The days have been dark lately, filled with danger and sadness. It's especially hard around this time, the anniversary of your brothers' death.

Sam and Dean were murdered a year ago today leaving you alone to fend for yourself. Of course, they came back from the dead, thanks to Castiel and Gabriel, but things haven't been the same since.

You've been struggling with the painful memories of all the times they've died. Each one more painful than the last. The memories haunt you, so you distract yourself with other things.

Dean uses alcohol to escape, while Sam has his own vice, and they both work themselves to death in order to forget the past.

You watch television, read books, and draw to escape your bitter reality. It's a relatively safe way to relieve stress and to avoid reality.

Sadness washes over you for the umpteenth time today. Sighing, you grab a pop from the fridge and sit down in front of the tv. Your hand finds the remote and presses the buttons to turn on Netflix.

You find the show you've been searching for and start to rewatch it for the third time. The theme of Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Chat Noir plays and you sip your drink, fixated on the screen.

Gabriel appears in the bunker, sitting at the map table. Sam and Dean jump as they discover his sudden presence beside them.

"Gabriel? What are you doing here?" Sam questions.

His usual smirk is gone, replaced with a neutral expression. "You know what day it is today, right?"

"Uh..." Dean and Sam share a look. They have no clue. Dean makes a face and shrugs, "Sometime in May?"

"While you're not wrong, that's not what I mean. You both died today."

"What are you talking about?"

Gabriel rolls his eyes, "A year ago, you two made a surprise visit to Heaven and forgot to bring Y/n."

Realization overwhelms the two brothers. Sam breaks the heavy silence, "I forgot about that."

"I figured," Gabriel says, unimpressed. "You also forgot how hard it was on Y/n. She's just a kid, y'know."

Dean's green eyes flash anger, "We know."

"Where is she, anyways?" The archangel asks with a raised brow.

"Watching tv," Sam answers, finishing his coffee. "I think."

Gabe appears in the living room where you are sitting. "Hey sweets! Miss me?"

You look up, startled at first until you recognize your favourite angel. "Gabe! I missed you so much!"

Leaping to your feet, you wrap your arms tightly around him. He chuckles and returns the hug, petting your hair.

"I missed you too," he mumbles.

You break off the hug, looking into the main room to see if your brothers are still there, "Why are you here? Is something wrong?"

Worry knots in your stomach, but he laughs and shakes his head, "No, everything's fine. I wanted to see my favourite human."

He ruffles your hair with a grin, "Say, what are you watching?"

You shake your head, embarrassed at watching a show meant for kids, "It's nothing."

He side eyes you, "Really? You know cartoons are awesome, doesn't matter what age group it says it's made for. Even Dean watches cartoons."

Dean appears as if summoned by his name being said, "Anime, it's called anime."

You giggle as he glares at Gabe.

"Anyways, this show looks great."

Nodding, you look back to the tv, "It's is! I like it a lot."

"Would you say it's your favourite?"

"Uh-huh," you say a big sheepishly.

He grins, "Alrighty then. Let's go!"

"Wha-" before you can finish your question, he snaps and you find yourself in a whole new world.

Everything is animated, you, your brothers, and Gabriel included. You recognize the animation style and your surroundings.

Squealing, you spin around, taking it all in. "I can't believe it!"

Sam and Dean are staring at their hands, panicking slightly, "What the hell?!"

"Surprise!" Gabriel yells, scooping you into his arms and spinning you around. "Happy birthday!"

"It's not my birthday," you point out with a laugh.

He shrugs, "Doesn't matter. You're a good kid, you deserve all the presents."

Sam looks confused, "Where exactly are we?"

"Welcome to Paris," you say, "It's the setting of Miraculous Ladybug! We're actually here!"

"What do you want to do first?" Gabe asks.

You think for a second, "Ooh! I've always wanted to try the macarons from the Dupain-Cheng bakery!"

"Lead the way."

Skipping with joy, you walk down the streets of Paris, brothers and angel trailing behind you. You go into the bakery, greeted by Mr. Dupain-Cheng himself.

"How may I help you today?"

"Um, could we get some macarons please?"

He smiles at you, "Of course! What kind would you like?"

Your mind goes blank.

"We have strawberry, coconut, raspberry, caramel, chocolate, vanilla-"

"Um, can I get f/f, please?"

"Yes! One second," he goes into the back to get them, leaving you and the boys behind.

You breathe out in excitement, "This is so cool!"

Dean grumbles, "What's this show about anyway?"

"It's kind of complicated? There's this bad guy who wants the powers of the two superheroes who have what's called a miraculous which gives them their power. It's also about a love square."

They stare at you blankly.

"You'll see."

He comes back with your treats, handing them to you. You grin as you accept the box.

"Are you knew to Paris?"

You shrug as Gabe hands you money to pay for the treats, "Yes, we just got here."

"How do you like it so far?"

"It's amazing," you gush.

Sam adds, "It's alright so far."

"We haven't explored yet," you explain and hand him the money, "But I needed to satisfy my sweet tooth so we came here."

"It's a nice place," Gabe comments, eating a macaron from the box. "Mm, this is great!"

A girl comes down the stairs, trying to sneak past. You recognize her almost-blue hair and outfit.

