I HAVE SOMETHING EVERYONE NEEDS TO DO IF YOU'RE EVER TO STRESSED ABOUT ANYTHING. JUST DO THIS

1. Sit or lie down somewhere. Have it be your bed, couch, a chair. Just somewhere comfortable for you.

2. Take deep breaths. In and out. Just deep breaths

3. Close your eyes all the way. Still focus on taking deep breaths

4. Play the extended version of 'In The Rain' piano from the Umbrella scene up top.

5. Just listen. Forget everything and listen to the song. Where does it take you is up to you.

6. When the song end take one last deep breath and open your eyes. You should feel more relaxed if not repeat this until you are
