3 years later

"I would like to announce to all of you that me and Luna have decided that Chase is ready to take the mantle as the new ruler of Equestria." Celestia's voice boom's all over Equestria.

There were cheers from everywhere.

"And now a word from him." Celestia steps down allowing me to talk.

I clear my throat, " I know I've only been here roughly 9 years, but I feel as though I have known each and every one of you my entire life. I promise that I will keep Equestria safe from any danger that arises."

The crowd goes silent to hear every word I say.

"This is my home now, I would lay down my life for it." I look at my family, "I want to thank you all for putting your faith in me. I will not let you down."

I spread my wings and lift into the air. I fly over the crowd. I'll never be as good a flier as Dash, but what she taught me was good enough.

I land on the other side of the crowd and give a determined smile.

"I WILL NOT FAIL YOU!!" I shout.

The crowd erupts into cheers and applause. I began to breath heavy from the speech. I fly back to the are Celestia, Luna and my family.

"And most importantly, I will do this for Twilight!" a flag with her cutie mark on it unfolds above me, "My first order as prince of Equestria is to have a statue of Twilight built right where I stand, and to have her library turned into a museum about her and what she accomplished."

Rhe cheers grow louder as I walk back into the castle. I let out a deep breath.

"God damn, that was nerve wracking." I say.

"Ya did amazin' out there darlin'" AJ says and kisses me.

I kiss back, "Thanks babe."

"Ah yeah, dads a freaking prince now!" Jackson says.

"I'm so proud of you." Emily adds.

"Thanks you guys." I pull them in for a family hug.
