Jungkook's P.O.V :-

Her breathing was ragged, her chest heaving up and down and her body slowly losing consciousness. Her expression was full of pain as she clutched her stomach, the clothes she was wearing had gone red as well as her hands from holding the bloody cloth.

I shook her gently.

"No! Jae! Please! Don't close your eyes! Please I love you! Don't do this to me!" I sobbed as she tried her best to keep her eyes open while struggling to breath.

Tears running down my eyes, I saw her trying to say something.

I bent lower to hear her.

"J- Jungkook....y- you don't h- have to s- say things y- you don't m- mean..." She panted with a sad smile.

My heart was clenching to the point where the pain was unbearable. Her eyes, they held so many emotions. Sadness, loneliness and somewhere- somewhere they had fear in them.

"What? No-" I tried to deny but was cut off when I see her looking sideways. I looked up to see Jimin Hyung and Lia running at full speed.

I saw her stretch out her hand and Jimin Hyung grabbing it quick with tears running down his cheeks.

"No no no no! Lia! Do something please!" He cried as he touched one side of Jae's face.

"O- Oppa...I- I am sorry...." She whispered right before, her hand fell limp in his hand.

"NO! No! You- You can't leave me like this! Wake up!!" Hyung screamed.

Lia took the hand that was in Hyung's grasp just to let it go and take the other one once she realised that the first one had bandages on the wrist.

She tried to examine Jae's pulse.

Bandages.

On the Wrist.

"Well, she did exactly what you asked for. Sh- She tried to kill herself." 

She did try commit suicide-

No no.

That's how bad I had broken her?

"She's alive! We need to take her to the sick room right now!" Lia commanded, pulling me out of my world.

"Jungkook pick her up idiot! We need to go! We don't have time! I NEED MY SISTER TO LIVE." Hyung shouted at me.

I nodded hurriedly before picking her up in my arms.

We all took off at once. I kept her close to my body as I ran as fast as I could.

"Don't worry, you'll be alright...Love, Hang in there" I whispered to her even if she couldn't hear me.

When we reached the sick room, I put her on the bed according to Lia's instructions.

She pushed me and Hyung out immediately to treat Jae inside.

We both took in deep breaths to calm ourselves down from all the running we just did.

I realised that my clothes and hands were red due to her bleeding.

Due to her bleeding because of me....

I stood with my back on the wall and closed my eyes before slipping down and sitting wig my back resting on Wall. I brought my knees to my chin as the silent tears flowed.

"Jae is strong. I'm sure she would come back soon" Jimin Hyung whispered as he sat beside me with his hand resting on my shoulder.

I looked up at him with my vision blurry because of tears.

"Hyung....." I called out.

"Hmm?" he asked.

"I'm so sorry" I cried as he scooted closer to me and patted my back.

"I know....you messed up big time. I wish you would have been a little more intelligent" he murmured.

"I feel so horrible for doing this to her.....I'm an idiot....I broke her so badly....I walked over her heart. I don't deserve her" I cried.

"Wait wait wait- Jungkook?" he suddenly called out.

"Yeah?" I sobbed and looked up.

"Say something. Anything."

"What are you talking about Hyung?"

He suddenly gasped.

"You- You're not stuttering!"

I paused for a moment before my eyes going wide as well. Maybe the shock was too big....

"I guess so.........But that doesn't change anything if something happens to her!" Another set of years making their way down my face.

He sighed and nodded while wiping his tears away.

"I know it....She's gonna be here with me. She would never leave me..." He whispered.

More than an hour had passed by in silence and our weeping.

"Hyung...." I called out, my sobbing was less violent.

He looked at me after coming out of his world.

"What did Jae want to tell me apart from the things you told me? I didn't allow her to tell me that day..." I said as the guilt started stabbing me once again.

He looked ahead of him for a while, thinking to himself and then finally looking my way.

"She was pr-" He was cut off by the sound of the door opening.

We both shot up from our couching positions.

"How is she?"

"Is she okay?"

Lia sighed before asking us to come in.

As we entered, my eyes fell on her figure laying on the bed I left her in. Her eyes still closed and her clothes changed. She had and blanket warming her as she slept.

"Is she okay now?" Hyung asked.

Lia nodded as we all took a seat by the bed.

"There is a bad news and a good news. Which one do you want to know first?" she asked with a worried expression which in turn worried me.

"Good one." Jimin said.

"The good news is that she's alright. She's just going to be unconscious for some days, otherwise she's fine."

"And the bad?" Hyung asked.

"We lost the baby."

I frowned at what she said.

"Wait. What baby?" I asked.

Lia pursed her lips for a while and then let out a sigh.

"She- Jae- She was pregnant with your child." she said and with each word, my world came crashing down. I was frozen, completely still. The time seemed to have stopped as my heart sank.

"W- What?" I let out, a lone tear slipping out of my eyes.

"I'm sorry Jungkook. She tried to tell you...But you had denied to hear anything...." Lia whispered.

"No- Why- how- what?" I was shaking at this point. Hyung put his hand on my shoulder.

"Jungkook I know it's-"

"No! I- I almost lost her and I completely lost my own child that I was foolish enough to not listen about? How?..." I asked in disbelief.

I'm the worst person on the planet for me now.

"The baby went through a lot Jungkook....She had such high fever a few days ago, fever at which normally people die! Then doing the things she did at the Arena took up so much of her energy, it made her tired beyond imagination. Plus she lost so much blood Jungkook- the conditions were not favourable for it to live." She said with glossy eyes.

"She's going to be even more hurt when she gets to know it..." Hyung mentioned.

But look at the positive side! Jae is fine and Kook's not stuttering any more!
