A bit about her: Paige was born in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia to an Australian mother of Filipina descent and a white Canadian father (who had moved to Australia for university and to work). From a young age, she had a dream to become a hairdresser. She started learning how to do hair when she was just 8. She competed in beauty pageants as a teen, winning Miss Teen Gold Coast at the age of 15. When she was 16, she and her family moved to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada to be closer to her father's family there, including his ailing parents. She now works as a stylist at her paternal aunt's hair salon while continuing to attend styling lessons regularly to perfect her craft. Although she's been living in Canada for 5 years, she goes back to Australia for 3 weeks in summer each year, and still speaks with an Australian accent.
