But Dean went out very often in which leave you and Sam alone, and you did a lot of things with Sam even cause you limping or can't walk in, which make Dean pissed off and don't talk to you or Sam because of that incident about you getting near killed by a werewolf.

One day, you went to the hospital for some reason that you felt a sharp pain in your chest and head and found out that you have cancer. It's very threatening, yet the doctor informed you that you have a week before you died from cancer. You decided to write a letter to Sam about everything you did with Sam on hunting life, helping with researching, picking on each other, making fun of each other, pulling pranks on each other but often pulling pranks on Dean. Fulfilling all of romantics kinds of stuff and told Sam that he can do anything without you being there because you will always be on his side to protect him. You called Garth, Rufus, Bobby, Jo, Ellen, and Ash to plan for a week off with Sam only so other hunters will help Dean with everything.

Every single day you doing with Sam was amazing, catching up on all dates, movies, sleeping, reading, playing, and many others until the final day. You told Jo to give Sam the letter once you died, and Jo willingly is so upset about losing you because you were the amazing hunter she ever met. After all, you are a badass hunter than Dean. And once the day that you passed away, all hunters burying you deep in the ground to honoring and burning your body. Jo gave Sam the letter, the very same letter that you wrote on the first day that you found out about the cancer thing. So you also put something special in the letter. Once Sam is alone, he starts to read your letter as a piece of paper fell. It's a drawing, a beautiful drawing of a colt gun with anti-possession and roses with Latin words said "hunters always grew up great heroes" Sam starts crying as he starts reading the letter and then broke down hard as trying not to showing a lot of emotions. Still, he has a sad and hurt expression across his face.
