Silverclaw's P.O.V

I had to tell Lightningclaw how I felt about her. She's so beautiful but she reminds me of my sister sometimes. She sometimes is very moody and let's the anger get the best of her. I told her to follow me but then Raintail walked up behind Lightningclaw. "Come on Lightningclaw the clan is waiting."

Luckily she said, "Tell them to go ahead we'll be just a minute. I'll catch up." He nodded and Bramblestar looked at me and then turned away leading his clan to their camp. I sighed and thought, Thunderclan's friendship with us has died since Onestar died. Lightningclaw walked behind me and I led her to the trees.

"Lightningclaw, I'm sorry."

"For what Silverclaw? You've done nothing bad to me."

"I love you Lightningclaw. You're my friend since we were kits and I don't know what I'd do without you." I looked into her amber eyes she smiled and meowed back, "I love you too Silverclaw." I smiled and licked her ear. She purred and asked, "Do you want to meet me at the far end of the border beside the moonpool tomorrow night?"

"I wouldn't miss it." I purred.She put her tail around mine and I purred and licked her on the cheek. "We'd better go back to our clans their going to get worried."

"Ok see you tomorrow Lightningclaw." She smiled and bounded away. I heard a russel in the bushes and growled. I unsheathed my claws and padded towards the log. A cat landed on my back and she growled. "I told you, we would fight soon."

"Let me go Darkfang!" I growled and clawed her stomach. She stumbled and leaped at me again. Her claws went right in front of my eyes and she landed on top of me. "What do you want?!"

"Oh not much just to see Lightningclaw, oh what's the word? Hmm dead." More cats came out of the bushes and I saw Clawstar being dragged along by the same black tom that had almost killed me. Clawstar was limp in his mouth and blood trickled down her head and wounds on her body. I turned back to Darkfang and saw she had a smug look on her face. She smiled evilly and was about to claw my throat but she stopped when the tom growled, "Wait Darkstar we must use him not kill him not now. Not without Lightningclaw watching." She growled and snapped back, "Fine Blood."

Blood was his name. No wonder why he must have killed a lot of cats in his past I even remember him almost killing Lightningclaw as an apprentice. "What do you mean Darkstar?"

"Oh Blood's cats killed Hawktail and Clawstar only has one life left so she has retired to become a warrior again."

"But you'll only get eight lives when you go to Starclan to get your nine lives. So you'll be weaker than most of the clan leaders already. You might as well not even-"

"I might even go to the moonpool and go to the Dark Forest instead mouse brain!"

She then clawed my back and bit my ear. "You won't get away with this Darkfang!" She growled and clawed the side of my face. "You.....were........never.........my...........sister!" I panted.

She looked at me and growled lightning struck overhead and a black pelt landed on Darkfang. I looked up and saw Lightningclaw fighting Darkfang. "Leave him alone! You only want me just leave my family and the cats I love alone!"

"Why should I the cats in the prophecy will die and the Dark Forest will reign forever. The sooner you die the better the warriors of the Dark Forest are." She leaped on Lightningclaw biting her neck. Lightningclaw kicked her off and she landed on the edge of the island. She was struggling to stay on the island with her claws. She lost her grip and fell in. Lighningclaw turned around and raced across the island to where Blood was standing. He was ready. I wanted to help her but I had to go after Darkfang she was my sister but Lightningclaw was my love. I ran to the edge and leaped into the water. She was five tail lengthes away. I just kept swimming farther down into the lake. I had finally reached her and grabbed her scruff. I quickly swam up and set her on the island. I looked over and saw Lightningclaw laying beside Blood's paw. I......I....was too late. Tears formed around my eyes but I had to fight Blood or the forest would fall to the Dark Forest. I waited until Blood made the first move. He started to race towards me I backed up and found myself on the log. I heard Thunderclan cats from behind me but I had to focus on Blood. They must have seen how beaten up I was and the couldn't help me I was on my own. Blood growled and leaped at me and he pinned me down but I let him. "You were only born to die fool why not join us and you can live like the rest of us."

"I'd rather die fighting to protect the clans than fall to the Dark Forest. I'd rather die protecting Starclan. I'd rather die serving what I was born to do be apart of a prophecy of the 9!" I yowled and then I kicked him off of me. He landed in the lake. He couldn't swim at all he started to drown. I wanted to watch but I had to get to Lightningclaw. I ran down the log luckily not falling in. The Thunderclan cats followed me and they hissed at me.

"She's dead because of you. I shouldn't have trusted the son of Bloodstar. You're just like your father nothing but a murderous cat that should have never been born!" Bramblestar snapped.

"Cats thought you were just like your father but should we both be judged because of who our-"

"I am no longer judged the clans have accepted me for who I am. They trust me but they don't trust any cats born to Bloodstar! His kits will turn to the Dark Forest and will never return to Starclan! His kits should have been killed as kits not as trained and powerful warriors!"

His words stung like rat bites. His amber eyes were full of hate. His clan was growled and hissing at me. They didn't trust me just because of who my family is. I looked at Lightningclaw and she was luckily still breathing but they couldn't see it. I growled and said calmly, "If you don't trust me any more than my bloodthirsty sister then maybe I should join their side! Cats will bow to the Dark Forest they will be destroyed by me and me alone! You will be sorry for what you did to me!"

I picked up Darkfang and carried her away. The Thunderclan cats hated me for killing Lightningclaw. They must have known that she was the lightning in the prophecy. I felt my eyes start to water and I had ran all the way to the barn and through Windclan territory. I collapsed and started to cry for Lightningclaw. "Starclan please....please let her live it wasn't her time. Please Starclan. Please! Bring her back to me!" I yowled and a starry ginger tom padded up to me. He looked at Darkfang and then at me.

