Like here are the requirements/goals of each:

Fire: Search for people to date and have babies with and make friends so the sisters can be immortal

Water: Take care of young children. Cook, clean, etc. as well

Air: Keeper of knowledge! Teaches kids, helps with homework, makes money by wriTing, etc.

Earth: Gardens (big part of the challenge cause you know cowplants and immortality) and teaches kids fitness. She's a weirdo.

So basically we need a flirty girl for fire, kid-loving girl for water, smart girl for air, and uh... gardener/fitness nerd for earth.