"Oh, Marinette! Come say hi," her father beckons. She hesitantly comes over and smiles.

"Hi," you greet, "I'm Y/n Winchester. These are my brothers, Sam and Dean, and this is Gabriel."

"Nice to meet you," she says, "But I have to go. I'm meeting Alya."

Her father nods and she waves before leaving.

"We'd better go too," you say, dragging your companions out of the shop after saying goodbye.

After walking for a bit, you come face to face with an akumatized villain. Dean curses and Sam stumbles back, "What the hell is that?!"

"It's a villain! Quick, run!" You shout, dragging them back. Before you get very far, a familiar hero arrives on scene.

Chat Noir attacks the bad guy, managing to fend him off. You watch in admiration as Ladybug and Chat Noir defeat the akumatized man, reverting everything to normal.

Dean and Sam look stunned, "That was weird."

"Yeah."

Chat notices you standing there and leaps over to your side, "Hello, miss. Don't you know it's dangerous to go walking when there's a villain on the loose?" His grin is contagious.
"I'm glad I was here to save you."

You can't find words but Dean finds some on your behalf, "Back off, buddy. She would've been fine without a dude wearing a cat outfit."

"Dean," you slap his arm, irritated by his rudeness. "Thanks for saving us, Chat."

"Anytime," he grins before running away.

You watch after him, "That. Was. Amazing!"

"So, that was the hero you were talking about. And the one in spots too?"

"Yup. They save Paris all the time," you say as you walk.

Hearing Dean and Sam whispering, you glance at them before turning to Gabriel.

"Gabe, what are they talking about?"

"Usual boring things. How to get back to the bunker and the like."

You seem to deflate so Gabe speaks up again, "Of course, we're not going anywhere until you're done here. I promise."

"Thanks, Gabe. This is the most fun I've had for a long time."

"I know kid, I know," he pats your shoulder in a comforting manner.

You and Gabriel walk ahead of your brothers until someone runs into you.

It's Marinette again!

"Oh, I am so sorry! I'm such a klutz! Are you okay?" She asks you, helping you stand again.

You brush off some dust and smile, "I'm fine, are you?"

She nods, "I'm just in a hurry, I was supposed to meet up with my friends ten minutes ago."

You glance around, surprised to find your brothers and Gabriel missing. Their disappearance saddens you a bit, but you force a smile.

"Do you mind if I join?" You ask quietly.

She nods, "Not at all. I was just gonna suggest it."

"Sweet!"

She leads the way, walking at a fast but comfortable pace. "So, you just moved here?"

"I'm just visiting," you answer truthfully.

"Oh, that's cool. You like it here?"

"Yeah, it's awesome."

As you walk closer to the river, you spy Adrien, Nino, Alya, and Luka.

Your eyes widen upon seeing the blue haired boy. He's always been one of your absolute favourites, to be honest.

They all wave.

"Hey guys!" Marinette greets, "This is Y/n. Y/n, this is Adrien, Nino, Alya, and Luka."

You mumble a hello, grinning slightly, "It's nice to meet you."

Alya starts talking to you at a fast pace, and you answer her many questions and listen to her talk about her blog and the mysterious hero's of Paris.

You spend the rest of the evening talking to each of them, especially Luka.

He takes his guitar from his bike, "May I show you something?"

You nod, "Sure."

He smiles and begins to strum a sad tune on his guitar, the melody hauntingly full of emotion.

You listen intently, tears springing to your eyes as he finishes. "Luka, that was beautiful. What inspired that?"

"You did. It came to me when we talked. You're sad about something. Hurting."

You hang your head, "That's scary accurate."

"I wanted to show you that even if life is sad for you now, you can find beauty and peace," he smiles.

"That was really sweet of you," you smile up at him, a tear rolling down your cheek.

He hesitates before sweeping the drop of water from your cheek.

Just at the moment, Dean appears.

"Hey! Hands off," he growls at Luka.

You glare at Dean, "Leave him alone."

He points a finger at Luka, who looks amused.

"Is this your father?"

Deans eyes widen in rage, "You better watch it, blues clues."

Luka covers his mouth with his hand, giggling.

"This is my brother Dean, and those two are Sam and Gabriel," you explain in amusement. "Guys, this is Luka."

"You ready, sweets?" Gabe asks softly.

You turn to Luka as he puts his guitar away. Quick as a flash, you embrace him. "Thanks Luka, for everything."

"You're welcome," he says, hugging back.

"Goodbye," you say before releasing him.

Sam grabs your shoulder as Gabriel snaps.

You're back at the bunker. Turning to Gabe you kiss his cheek, "Thanks so much, Gabe! I had so much fun!"

"Of course, sweet cheeks. It was my pleasure."

You look at your brothers, "Thanks for coming along guys, it means a lot."

"It's was fun," Sam admits.

"Kind of," Dean grumbles. "We hardly spend anytime together anymore. I miss that, we should do it more often."

"I agree," you draw them into a group hug, Sam towering above you and Dean both. "I love being with you two."

Gabe joins the hug, "I'll check up on you soon, 'kay?"

"Bye Gabe. Love you."

"Love you too, kiddo."