"Have you choosen your path Silverclaw?"

"I don't know. I let Lightningclaw die because I thought their was still good in Darkfang. Now I pledged that the Dark Forest will rule but I didn't mean it Bramblestar made me angry so it was in the moment. Now I wish I hadn't asked Lightnigclaw stay with me."

"Ahh but she is with you. She's alive. Thunderclan just has forgotten their bond with Windclan cats. Bramblestar has forgotten not to judge cats on who they are but how loyal and how much they would die for the clans. The Dark Forest should have never been created but yet it was because evil cats couldn't go to Starclan thus The Dark Forest was created. War will be coming. The clans will need all the help they can get."

"Who are you?"

"Firestar former leader of Thunderclan. Helped many cats and saved many lives. Tigerstar's spirit died when he challenge me and when he died the tenth time he murmmer,' I knew you would win kittypet.' His spirit then disappeared forever but a flaming tree and my wounds had killed me."

"Ok Firestar but who should I ask for help?"

"Bloodstar."

"Never be turned his back on Starclan and his back on us. I will never talk to my father again!"

He sighed and padded away. "Wait is be the only hope we have? Their has to be another way."

"Starclan, the Dark Forest, all five clans, rogues, loners, and kittypets are in danger if this war is not won by Starclan. Starclan will help you in the fight against the Dark Forest."

"Are you the other way or do I still have to talk to my father?"

"Talk to your father. You were right about one thing. All cats even Darkfang, Bloodstar, and Blood all had reasons to act out of hate and anger for us and for the clans."

I nodded and looked at Darkfang. I decided to go hunting. After I was done I had caught a squirrel, two rabbits, and a blackbird. I decided to bury the two rabbits by the moonpool if Lightningclaw still loved me after all this and if she can still leave camp without any other warriors finding out. I nudged Darkfang and she jolted awake. "Where am I?"

"Look Darkfang I still don't trust you but here have this." I tossed her the blackbird and she smiled.

"After all this time, my brother still believed I had hope in me. While I thought the Dark Forest would make me strong. My brother was looking for my goodness through the darkness."

"Look I still don't trust you completely but your still my sister. I couldn't let you-no I should have." I almost let Lightningclaw die after I told her I love her. Not the way I wanted our relationship to start out. My sister should be dead and maybe Lightningclaw wouldn't have taken so many hits by Blood. I shook my head and looked at my sister in the eyes. Her dark yellow eyes glowed in the moonlight when she said, "Yes you should have let me die for what I did to you I'm sorry Silverclaw. Snowtuft was just influencing me.

"Snowtuft?"

"He's the leader of the Dark Forest. He's the best at tricking other than Mapleshade."

"We need to warn the clans. They need all the help they can get. Firestar came to me and explained that Bloodstar could help us beat the Dark Forest. I don't know how though."

She looked to the Thunderclan border and saw Lightningclaw jump across into the moonpool territory. She sat down and she must have been waiting for me I sighed and walked over to her.

"Lightningclaw I'm so glad you're ok."

"Oh thanks Goldenflower visited me in a dream last night and told me I had to find the cats in the prophecy today so I told Bramblestar. He let me go and search the clans but I don't know who's in the prophecy."

"We can help you. I'm in the prophecy and so is-"

She started to hiss and back up while she was I saw a huge scar on her underbelly. She looked farther behind me and growled, "She can't help us she's just brought destruction to the clans. Silverclaw you almost let me die for her! You should have let her fall in the lake! Maybe Bramblestar was right maybe I shouldn't fall for a son of Bloodstar!" She started to run back to her territory and she looked back.

"Lightningclaw wait! Please! Darkfang and I are in the prophecy we are trust me! We are the fangs and claws. We will fight with the snow and oak."

"How should I trust you after I almost died because of you?!"

This time Darkfang spoke up, "Lightningclaw he isn't my brother. He is a full blood Windclan cat. I'm not I said he was my brother because he was my brother in Windclan. He was just a mouse rain to believe that."

"Hey!"

"Well you did fall for it."

I looked across the border and saw Lightningclaw's dark amber eyes were full of happiness. She smiled and ran back over to me. She purred and wrapped her tail around me. "Now let's go find those cats."

Blood's P.O.V

Those mousebrain cats thought I couldn't swim but that's the first thing I taught myself after my father and mother died. I had swam to Shadowclan border. I got out and saw Clawstar being carried by the Thunderclan cats. Darkfang betrayed us and that makes me leader.

I ran into camp like a little kit and leaped onto the darkledge. I yowled and cats started to gather around in the small clearing of camp. "Warriors of darkness! Clawstar has taken shelter with the Thunderclan cats and Darkfang has joined her brother's side which makes me the leader."

"She has no brother though we only had two kits but her little sister died of greencough." Willowcloud meowed.

"Then Silverclaw is full blood Windclan cat. Those Windclan cats must pay for their actions and since they are always weakest we will attack them first!"

The clan cats that were on our side yowled while the cats on Starclan's side just growled. "Kill the ones who are growling make sure no one escapes." I watched as Willowcloud died and then soon some more of Starclan's followers died. "Weak and foolish cats must be killed and let the strong ones survive!" The clan yowled and I heard no one growling I had full control over all these cats now. They would do whatever I commanded them to do or die.

*Plays Star Wars music when they show the Death Star* Wow shocked at the end with Blood if you thought he drowned. Blood is kind of like Scourge but a bigger, stronger, and evilier cat. Yes I know evilier isn't a word but it fits his description very well. Almost done with his book :) :( but hey I can start typing the second book then too :D.
