You watch as John stops the car and leads a young Dean to the rundown coffin laying inside a shallow hole. Sam waits inside the car and plays with his toys.

You watch as John explains what he wants Dean to do. He tells Dean to get into the coffin and you look on as he carefully lays down.

With a sigh, you see Dean's expression morph into horror at the prospect of being buried alive. John tells him that it's for his own good and that it is a necessary skill to learn.

Dean begs his dad not to do this, but John ignores his cries.

"One day you'll understand," he calmly says as he shuts the coffin lid and shovels dirt into the shallow grave.

Fury blossoms in your breast as you witness the cruel act. You wait until John goes back into the car before going to the grave.

Currently, you're invisible to all human eyes, but you decide to speak encouragement to the young Winchester in order to help him with this daunting task.

"Dean, it's okay," you whisper down to him as you bend and push away the dirt from the coffin lid. "You can make it, I believe in you."

His sobbing seems to stop as he faintly hears your voice. You hear scratching and banging as he struggles to punch and kick through the rotting wood of the coffin.

"That's right, Dean, I'm right here. You can do this, I know you can," you encourage as the wood starts splintering.

His hand breaks through the wood and dirt, and you reach out and help him the rest of the way. You take his hand and help him break the wooden lid so that he can climb out.

You stay invisible, since you aren't supposed to even be helping him.

"Good job, Dean. I'm so proud of you," you whisper to him before backing away.

He looks around, and you know that he heard you. You smile with pride as Dean goes to the car.

When you heard the message, 'Dean Winchester has been saved', you were ecstatic. Naturally, you ventured to his burial site to greet him when he raised himself up.

You realized that he would have to climb out of yet another grave, and you didn't want him to be alone.

You can hear his frantic breathing as he wakes up and gets his bearings straight. He must realize that John was right in assuming that he would need to know how to escape a coffin buried in the earth.

"Dean, I'm here. You can make it, I'll be right here for you," you whisper down to him, already starting to remove some of the earth above his coffin.

You can hear him pounding and scratching at the wood above his head, and you continue to shout encouragements to him.

It takes awhile, but eventually he breaks free of the earth and you wrap invisible hands around his as you help him up.

You smile, even though he can't see you, "I knew you'd make it. I'm so proud of you, Dean."

He looks around, curious as to where the voice is coming from. You sadly shake your head. Now is not the time to reveal yourself to him.

"I will show myself to you one day Dean, I promise," you whisper before walking away.
