Chapter 1
This is strange even for us

"It was on a beautiful summers da-" Lola says but can't finish

"Oh please the town we live in is anything but beautiful!" Scarlet says putting her book down

"What page you on?" Lola asks walking over to scarlet

"800" scarlet says

"Wow how long it take you to read that?" Lola asks curiously

"Were superheros. Winters can write a 10 page essay in less than 5 minuets how long do you think it took me?" Scarlet says sarcastically

"I don't know a week" Lola says and scarlet face palms

"I'm done..." Scarlet then teleports and the book drops

"You forgot your book!" Lola shouts

Scarlet teleports back "I know invisa girl" scarlet says picking the book up and teleporting to another destination in the house

"As I was saying it was on a beautiful summers da-" Lola's body then shuts Down

"Huh feels a lot different being in a five year olds body" Sam says entering the living room

"Sam what have I told you about shapeshifting you can't do it on a human unless you have full control otherwise there body will shut down" Dave says walking into the living room picking up his son

"Now go to your room" Dave says

"Fine..." Sam says shapeshifting back into his body "oh and you should probably go check on Winter she ate a bag of sugar" Sam says going to his room

"Oh god Lola go get your sister" Dave says to Lola

"Um excuse me if anyone's gonna die its gonna be you!" Lola says crossing her arms

"Who said anything about dying?" Dave asks

"It was on a beautiful summer da-" Lola says but once again gets interrupted

"Okay enough of that I'll go get her to calm down" Dave says going upstairs

"Well at least you guys will listen to my story" Lola says happily

Scarlet then teleports into the living room "who are you talking to?" Scarlet asks

"I don't actually know but they seem like great people" Lola says happily

"You see this is why we stay in school kids" scarlet says teleporting back to her room

Meanwhile

Dave knocks on winters bedroom door but doesn't get an answer so he rips the door of

"That's gonna cost you dad!" Sam shouts from his bedroom next door

Dave peaks into the room bracing himself for what's coming next but nothings coming

"Hey winter where are you?" Dave asks

"I'm here but now I'm here and now I'm here I'm everywhere!!!!" Winter says going at maximum speed

"Okay I've had it with all of you FAMILY MEETING!" Dave says accidentally breaking of a piece of winters wall

"sheash dad you need a leash with that attitude of yours" winter says super speeding down stairs 

Sam was the last to get there considering he was a shapeshifter he didn't have super speed or teleportation

"Okay you guys are out of control!" Dave shouts at his kids

"Ha, like we didn't already know that" Winter says sarcastically

"Well you guys are going to school" Dave says and all the kids jaws dropped

"Were super hero's the amount of trouble we'd get in if anyone found is is anonymous, horrible, frightening-" scarlet says getting cut of by her older yet stupid sister

"And you've swallowed  a dictionary" winter says and scarlet glares at her

"Well that's your problem now go get changed school starts in a half hour"

The four kids sigh it was at this moment they knew that they couldn't get out of this situation and it was time for them to hit the high road as in school...

A few minutes later

"By dad we'll see you later" Lola said hopping on winters back

scarlet teleported Sam to his high school and then teleported back to her school

"Guess we should go find the head master or mistresses" Winter said taking Lola's hand as they all headed to the head masters\mistresses office

When they got there they all knocked in unison

"Ah, you must be the new students you must be winter the troublemaker you will be in the 5th grade You must be scarlet the smart one you will be in the 5th grade alongside your sister as you are gifted in your smarts" the head mistress looked at her files

"And you must be Lola you will be in year 1 as you are also quite talented when it comes to learning" The teacher shoved all three of them out of the door

"Now be of I've got Things to attend to"

"Remember Lola don't disappear cause that's something no one can explain" Scarlet says as she teleports Lola as fast as she possibly could to her classroom

Winter looks at the classroom door and immediately goes to superspeed away

"No you don't remember I'm here to" Scarlet says opening the door

"Oh hi you must be Winter and I assume that's your sister scarlet" Winter nods frantically eyeing the kids in the class

"We were just talking about the track team I'm sure one of you might like to try out!" Winters eyes lit up I just shook my head frantically

"Winter please sit next to Mae and Scarlet sit next to Jordon"

A boy and a girl raised there hands and motioned for them to come sit down

"Hi I'm Mae Venture and you are..?

"Winter evermore, are you trying out for the track team?"

"Yeah I've always been the fastest in this class I doubt anyone will be faster"

Winter tried to plaster a smile on her face "I've always wanted to try out for a track team but I've been homeschooled all my life.." Winter says trailing of

"Anyways when are tryouts?" Winter asks eyeing Mae

"In a few minuets the track team is only open to people who are dedicated to running are you?"

