My own au I thought up. Basically, Error and Ink are much MUCH older than any other sans, they even make the likes of nightmare and dream seem young. Because of this, they often go through moments of being friends, being sworn enemies, fighting to the death, or seeking comfort from eachother. They often argue and fight, and when they become lonely from the fact they can't completely connect with other people as they haven't lived as long as them, they'll seek eachother out and sometimes even make a temporary truce. It's all random though.However, one such time when they are battling, PaperJam, or PJ is born from their magic. At first they would be taught individually by each, and be in the middle of their fighting. Then one day Gradient was born. Error and Ink never realized the pain they were causing to the two until PJ snapped and yelled at them. This made the two talk it over and decide that on the weeks of each of their children's birthdays, a truce would happen. I've had this idea for awhile, but I've finally decided to do it.Error has a job, it is to destroy aus. Whenever he isn't 'working', he goes back to his 'home', the Anti-void. The Anti-void is completely white, however, throughout the centuries, Error has decorated the ceiling with his strings, as well as the SOULs of the Frisks, Charas, and other variations of the people controlled by the Player. The voices often mock him, especially when he needs to do his job. However, there ARE times when they are very quiet, it's when he's met his status quo for destroying aus. Basically, when the balance isn't tipped too far to creation. When this happens, he is able to hear the voices of the SOULs he's gathered. One day, one purposes an interesting idea, and since then the SOULs have taken over the bodies of the puppets Error knits in his spare time. After achieving any type of goal the dream has the choice to leave the host, but the ring has to actually achieve a goal (which the ring counts as a 'dream') in order to leave. the temporary upgrades are different to each person depending on their whole life, as well as their main goal. The ring can go from incredible healing ranging from just dulling the effect of back pain, to giving longer life, to incredible strength ranging from making someone frail and weak able to life an entire tower, to helping someone make a slightly to heavy box budge a bit. it can give stronger magic in certain or all categories, and it can make someone smarter as well. Basically this means that, in a video game when you equip an item, it gives you a certain amount of points in each category, and this ring gives you these points depending on the person. And, just as in a game, those points are taken away when to take off the item, same with the ring.___________________________________________________Btw, all art shown here is mine, as I will supply pictures of characters and items, maybe even places in order to both practice, and for you to better envision the world. This is not a forced God au, well, not in the traditional way. Error always feels a pull to destroy, like how Ink feels a pull to create. Originally Error just destroyed, going crazy from the voices and the pain. However Error was able to gain control after some time, now being able to restrict what aus he destroys. He doesn't destroy original aus, and usually goes after aus with corrupt codes first, seeing as those have a higher chance of collapsing and starting a chain reaction. Error still enjoys destroying, and revels in his destroyed works of art, but he has just dialed it down a bit.Error will have a few kids he has accidently made over the millennias.
