Well that happened!

I have a few things to talk about Battle for Mewni.

First off, Daron wasn't kidding saying it was just the first 4 episodes bundled together, because it didn't feel like a movie, it felt like I was just Bingewatching the episodes with commercials, actually the commercials were much needed because before the final act I got snacky.

Anyway the first 90 minutes felt like typical episodes of the show, not that there isn't anything wrong with that, but the final 30 minutes, things starts moving.

But I want to go through the. Whole thing first.

First off it kicks in about I think a month or so off from where we left off.

But honestly I rather see the second episode first as it shows Moon after her mother's death. And because of Eclipsa, who surprisingly didn't lose an arm, it was a glove before you ask, and made a deal so when moon lost a finger, he can't regrow it. And became Queen because of it. So did I almost predict it in my fanfic, King and Queen, because now I'm really glad I made it an AU.

Next up, Ludo burned the book as well as Killing Glosaryck, #RIPGlosaryck.

Then almost an hour in, Marco remembered came to Mewni, in other words he remembered the Scissors, but they didn't show how it happened happened. Maybe the comic made by Anomalayah would be correct.

We find out only Katrina can talk, late bloomer in the arms but not in speech, odd.

I barely the episode before the final 30 minutes wasn't memorable.

Okay now for my favorite part!

Star, disguised as a giant rat takes of Ludo, and sent to the dungeon, and Marco saves her.

Star recites the whisper spell, but "Kills" herself after.

Relax she comes back, by the power of dipping down, no thanks to Glosaryck.

okay I'm joking, but with Toffee dead, hopefully, and Ludo gone back into exile, what's going to happen next, simple. Eclipsa is the new villain.

Anyway, before you know it Eclipsa's crystal prison is heard cracking.

Does this mean a final battle between her and Star, I hope so, also with the new wand and villain, we may need to update this:

What Ludfee isn't the enemy anymore! And Star's Wand got a major update.

So did I like it?

Well it was slow for the first 90 minute, or in this case somewhere between 66-72 Minutes without commercials. But the final part made it work, also to be honest this should have been the Season 2 finale in my opinion, it literally felt like I was watching a season finale over a season premiere, but it was enjoyable, also Ruberiot got what he deserved.