" yes surprisingly yes its my favourite thing to do!"

Scarlet screeched not thinking her sister would actually go through with this She touched the side of her face which meant she could talk to any of her siblings without anyone knowing

"Dude your the fastest person in the world you can't try out for the track team!" Scarlet says in her head which automatically moves onto to winters brain

"Don't worry about it I'll run as slowly as I possibly can its just I'll still be slightly better than everyone else!" Winter says and Scarlet narrows her eyes

"Everyone who's trying out for the track team follow me!" The teacher says

Winter Mae and some other students got up and followed the teacher and the assistant teacher stepped up to teach us

"Remember slowly..." Winter nodded as she went outside with the rest off the students

"well kids who knows what 5 × 7 is?"  Scarlet rolled her eyes whilst everyone else started trying to work it out

Scarlet put her hand up " 35" scarlet And all the smart kids scoffed

"Very good!" After a while the teacher began talking about supernatural activity for English class

And Scarlet began getting a bit uneasy

"Supernatural activity could be superheroes or maybe even bionic people none of which exist but are still believed in by some people" The teacher said and
scarlet started sweating

"Scarlet can you tell me what I just said?" The teacher asked picking on her cause she thought she wasn't listening

Scarlet started reciting what she said but in different languages it went from

French to Chinese to Japanese to welsh and she just couldn't stop

Scarlet covers her mouth the whole class had there jaws dropped

"Scarlet you just said that in 9 different languages where did you learn that"

She was gonna answer but all she could say was "my head hurts" She could only see black circles and she was very dizzy

Meanwhile

"Remember you have to run 27 laps around the whole playground if you wanna make the track team!" The teacher said and

About 10 children got into running stance "on you're marks...get set...GO!"

Everyone began running she decided to give everyone else a ten second head start just so she would go as slowly as possible

Winter began running as slow as she possibly could but she still for some reason was the fastest she tried to slow down but everyone else started going in slow motion

What in the world?!" Winter questions slowing down even more but that just made her go faster and for everyone running to stop completely in there tracks

Winter started to slowly fall down and all she could see was black dots she thought she was dead but she heard the teachers and the other students crowding her to see if she was okay

Meanwhile

Sam had just arrived in class and everyone began to stare at him he smiled and the teacher motioned for him to take a seat in the only free space

"Okay so today class we have a new student he has been homeschooled all his life come and introduce yourself"

"Well my names Sam I've been homeschooled all my life I have 3 siblings and that's it!" Sam said taking his seat

"Well okay so today were going to be writing a report on your life at home I know some of you have done this already but just for the new kids" the teacher said eyeing Sam and some other kids

The teacher handed out the English books "and remember all of this has to be true you might have gotten away with it in primary school but your in highschool now!" The teacher says giving Sam his book

Sam didn't know what to write considering he lived with superheroes and he couldn't just put "well my dad breaks stuff all the time with his super strength my sister can run faster than the flash himself and let's not forget my other sisters invisa girl and teleportation genius and then there's me shape shifting my way out of trouble"

He decided to make up most of it as he went along considering he was very calm under pressure it didn't take long for him to figure something out the teacher came to check on him

"Wow you seem to have a pretty normal family a bit to normal" Sam started sweating

"Its not like were superheros" he said laughing nervously he burped louder than a usual burp considering the ground started rumbling and it was as if his burp was an earthquake

Sam started Shaking and he fainted without another thought

Meanwhile

Lola had just entered the classroom smiling her usual sweet smile  the whole class gave her one back

"Aw you must be Lola go sit in between Elsie and Ryan" the boy and the girl.  put there hands up and Lola went to sit in between them

"I'm Lola evermore its nice to meet you!" Lola said smiling

"I'm Elsie and this is my best friend Ryan!" Elsie said smiling back and Ryan smiled to

"So class today we want you to create an art project as you and your family as superheroes!" The teacher explained and everyone erupted in excitement

"Give each of your family members a power and try to represent it" the teacher says and everybody nods the teacher than hands every student a canvas a paint pallet some water some pencils and some colouring crayons

Lola painted her dad in the middle giving him really buff arms to represent his super strength

She gave Sam the faces of all of the people in there family to represent his shape shifting

She put winter at the side on a running track to represent her superspeed

And she painted scarlet in 6 places on the canvas to represent her teleportation

And finally she painted an outline of herself to represent invisibility

She wrote each of there names on there on top of there painting and then put there power underneath "wow your Amazing at artwork but how did you figure out who got who's power so fast?" Lola froze

She put her hands up in surrender and everyone turned to stone  Lola's eyes darted from one place to another not knowing what to do she just fainted
