of your business!

Me: I was going back home... Hey look you have a handy friend.

I pointed behind him to a blue haired man with multiple arms coming from his back.

Nuisance: Oh not them again....Who called the circus, it wasn't me for sure.... Well gotta go and see ya around Dandelion!

Me: Stupid nuisance... He's interesting.

The man completely ignored me and jumped away behind the vigilante. I sighed and jumped away, hopping on the roofs avoiding heroes and police officers alike. I finally made it back to my room and pulled off my suit and put it and my weapons away before flopping onto my bed.

Stupid nuisance

I had never cared about the people I killed, as long as I got paid. My mom and dad were in debt and this is the only way I can work without being on UA's radar since they ask for a cut of your pay. For what reason? I don't know but they do it. This mercenary job allows me to get money for my parents and in a way helps me in return. My clients are from the dark web, the number they message is one that was old and isn't even on the database anymore.

I wonder how much this job would've gotten me?

Sighing, I closed my eyes, finally allowing myself to rest. My last thoughts being other ways to get money, just more legal.

*Ringing*

Me: What the hell?

Finally registering that it's morning, I begrudgingly got up and exhaled. My thoughts full of the nuisance from yesterday. His voice rang through my thoughts. The way he talked sounds like someone who's been through a lot, I don't know why I thought that but the way my parents normally talked to each other taught me different ways to pick up on people's underlying feelings.

Me: Stupid green hero.

On my way to school, Midoriya ran up to me and slapped the back of my head.

Me: What the hell?! What was that for?!

Midoriya: For being up all night! Look at these dark circles and then you try to lecture me about everything yesterday!

Me: I wasn't up! I was asleep by 10!

Midoriya: Mhm~ Sure! Look at yourself in the mirror. These eyebegs are worse than sleeping caterpillars!

I grumbled and continued walking

Me: I was studying, your point?

Midoriya: Mind your own business and stop looking after me or ama continue doing this.

Ignoring him, I walked on, him still at my side.

Me: Why are you still here?! I thought you were going to leave.

My pace quickened and I walked faster. He still kept up with me.

Midoriya: None of your business but while we are at this, tell Aizawa, I won't be coming today! See ya Pomeranian!

He ran off towards the school gate, his green hair bouncing as his hoodie slipped off his head. That's when I notice the duffel bag he had with him.
